I refuse to go to this bank, They treat people so poorly. I seen it when it was busy I was disgusted. When people are banking with your company you treat them with respect.
I go to the one across the city because they are so kind.

I come to this location about twice a week to cash in cheques and I have to say the taller blonde lady working there is so miserable every time. She always has some rude comment to say for no reason. I'm not sure what's going on in her personal life, but when you come to work you should be giving decent customer service and leave your problems at home. She always makes these bank trips so awful.

I came in here with my paycheque, I do not have an account her but my cheque is from the back, well I told the lady that I don't have an account there and she said I cannot cash it, I said why not and she said because I do t have an account, I said it shouldn't matter because the cheque is from this bank, she still refused and the manager came out and told me rhe same thing which I replied by saying this is b.s. Most most will charge you a fee if your not a member, but no not this bank. So now I have to use money mart and pay $50 everything. Un exceptable.

Feb. 18th 2023 Wow, smh in disgust. I called on Tues morning 5 TIMES, left a message on 5th attempt because no human anseered & expected a call back next day. I finally called back following Friday - 3 days later and much to my amazement someone picked up the phone. After reading this particular Bank star ratings because of multiple complaints about these unanswered calls & or no replies within a 24hr period, I have reduced my 2 star rating to 1 star. This based soully on the poor system that this bank has. Wow, imagine if I had a 500K looking for a new bank, u can bet I would be putting into BMO.
