I recently came to this store after many years as a loyal customer at another place in town. After months at the previous place of being shrugged off and ignored on an issue, I went and spoke to Lisa, who was so very helpful, set me up with the bags I had alreasy purchased at the previous place, in her system. Just like that it was so easy and she was very knowledgeable in helping me with what I was looking for.

I had the greatest customer service yesterday, I think her name was Chloe (on receipt) very informative and thorough. Service like hers is hard to come by these days. Way to go ladies!

I recently left a situation where I had no choice but to leave my home and move to Grande Prairie with no money. I contacted Lisa and told her my situation and she was so sweet and she made sure that my emotional support dog was able to eat until my funds came in. Great variety of good food for your pet. The best assortment of ID tags to engrave while you wait. More dog accessories than you could ask for. I make time to shop here when I get to GP!
