Worse service ever! I don't know about this bank, I will be changing Banks soon as they unlock my account!

Absolutely every single time I go into this branch I'm infuriated with their service. I have been a customer of BMO since I was 10, as well as previously worked at a different BMO branch as a CSR. All my accounts and Investments are with BMO but I am going to be moving everything. The service is beyond slow. The regulations BMO has set makes you feel like your money is being held hostage. Horrible customer service and I cannot wait to move all my accounts and close down my business and personal banking with BMO.
