Me and my wife of 20 years found ourselves overwhelmed with confusion on how get out of the 106 thousand dollar of credit cards bills.
My only thoughts were running, or something much worse.
After searching the internet I found a dept recovery office on the southside of the city. The lady offered me a way to be free. However this came with a 14000$ dollar price tag. There business was helping themselves while helping me and my wife. After a time i can only say I became more lost and depressed so was my wife.

I feel that the counsellor we have is amazing. However I feel things were not explained properly at all to us. Outcome A was discussed, but then there is outcome B. I don’t feel that we did enough research on debt solutions before proceeding with them. I hope we never have to go through this again. Lesson learned for our family for sure.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Very disappointed, not helpful, and I feel like I’ve been tricked as didn’t end up with what we agreed. Maybe other people’s experiences have been good. But we used Heather Tilley and Nicole Olsen and we are not happy at all, even though the first words out of their mouths is “if you’re not happy, we’re not happy” this company is deceitful and do not disclose information that they should. Be very wary about doing any agreements with this company. You start by speaking to someone who is helpful and informative, then you get passed on to someone who I presume makes minimum wage and couldn’t care less. Typical of modern day society really, THEY DON’T CARE AND THEY ARE SNEAKY.

I was very troubled about my financial situation, so I called BNA, to find out what I could do to alleviate my stress. Luckily for me, Nicole answered the phone, and she was very knowledgeable about the dilemma I was in, and quickly quelled all my fears and explained what I could do, to make things better. My appreciation and gratitude go out to her and Barry, who put things together, to bring my situation to resolution.

It was really positive experience with Barry and his team. They were very helpful and kind through out the whole process. When I went to meet Barry for the first time, I was stressed under a huge debt at the very young age. In the meeting, he answered all my questions without judging. Explained all the possible options with their outcomes and suggested the best suitable option to go with, to clear my debt off.
Though this process sounds complicated and scary from outside, Barry made it really hassle-free. In the whole process, I just had to do was some readings about contracts and sign. They handle all the chaos or paperwork needed to be done. After that first meeting I left the office with mental relief and felt lot of stress was gone.
