Bonnie Doon Pharmacy

Family member went to pick up a prescription, was told would be Friday. Wasn't ready. Then was told it would be ready Monday. Again, it wasn't ready and this time they said they couldn't say when it would be ready. In other words, they kept making up excuses. It's one thing to wait a long time (even days) and it's another to repeatedly waste our time by giving us bad pickup times.

I have had a really good experience with this pharmacy for the past 6 months. The staff have been very competent and also friendly. I forgot to get a prescription from my doctor and ran out of my medications but they were able to liaise with my doctor and get that sorted out quickly. I also ran out of my medication when I traveled to Toronto so they called a pharmacy in TO for me so I can get my medication there. Very helpful staff and they also have good pharmacy hours.

I have been with these guys since they opened. Couldn't say enough good things. They are the best. Thank you too all the staff for looking after me.

Chirag (the store manager) went above and beyond for my fiancee and I! We had desperately been looking all over the city for a Yellow Fever vaccination, as most pharmacies were sold out. Bonnie Doon had 2 left in stock, however by the time we got there they had also sold out.

Nevertheless Chirag did his best to track down more inventory for us, first by calling the manufacturer, and then, when that failed, by calling around to other pharmacies in the city. He eventually found one that had a few doses left, and he promptly transferred our prescription over there.

I wouldn't expect this level of service from a business I frequented often, let alone one that I had just step foot in that day. But Chirag and his team made us feel like valued customers, and I wouldn't hesitate to return to their pharmacy!
