Bosom Babies

I have been shopping here for 9 years! From needs for my own daughter when she was a baby, to quality mama clothing for myself, and baby gifts for my friends!

Bosom Babies is the best! It was the only place I could find comfortable maternity bras that ACTUALLY fit me!

I used to love this store and the selection of reusable diapers. I went in today because I have an issue with one of my diapers and needed to replace it. The selection has drastically decreased, and when I didn't like the stock options for the brand I've previously used, the sales lady offered zero help. I don't mean very little help. I mean ZERO help. I would ask a question and she would stay silent. I would ask which brand was acceptable and she had no clue. I asked if the store owner knew more and she said no. Really disheartening. I wanted to support local and I wanted to use this business again but I was at a loss. They do have some cute things here, I just wouldn't count on them for reusable diapers.

I recently visited a baby clothing store in Edmonton and was truly impressed by the wonderful selection and quality of their products. This store is a hidden gem for parents in search of clothing for their little ones.

The selection, quality, and attentiveness of the staff make it a truly exceptional shopping destination for baby fashion.

I went to go and browse Bosom Babies and we were looking around for 7 or so minutes. I am 6 months pregnant and I had my 5 year old son with me, I asked to use to the washroom and the owner scanned me up and down and took about 25 seconds to respond and she said 'Is that all you came in here for, to use the washroom'. I will never visit this store again or ever support them. Very disappointing exchange. Do not visit this store. Really unpleasant staff and atmosphere.

I ordered a snow suit on February 21st and paid $25 for shipping. I have not received the package which I understand is not Bosom Babies fault, it is the fault of UPS (appears they lost the package). However, I have not been refunded. The owner e-mailed me back with a nice response after me e-mailing 3 times stating I will be refunded only once UPS refunds them. I found this disappointing- especially after paying $25 on top of for shipping. I felt like I should be refunded promptly and the shop should take on recouping the costs. Fingers crossed for a refund as it has been over 5 weeks.

Update June 2,2023.
I had to dispute the charge on my visa. The owner emailed me numerous times stating she would refund but never did. She also told me that UPS found the package and it would be delivered, which never happened and when I contacted UPS they had no record of that. I would not order from this store.

Great selection of products, from baby carriers to toys. Wonderful selection of top brands of clothing. Kind, supportive and knowledgeable staff.

Myself and my kiddos love this shop! The staff are incredibly helpful. When I was starting cloth diapers they were such a HUGE help!

A great local shop that carries things from pregnancy to post-partum. Love the convenience of the new location. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and prices are reasonable. Will shop here again for sure!
