Closed my account here and at ATB and have been happier with banking ever since. These guys are always throwing out offers to new accounts. Sign up get $400 etc. I've been banking here since I was 5 and never got any offers for being with this Bank for 40 years. Might have got a free pen once. New Canadians get a year of free full service triple platinum account. Loyal 4 decades customer has to call an account manager 7 times to get a simple error fixed. I even transferred from the other branch to this one hoping to get good service before I said bye bye. Didn't happen so I said bye bye.

Absolutely, hands down the worst experience. Run far away from this bank. I was lied to, the supervising staff had no customer service skills and significantly worsened an all ready horrible experience, they forgot to have me sign paperwork for a credit card they said was canceled, so they harassed me over the phone during work hours to come in and sign it retro actively, and then they would not take no for an answer. I have never had such a bad experience at any buisness in my life.

DON'T BOTHER trying to call, and speak to Anyone, No one will EVER answer! I'd give ZERO stars if I could. BOOOOO! Also, once my Car Loan is paid off, I will NEVER use this "Bank" again. Buh bye!

I got hand sanitizer in my eye when using the provided pump and the staff not only didn't know what to do they seemed very unconcenred and almost annoyed at having to allow me to use their washroom to rinse chemical out of my eye. If my husband hasn't had been with me to tell them what to do I believe they would have left me there to stand blind trying to get rubbing alcohol out of my eye.

I had lots of issues in the past at this branch with the previous management. Ever since Farida Momenzada has taken over as Branch Manager/Mutual Fund Repersentative any issue that's come up is resolved swiftly and with a smile I was honestly considering switching banks but after the service I've received the last couple visits to this branch there is no need.with everyone surpassing my expectations I felt the need to write this review. Thank you to everyone at this branch for doing everything that they can to help and still taking pride in customer service!

We had great experience with personal banking here. Chinedu really moved heaven and earth to get us what we needed. We were in quite a difficult situation, and he was absolutely amazing. We highly recommend him if you need personal banking services!

Every time I come to this bank I'm ever surprised that their customer service never gets any better. Consistent 20-30 minute wait times just to see one of the incompetent tellers behind the till, usually only one or two on duty to boot. Don't even get me started on their poor online service. I regret moving my business to BMO.

I have dealt with this branch for years. Friendly staff that provide pleasant service, however almost impossible to get through anyone on the phone. Usually only one person behind counter when I visit (12-1). I've run out of time last visit and had to leave. Went to a different branch instead the next day. My recommendation as a long time customer would be to be staffed adequately throughout the day and be more accessible via phone.
