Amazing! Frederick gave one of the best massages I have ever had. He was thoughtful, courteous, detailed and patient and showed me stretches I can do at home. I have already booked my appointments for the remainder of the year with him. Highly recommended

I started at Body Therapy Deerfoot location on the recommendation of a family member. This Centre has delivered a suite of amazing treatments to me, reflexology, massage, osteopathy and physio, that is unlike anything I have experienced in my life. A key I have noticed here is communication, these folks talk to you, learn you, ask you for feedback. This team, yes a team, has improved my body health, not just muscles, the muscle skeletal needs, as well as stress reduction and a general improved well being mentally! Select any one treatment but consider more than one here, over a few weeks, as they all work to improve full body wellness.

I had recently fallen injuring my back and neck. The first treatment was a massage, a fantastic massage, unlike any I had enjoyed in my life. That massage introduced Osteopathy to my vocabulary.

My next appoint was with the Osteopaths at Deerfoot, and my learning begins again. I had never enjoyed this style of full body health treatment. This treatment I can only describe as a combination of Massage, Physio with a style similar to Chiropractic, without the sudden movements. This whole health approach was not just improving my back but my stress and health.

During the recent covid lockdown I switched to the physio folks at the Deerfoot location to not lose what I had gained. The physio folks are unlike any I have experienced in the past. These folks do not simply default to exercise, but look at the body as a whole. The folks assess, explore, and work on the body as well as finding an at home solution to continue with the health improvements.

As I have grown in my understanding I believe now in Calgary we have the finest offering for whole body health at Body Therapy. The complimentary services of Osteopathy, Massage, reflexology and Physio along with the strong team communication is a real first for full body health care.

Body Therapy is a great place to get a massage. Janelle is so professional and awesome. She gets me back to 100% in a lunch hour. I really appreciate it! Nice little escape from normal everyday life.

I saw Waqar (physiotherapist) yesterday for my first assessment. I was very impressed with his knowledge and the way he explains the issue that I was having so I could better understand. He is thorough and incredible as a physiotherapist. He gave me hope at discussing a variety of techniques that he could do to help me. I have been having discomfort and pain in my right foot and knee for quite some time now and had been to another place a couple of months ago but they didn't give me hope like Waqar has. I wish I would have seen him sooner! I feel very positive in my mind now that I will get better and be able to get back to my daily activities without so much discomfort. I very highly recommend Waqar.

I've been to three physiotherapists since returning to Calgary and so far I've got the best results here. I also like the osteopath here as well.

Anuja is absolutely amazing. She is very Knowledgable and understanding. She takes her time explaining things. She is very calming. She is well aware of fertiliy treatment and therapies.very highly recommended!

I had my first treatment with their physiotherapist and it was comprehensive and allowed me to understand the reasons why I am in pain. I found the treatment to be effective and I can feel the difference, even after one session. Alot more work to be done, but off to a great start. Highly recommend.

I have been going to BTW for about 3 years. After falling victim to a major rollover MVA, I wasn't recovering. Once I started to see Waqar, my recovery is progressing phenomenally. Everyone I see - Waqar, Freddy, Claire, Abby - is so kind and knowledgeable. Karen and Brian are wonderful people, and I truly feel part of a family with the amount of care I receive!

Abnoan is an amazing osteopath, he listens closely and works methodically. I appreciate, as a woman, that he always explains exactly what he's going to do and gets consent before touching my body. He is not trying to get patients to need him on a regular basis, he wants to restore full function/mobility and then let them go until they need help again.

The reception staff are all friendly and helpful - this practice must be amazing at hiring.

You won't do better for physical therapy in Calgary!

Ok I was here to provide a service. From my experience management and staff were very pleasant and professional. The space is very clean and fresh.

This is a hidden little gem! I had multiple pre natal massages there and the ladies where amazing!

I have visited this location numerous times and have found the staff to be both professional and knowledgeable not to mention more than curtious when it comes to your well being and comfort. I've seen three different therapists and not once have I had any issues or felt uncomfortable at anytime. I would recommend this health and wellness clinic to everybody.

Going to Anuja for my physiotherapy sessions was an absolute life changer. I came in with throbbing elboq and arm pain, but she's helped me so much. She's very patient and understanding which is very rare with other physiotherapists that I've seen. I highly recommend that you go to her with any pain you may have.

Was in a very bad Motor vehicle accident and have been coming to this amazing place for Physiotherapy and Massage. All the staff here have been very cordial and understanding, & the reception is always welcoming. My Physiotherapist made a treatment plan for me and co-ordinated with the Massage therapist for getting me back in shape. I can't thank enough for all the support i have received throughout, which has meant everything to me.

I have been to Body Therapy to see Waqar for physio and Theresa for massage. I was having problems with my hip flexor and IT band. Waqar identified my problem immediately and got me back to pain free in a short period of time with the program he prescribed. I went for a few massages during my physio treatment schedule and Waqar and Theresa discussed my issues beforehand to provide a coordinated treatment plan. I would highly recommend both to anyone looking for massage or physio.

Friday was my first experience at Body Therapy Wellness at at first glance I was impressed. It's clean, quiet and very comfortable and the front staff are very welcoming. My osteo-therapist was Thiago and he was fantastic. I have been dealing with some upper back pain for some time and he was able to offer treatment tailored to my needs. His approach is warm and welcoming and makes you feel right at home. I am pleased to have found a great place and WILL definitely be returning and recommending. Thank you Thiago!

So back in France, prior seeing a chiropractor it’s mandatory to see an osteopath as whole a chiropractor deals with articulation pressure and a massage therapist with muscle pressure to be released
An osteopath is a mix of the two as they look at the cause and effect of why the two above are painful and helps you correct your behaviour in order to not have to come back a lot

Anyhow I had the pleasure to have Tiago help me out and it helped a lot, as we looked at what I needed to change in my behaviour to not be in pain anymore
And now it’s been about 3 months that I have been treated and I didn’t have to have my chiropractic sessions as we looked at my behaviour to avoid pain.

So thanks a million for your help. I would totally recommend Tiago.
