This branch will own up to absolutely zero of their mistakes. Over and over. My business and personal accounts will be closed immediately because of this with no chance of ever going back. Costly lesson learned for both myself as well as BMO.
Usually good service but I get angry when we deal with an offshore call center for something that should be done on Canadian soil. This is an unnecessary risk of everyone's information.
