Gateway Blvd is my favourite Bone & Biscuit - great stock & even better staff who are knowledgeable and caring.

This BnB is an awesome location, the owners are so nice and easy to talk to.

They have the dog and cat food I need in stock and are always willing to give recommendations on other food I require them for my pets.

Its also conveniently located next to Save On foods and other stores so you can get other shopping done when you head to this location.

Lots of dry pet foods however they fall short for the fresh/frozen cat food. Very scant selection.

When I tell you I'm a fan of this place, I mean, stop what you're doing right now and start shopping here for your cats and dogs! I don't live in Edmonton, but this will always be my go-to place for my cat when I'm in the area. The store is bright and clean with a variety of good quality products in a very welcoming environment, and it's in a good location with plenty of parking. The store is really nice, but it's the customer service for me. Jo is amazing! It's clear that she absolutely adores animals by how she interacts with them; she treats her fur customers like they're her own. She's always very friendly, and especially to my cat, Loki, whenever we're there. Loki had a situation where he got freaked out by something just outside the store, but Jo helped immediately and I can't tell you how much I appreciated that. Above and beyond! I was already sold on this place the first time I went there, but now I'll only choose this store for my cat when we're in the area!

Was on a mission for a specific kind of locally-made cat tree and had been directed to Bone & Biscuit as a retailer. Started at another location which then called and confirmed what I needed was here at Gateway. Great experience all around! The owner was super knowledgeable about the product and its suitability for my chonky boy. Not sure what was the best part of the experience - the fact it came at a slight discount or that her husband unexpectedly helped load it into my car!

Stopped in to get a K9 sport sac for my pooch.we had such great service! The owner helped us and was super friendly and helped us get our pooch into her nee backpack.definitely recommend this spot for your pet needs

I recently moved to the east coast and have not been able to find my pups favourite Kong Cozie toy. I came to Edmonton to visit my parents and noticed the Bone & Biscuit next to SaveOnFoods. On a whim, I decided to go in. My First impression was how clean and comfortable the store was. And within moments of entering, my mother and I were greeted with a cheerful hello. I told the ladies what I was looking for. (AKA a toy for my distructo dog) They were very knowledgeable and were very interested in what worked for my dog’s needs. It was a very enjoyable experience and I am so sad I did not know of them when I still lived here. Needless to say, they will be on my list of places to go whenever I am in town.

Wonderful little shop! Wide variety of frozen treats. They even had some dog cupcakes. Good selection of toys. Staff is welcoming and friendly! Stopped in there the other day and had a nice chat with the woman behind counter.

Went there to to get aquarium supplies. I was pleasantly surprised by the inventory of supplies they had. They didn't have everything I wanted but had lots of options.

We love coming to this specific Bone & Biscuit even though there is one closer to us all because of the owners and the experience. They are always so good to us and our pup and very knowledgeable about the products - they also stock a lot of province made healthy treats and just overall a wide selection of everything else. They always go above and beyond, will hold stuff for us if we call, and always very responsive. We love coming here and there is no place like it!

Love this spot! They carry high quality pet foods, toys and supplies and the owners are the nicest people you’ll ever meet. Definitely stop by if you have pets!

I love this location and the owners even more. They make every trip in to B&B an enjoyable experience for us, and our dogs. They’re so informative with their products and genuinely care for your pet. Our older dog was struggling with an allergy flare up. Jo worked with us to find a food that he loved and wouldn't react to. They also have an impressive treat selection. I couldn’t recommend this location more.

Our go to location for all our dogs food, treats and anything else she needs. Super friendly and helpful owner!
