BMO Bank of Montreal

We signed up with BMO 2 years ago to get the 300$ sign up bonus. After talking with 3 managers; all of them saying we qualify. The manager at this branch ultimately decided we do not qualify. Bad customer service. Would not recommend this bank to anyone.

Don't know why the negative reviews I had a very good experience. Got just what I needed in 5mins. Very polite and professional customer service.

You know for customer service this place is horrible. They NEVER have more then one teller at the counter. Very friendly staff but slow.

We are new in airdrie and Very very bad experience with these branch cashier Kristin she is very very rude I never see these type of customer service in my life even she is not helping me there was other cashier who helped me and Kristin just jump in between and talking rudely and there is other manager his name is kevin and he charged me $95 from my debit card to access my deposit box. Called customer service when we came to know about $95 charge without our knowledge and requested to contact us ASAP.

The Manager of this BMO branch will not go above and beyond for their customers. Even though I had proof of another BMO branch doing what I was requesting, they would not. Really puts a damper on things when you’re trying to run a business.

SO SLOWWWWW. Even it is empty most of the time. Still slow service. No one there to let you enter in Branch you need to wait an invidual to come an check and ask all Covid questions (which is fine) but wait and delay for no reason. Deserve NO STAR. But can do that. As that is the lowest they can get.

I have had excellent experiences at the BMO Main Street branch. I enjoy going in and depositing my cheques. Everyone is very friendly and personal.

I had the worst experience with the branch manager Sherry Neis. Please, when you are talking to your customers remember to have manners. We have been coming here for years and love the tellers, they have been amazing with us and handling my husbands small business. No one deserves to be talked down to the way she did to us today. Sadly we will not be returning to this location.

So I have my business account with Main Street Airdrie went to deposit my pay check into my account in Chinook branch the guy look at my paystub and waive the hold. I went to the Main Branch in Airdrie and they hold my check and both the teller and the business personal banker was rude more the personal banker saying they are not Chinook, same bank. He was very rude it’s not acceptable to me. Sometime you just have to wonder is it that racism or just I have to dress in my suit to be acceptable and trusted. I know I have options

This is by far the worst BMO ever! I have to use a teller weekly and when you come to this branch expect a 15 min wait in line at the minimum. It’s just horrible. They usually only have 1 teller on. The poor lady in front of me today was older and actually had to lean on one of the supports so that she could support herself bc she had been there so long.: (When I do go to other branches they are well staffed and I never have to worry about the long wait times.
I would avoid Airdrie Main Street BMO if you can.

Best customer service I can recall especially from a bank! Raquelle was amazing as well as determined and patient with me.

Deplorable service from Margaret. Never recommend main street branch to anyone. Poor service and attitude from Margaret because I was late for my appointment.

My husband and I adore Margaret. She is wonderful! So personable and friendly, always helpful and takes the time to chat and explain everything. We always leave happy after talking with her and comfortable with our banking decisions.

Teller was very very rude and passive aggressive, so rude I'm writing this in the parking lot. Never going to this location ever again.
