BMO Bank of Montreal

I went into the bank with my 80 year old grandma and was helped by the Assistant Manager Kaitlin. She was so kind and helpful. She treated my grandmother with respect and patience as my grandma doesn't speak English very well. It was very basic banking and she treated her with priority. My grandma left feeling so happy and reassured by her experience. Thank you so much Kaitlin! It meant a lot to us both. Highly recommend her:)

I got great service here while visiting for a couple days and just needed to make some changes to my account. Very friendly there and they have masks if you don’t or forgot yours
