Horrible experience. Management here is unbelievable, The Bobbi lady seemed to be condescending.

I had come to look for jeans for my child who is overweight and when a lot of the sizes he tried on didn't fit we had asked for more options but an employee I think her name was Ella or Elisle or Emily I can not remember. But she was very stand-offish and was judging my child. Will never come back here due to that experience

The jeans were nice but overpriced. The staff was like zombies and felt like they hated their jobs. The sign says upbeat and positive people but they definitely were not that. I had to walk up to two different girls to ask for help as they were annoyed I interrupted their conversation. Not happy overall

Typical bootlegger. Good jeans for a good price and always have deals. Staff were very accommodating friendly and funny.

I went into bootlegger to get a couple basics. One of the workers Melissa, she suggested I buy from the men’s section because “she didn’t fit the woman’s belt sizes” and assumed I wouldn’t either without even talking to me first. She kept trying to push the men’s sizes on me, even tho I was trying to tell her I had clothes from here and I knew my size in the women’s section. She would not take no for an answer. I was not happy with the service offered by her.

Kenzie provided me with the best customer service I have ever received, normally hate shipping but she was an Angel

I hate jean shopping with a passion, I rather eat cat food. Well Krista at bootleggers changed all that. She was accommodating, friendly, funny and made my jean experience amazing. She recommended things she thought I would like and hit the nail on the head. Ive never had someone be some accommodating. I usually annoy the sales associate because Im so picky, but not Krista. She helped me for a good 30-45mins and did it all with a smile on her face. Shout out to Kenzie for being awesome as well.

Had fantastic service in the change room area.and their Covid process is laid out great.store always have very helpful and energetic sales people.

I had a wonderful experience here! One associate I believe her name was Kenzie, helped me find the perfect pair of jeans as well as helped me pick out gorgeous tops to go with them! I really appreciated her help. Definitely will be coming back!

Extremely disappointed. I understand the need to restrict customers in the store, but i tried taking my 12 year old daughter into the store to purchase jeans but was denied entry because they will not allow two members of the same household into the store at the same time. So if we were not mother-daughter, we could enter without problem? Be better Bootlegger.

Terrible expierence at this store. Went in for a return and was verbally abused by 2 girls untangling necklaces behind the counter judging me head to toe. This is disrespectful and hurtful and as an ill person something that I’ll remember. Will not be back to this store again and hopefully this is a wake up call to you both:)

Love bootlegger. ;) easy return and no store credit which I like the most. Online shopping is the best too only $3.00 shipping fee and if you don't like them you can return it in any store near you as easy.

Hopeless service you have to find an employee and ask them to go to the cash register every single time. I have shopped here since crossiron has opened and it is painfully every time! So now I shop on line but when I do need to exchange a size it is a major time commitment! It is stressful to what these people do their job it is like they just walked in off the street and got behind the register!
