I hope this place treats their customers with more respect than they treat potential employees. I had a job interview set this week and the hiring manager was not there upon the agreed time and date. I was told by another employee to “go grab a coffee and wait for her call” because she was no where near the store. I understand mistakes happen and life is busy but to not even offer an apology or an alternate time to come back? It was a complete disregard of my time. I waited 30 minutes past the scheduled time which made me late to my other job. I never did hear from her. Completely unprofessional!

This place is a hidden gem. Amazing service, friendly and kind staff, and amazing flowers and wonderful design. Highly recommend!

I've been purchasing flowers for this special occasion for 11 years now and can honestly say that my recent arrangement was the worst value for my money ever! I paid more than I ever have for flowers and have never been more disappointed! I live in another province and had them shipped, so perhaps if you actually pick them up in store the service is better!

Sandra was amazing in helping us choose the flowers for our wedding day and helped to make suggestions that had a great effect on our big day, her knowledge of flowers and combinations is second to none, very affordable and all delivered to our venue without a hitch!

Got peonies here and my aunt loves them plus they were very friendly so big up to the shop here.

The staff were incredibly helpful and kind during a difficult time, and went way beyond “over and above” to accommodate a very special request. I highly recommend this business, they are truly caring and compassionate. Thank you!

The bouquet had clearly been rushed to make, the ribbon inside the vase was squished and the white flowers were already turning brown, Ive had better arrangements from the grocery store. After sending an email they replaced the bouquet and took back the previous one. This one had less flowers and no bow.

Would not recommend.

I received white roses from this store. One week later they are absolutely beautiful. Probably the best bouquet I have ever received
