There was an older couple who came in before me but couple obviously not stand in the long line. The lady I. The second desk closet to the door was helping someone which is fine. They say at the chairs with desk closet to the door. When the lady finally asked what they needed. They said help with their card. I couldn’t hear what was wrong she told them to stand in line. The man was in a walker and clearly shouldn’t be expected to stand in line. I’m glad I only come to this branch once a year cause every time I come here it is a worse experience. I only have one product here and can’t wait til it expires so I never have to come back.

I went there to pay credit card bill and the teller was very negligent. I paid in cash and expected change back, but did not receive my change. When asked, the teller told me she did not check how much the bill was, she just put all money in. I was shocked that a teller working at a bank do not check the numbers. When confronted, she told me people pay more than what the bill is all the time and they don’t always check. I suggested this is not a smart approach - since you’re dealing with people’s money everyday you should be mindful. She then told me I don’t work here and I don’t know how the system works. This is a BANK, which deals with money every single second. Today it is only a hundred of dollars but what if the transaction was thousands, or even more? I don’t know if you can trust the people who work there anymore since they obviously do not care about you nor your money. Be careful.
