I previously had a good experience at this bank, (a couple years ago) so I reached out about one of my already existing accounts at the beginning of December. Had an in-person appointment and had to continuously follow up for inquiry updates via email. I have now been completely ghosted and left wondering where the status of my initial request stands. It has been over 2 months…

Worst service especially for a new location.
Noones there to help you. Employees doesn't care how long you stand for.
Then you should choose to close the branch

Worst BMO branch ever, that Cashier lady is too incompetent that doesn't know anything and makes mistakes. When you have to go back to the branch to fix their mistake and ask them about their mistake they argue with you. Another lady comes out and starts arguing with me and also kneels down on the floor with folded hands and I was so uncomfortable and when I asked her not to do that then the manager comes out and tells me to shut up and not to speak because he has a meeting going on. Makes fun of you in front of a client he has meeting with telling them this is what we have to deal with. Deal with what? You can't even deal with complaints from a customer because your own staff made a mistake and just made rude comments to shut up and sit down in the waiting area or else he will call security to throw me out of the bank. When I ask for what? What a racist jokes these employees and managers are. I made a complaint to their grievance department in Montreal over the phone while I was waiting for my issue to be resolved. I haven't heard from their grievance and complaint department yet and no action has been taken. This is a totally ridiculous Bank and staff I have to ever deal with. I'm going to close my account as soon as I'm done moving my assets.

Also, if you try to call their branch on their phone number, no one will pick up and will always go to voicemail. And even if you leave voicemail, no one will get back to you ever.

Every time i’ve called here a guy picks up, didn't get his name but he’s really helpful and answers all my questions. He helped me fix my problems about a cheque with a positive attitude

This has to be one of the worst BMOs in Canada, the staff are brutal. Lack of manners, lack of courtesy and zero desire to assist customers. You’re made to feel like you’ve walked into the wrong BMO for personal banking. Very disappointing to have such an uncomfortable experience with a bank I’ve been with for years, I will not ever go back to this branch and highly recommend everyone avoid it, make to the trip to 130th

The place is haunted like deadass, the doors open on their own, curtains are seen opening and closing, shadows are seen too like grey figures, one day we went here to ask it questions to see if it was a for real ghost and the doors opened to the question.literally haunted like fr.if you live in legacy and go to this bank maybe change its actually scary

First off, it's not haunted or eery feeling. Read on, I could not conduct business there if it was.

This branch is partially the reason I left another major bank (the green one) after 25+ years as their customer.

BMO Longview has offered an upbeat positive atmosphere with exceptional customer service for both myself and a senior family member I take there.

I have agoraphobia and a panic disorder. The sit down and personal yet private layout for day to day teller banking WON me over. The bank is small and has a cozy feeling.

To see a bank care to offer such a service for their clients I happily pay a monthly fee to them.

Just a real unpleasant feeling dealing with this branch not happy at all by there service im lost for words actually to think about it I will never be coming back to this branch ever again none of the staff know to do anything there at all why u guys even open on a Saturday if u can't even help someone get a new bankcard like literally not that hard. Maybe hire people that actually know how to be a bankteller.
