Had a meeting for a loan approved and signed documents. They called me just to tell me they couldn’t offer me the loan and they shredded the papers, also said they didn’t care what documents I had on my end because it didn’t matter at that point. Offered me another loan for 7 grand more in interest. RED FLAGS, do NOT go to this branch
After having a appointment yesterday, I realize the answer to my question was wrong when I call Bmo investerline. Then I went back today because the branch have to do the documents to move this money. When I was asking to the assistant, the branch manager show up and took me from very high, telling he was the manager and after few wrongs answers again, he finally listened what I was asking and tell me I have to take a new appointment to do this transaction I don’t know why he have to be like this, I wasn’t rude with his assistant, I am a good client who only come at the branch few time a year At least he should apologize to give some wrongs answers and be kind of rude with me, I can understand everybody can make mistakes,
Oh where to start! This branch is the reason why I'm taking my business elsewhere. The staff I have encountered are slow, unhelpful and rude. Also, the branch is basically never open.

Inconveniently still living "Bankers hours. " When all the other banks are open earlier, close later and on open on weekends to better assist customers this BMO branch still clings the past. 10am -4pm and NO Weekends? Not even an 8 hour workday window. Really BMO? Ridiculous. Attention BMO branch. The 1950’s called and they want their bankers hours back.
Always understaffed. I went in there today 2 times, which was frustrating that they couldn't do the banking that I needed the first time! - first time I went, the 1 teller was the only one working- took forever to get to the front of the line and than she was answering calls that were coming into the branch while she helped me - Awful costumer service. 2nd time, there were two tellers but it was still a huge lineup - stood in line for 15 minutes and than finally left, without being helped, as I had a few people before me and I wasn't going to wait any longer- I wasted too much of my time today with this bank. NEVER going back to this location!
