Sonja the manager was an absolute pleasure to talk to she was very helpful while still supporting the other cashier AND training. Might get busy in the morning but the customer service more than makes up for it!

I have been leaving messages for close to a month trying to get a call back. 4 seperate voicemails in total.today was the day I was contacted back. Of course what I need has to be done in person. Secondly last time I tried to get foreign currency here, I requested small bills. And was given only the largest denomination of that currency. Not even one small bill. Literally only the largest denomination that currency has. When I spoke to the manager I was informed its the third party providers fault and she would follow up with them and contact me back.it has been 3 months since that interaction.still waiting on the call back from the manager.

In my almost 40 years of using banks I don't think I've ever been in one that is this slow. I was excited to see there was only 1 person line in front of me. They have chairs at the line up. I now see why. I've gone through TD faster with 14 people in front of me. The service was friendly, so they still get two stars.

Do yourself a favour and show up 30 mins late to your appointment. Don’t worry, they’ll make the next appointment wait if they’re on time. The 2 managers will sit and stare at them while they wait without helping them.

I am send wire transfer 3000 to buy Crypto currency from bmo.and they can not send money for me.and i ask them cancel and refund.they say no money refund.i am 100% no trust this this bank any more.

Got a mortgage with them and they didnt think about changing my address.i had to call after and mess arround on the phone to change my address and get my new credit cards that i never received.really feels like half of a service

So welcoming! I am not a BMO customer, I do third party deposits but I will definitely be opening an account. Very friendly environment. The branch manager is always at the entrance greeting everyone and providing help and answering questions.

Great staff, very friendly and approachable! I do third party deposits through them but I would definitely recommend opening an account with them.

Simple routine task took about 30 minutes exactly! What a waste of time

I understand that you have to train your new staff but that should not be on expense of customer’s time

I fully understand why this branch only get a 2.8 rating. They talked me into a blunder account to get great interest rate. Been 3 months now and 4 BMO staff could not get a standing order correct. First they were wrong about the rate we would get. Then I and 4 BMO had money moved from one account to another. The entire ordeal was a nightmare. So frustrating and just had enough. I shouldn't have to drive all the way from Edmonton to spruce grove so my transactions to be done correctly. All in all, a horrible branch of BMO employees.
I think it's time to move all outr investments to another bank.great sointerest

Rahman has been the best person that I have ever dealt with out of all the BMO. Any questions or help I have regarding about my dads estate account, which he is not the one looking after it but still managed to do the best he can. He listens to you with your needs. Friendly and very professional. I highly suggest you see him. Thanks Rahman for all your help!

They lie about offer of $$$ or airmile points.if you open primuem acount with them. I follow all the given instructions but no offer.don't get trapped with there lie like me. I'll close my account soon. People Take your business somewhere else.

BMO need to shut down this location, no one no one know anything thing what they are doing in this branch I'm stuck at the teller since 12: 00 PM and now its 13: 00 PM I guess no proper training they even don't know how to calculate who ever is the supervisor needs to get the hell out of this bank doors and the f.top management need to spend some time to train staff there f.cameras are the witness even every one for a simple business needs to stay in this branch for a good half hour.
