Great physiotherapist at this clinic. I now am able to move as before my injury thanks to Vinnie.

Audrey was wonderful. She gave me some stretching exercises to do daily. I still do them every day with pain now gone.

I came to see Yogesh for a traumatic shoulder injury. I am amazed at the progress I have made in such a short time. My range of motion has increased, and pain has dramatically lessened.

I see Vinnie Palumbo for physiotherapy here and I could rave about him like he was family! The whole clinic is very professional, seems to run on time always and has a comfortable atmosphere.
Vinnie has been an exceptional therapist as well. He is very knowledgeable but also listens well and addresses your specific concerns. He also takes the time to check in with me to make sure I’m comfortable when working through any painful exercises. Vinnie is also very approachable and easy talk to, while also being compassionate to your concerns. He may look like a young man, but he is very professional, an experienced practitioner, and I feel any person would be in excellent hands as a patient of Vinnie!

I came to Bonavista Physical Therapy for my whiplash treatment after I got into a car accident. Kari is amazing physiotherapist. After she did an assessment she enrolled me into their recovery program that includes custom exercises for the faster healing. And I felt the progress day after day.

To make my healing journey more efficient I was assigned to Dave their massage therapist. And that was one of the best massages I've ever experienced.
Dave is a Yoga teacher and he is a great combination of a professional practice and the knowledge of human body.
During the massage session he communicates with his clients to make sure every movement is done properly, without any extra pressure. You will feel that you are in the right hands.
It feels like Dave takes this process more as an art, rather then a job.

Feeling way better, and in case you're looking for a good recovery service, be confident with this place!

I have dealt with the Bonavista Physical Therapy clinic on many occasions over the years. In my most recent experience, Audrey was my therapist and she was great. Audrey helped me resolve my back injury. She is very knowledgeable, approachable and really cares about her patients. I would highly recommend this clinic but specifically Audrey as a therapist. If you have any back or neck related issues, she uses a very effective McKenzie approach.

Vinne is fantastic. When I think my physio is not going well at home ne measures my progress to reassure me that I’m on the right path to recovery! Thank You for your great work!

Julian has been great. I had an accident which caused me knee problems. After an Xray and a scan I was told my knee was bone on bone. Osteopath said he could give me a cortisone shot. Anyway went to my Doctor again and she put me onto a group that specializes in back exercises. Met Julian at your clinic. He told me my knee was like that before my accident. Julian gave me exercises and my knee is improving!

Vinnie Palumbo Is great I had broken my ankle at work in January. Turned out I had to get surgery on it metal plate and 6 screws I was off my feet for about 3 months I started going to see vinnie at the beginning of April it has been a long struggle to get back to normal, but thing have improved dramatically vinnie showed me all the proper exercises to do to get back too normal. So 100% satisfaction. Also hats off to the ladies at the reception they’re amazing as well. Great job keep it up

Gord is AWEsome. He really knows where the problems are by feel when he uses the Gunn method of needling! He has unlocked issues I have had for literally decades.

Down to earth Therapist who intuitively recognizes your pain and treats accordingly. AMAZING.

Yogesh had provided physio for me previously for my neck and headaches. I appreciated how carefully he listened and observed, and quickly provided me with TENS treatment and a couple of focussed exercises that quickly resolved the issues.

When I had lingering soft tissue discomfort and stiffness in my glutes and hamstring following my hip replacement surgery, I returned to him. Different treatment- dry needling and a couple of focussed stretches. Still a bit of stiffness, but orders of magnitude improvement. Highly recommend.

I have had intermittent episodes of BPPV vertigo. I am lucky to have tried Bonavista Physical Therapy as Yogi had the training and experience to provide effective vestibular therapy. He also noticed my balance is not as good as it should be and he sent me home with exercises for that. I'm very happy with the treatment I received.

Gord is an extremely knowledgeable and experienced physiotherapist. I have seen him many times over the years for neck, knee and most often back issues. He always helps me get back on track and doing the activities I love. He is very thorough and organized. My husband and our three kids have all benefited greatly from Gord’s expert treatment for their sports related injuries. I very highly recommend Gord and Bonavista Physio.

Attended the GLA: D program run by Kari and it was great. Would highly recommend it to anyone who is experiencing Osteoarthritis in one of their large joints. I have seen a significant improvement in my lower body strength and much less pain. THANKS!

Currently dealing with alot of pain from psoriatic arthritis and Nicole Weishaar is fantastic at adjusting to your prefrence, bed side manners and skill. Highly reccomend.
