I assume this is the same location that denied me service and I have a valid account. I have the address in my map software as 8330 Whyte Ave NW.
That said I have a BMO account in America. I wanted to exchange US dollars for Canadian currency, and the customer service agent stated no. He went on to say that he could not access the account information from America, and I had to go to a currency exchange, then pay extra. IS THIS REALLY AN INTERNATIONAL BANK? JP MORGAN CHASE FOR EXAMPLE IN MY OPINION, WOULD NEVER DENY ONE OF THEIR CUSTOMER'S SERVICE. NEEDLESS TO SAY THAT THIS ACCOUNT WILL BE CLOSED. ANY OTHER INTERNATIONAL BANK IN MY OPINION WOULD NEVER TREAT A CUSTOMER LIKE THIS!

I went in this morning cause I was having trouble with my account and the staff who helped me was very nice and had no trouble finding the issue and helping me set things right. We had a little laugh at how I should have been angry at how I screwed something up. Great staff!

They need more tellers. Having to wait 30 minutes to see a teller is wild. There is a ton of other employees sitting in office- unable to help for simple needs like some American cash.

It is extremely frustrating that one cannot access the ATM anytime after dark. Might as well not exist.
This "bank" would have you believe that it is closed for safety reasons, when in fact, it is closed to keep homeless people out.
It is located just off the busiest entertainment district in Edmonton and you cannot use it after 8pm. It should relocate, so that a business that wants to make money can move in and actually benefit the neighbourhood.

I bank here regularly as well as the Londonderry Mall and St. Albert locations. Employees seem to hide in the back offices as there is never a teller at any of the desks out front. Expect to wait 30-45 minutes as no one will be at the teller desks and if there is a few people they will only get one teller while the other employees sit at their desks in the back. Not impressed with the customer service.
