Absolutely awful experience been with BMO for almost 15 years haven’t had an issue until recently when I was scammed for a rental property and I got nothing but excuses and the run around no body would let me talk to the fraud department the female who took my money still has my money and BMO said there is nothing they can do I have a police report and all the person’s information proof of everything including text messages proving I was scammed and they still won’t return my money or flag this person so it doesn’t happen to someone else so I have made an official complaint to the Better Business Bureau i will be coming in to close my account and bank with someone who I can actually trust with my money I am absolutely disgusting with the lack of service they provided if you care about your money bank some where else where you and your money are protected
This location has availability for 8 tellers. They haven’t had more than 3 tellers open at a time in the last several years. Constant LONG lines, average wait time is at least an hour. Great customer service but unless you have nothing better to do, avoid and go to a different location!
Worst customer service, called them and left a message because their voicemail said they're "currently assisting other customers however your call is important to us" so "we will return your call AT THE END OF THE DAY" but hasn't called back for two days now, what END OF THE DAY are you saying? Tried calling and calling but ALWAYS on voicemail, it's their peak season or something? Maybe lack of staff.or management just don't care
The staff try their best but they always seem understaffed. Always a line at any time of day, any day of the month. Corporate and upper management need to provide better support for their team members at this location.
It's in such a busy location but there's rarely ever more than 2 people working. How many people have time to stand in line for 45 mins-1 hour? Absolutely ridiculous
Every single time I go to this bank there are only two tellers and it takes 30-60 minutes to get any service. This bank is a joke, do yourself a favour and switch banks like I am going to do.
BMO is a decent bank however the service in this location is terrible.i was in line for 30 min & the line didn’t even move they have 2-3 tellers when they clearly see a line & they have other tellers getting coffee.if you want something done fast don’t come to this location.
The queue/line can get a bit long, but the staff member Donna who helped us was very helpful in getting banking set up for my grandfather's phone bill payments.
Hold federal funds on direct deposit left 5 voicemails and not 1 call back left now 8 messages with assistant manger not 1 call back left 3 messages since Tuesday with executive office and there call centre in elsalvador are rude
Wow! How is there a busy bank with barely any staff. 1 person working the till and another working for the till with elderly/disabled. Makes you wonder what kind of bank can’t keep on a full staff

Apart from the one complaint that everyone has with every bank where in-person service is required (standing in line waiting for the next teller), I've never had any complaints with BMO, this branch in particular. Plus, they have at least 5 ATMs which I think you can still access 24 hours per day. Don't take that as gospel, though. It's been a long time since last I had to use their ATMs late at night, so that might have changed. Regardless, the people there are friendly and always willing to help.
