Ordered a jumbo Beef and Cheese Donair off skip the dishes. What I had received was what seemed like 2 regular Donairs (1 chicken and 1 beef) that were rejects from their customers. Cold, overcooked meat. Crusty over cooked pitas that crumbled as I touched them with what seemed like more lettuce than meat. And no cheese on the Donair. When apparently the cheese option cost $3 more than the regular jumbo option. Not impressed at all

Luckily found out a go to place for pizza in Edmonton.
Simple, humble, attentive and hardworking staff work at Boss Pizza definitely.
Soft and crunchy dough was amazing.
Would love to come back again.

Food was good and the service was amazing always asking if were doing good. And the environment was amazing with an old style

I love this pizza place. They are always fast and never messed up my orders, pizza is always hot and fresh and staff is always very attentive to customers. Ordering online is very convenient. And one last thing - in addition to pretty delicious pizza crusts and toppings the prices are very affordable as well. What not to love about this Bossss? Great customer service always

Worst customer service ever seen in my life. Picked up a shahi paneer pizza after midnight, that lady works there, was very very rude and arrogant. She had no manners of dealing with customers. As a paying customer, we want good customer service.
Then, we tried their pizza for first time, that was garbage. It was smelling weird from the pizza & sauce.
Totally wastage of money, worth staying hungry rather than trying their pizza.

I recently ordered from Boss Pizza in Edmonton and I have to say that it was hands down the best pizza I have ever had! The quality of the ingredients was top-notch, and the crust was perfectly crispy and delicious. I highly recommend trying the "Boss Deluxe" pizza - it was loaded with all my favorite toppings and had the perfect amount of cheese.

I also wanted to give a shoutout to Paul, who took my order and was incredibly friendly and helpful. He made the ordering process effortless and went above and beyond to ensure that my pizza was exactly what I wanted. His customer service skills were exceptional, and he truly made my experience with Boss Pizza memorable.

Overall, I would give Boss Pizza a 5-star rating without hesitation. From the delicious pizza to the fantastic customer service, this place is a must-try for anyone looking for quality pizza in Edmonton. I will definitely be ordering from Boss Pizza again in the future!

Excellent Pizza and Service, crust/dough was light and fluffy! I had the Large sweet and spicy Veg.

Pizza and wraps are amazing. Owner is a very nice guy who is very accomadating to requests. The pizza dough is just right and the owner is constantly trying to improve to be even better. Great job guys!

It was was my frist timw ordering in this pizza shop but i really loved the nature of the person in front desk and he was very friendly and caring. I dont even wana say the pizza was delicious becuz it would be too small for the chief but it was really very good i was happy with my order thank u soo much. His new reccommended pizza was so good

We ordered through phone and the girl said to come in 15 minutes we went over there and I waited for an hour I must say please give the exact time as your time others time is also precious I don’t even want to give one star but still does not want the pizza after this still when they know they are busy I heared the girl still giving 10-15 minutes for ordered such a big liars

This pizza outlet is a little spot that you can easily miss while driving south on Calgary Trail. There's no seating inside so you either order for pick up or to go. I just grabbed a small pizza on the fly and ate it outside.

I was actually very surprised at how good the pie was. Boss Pizza does Non-GMO pizzas and their ingredients are fresh and organic. However they're making their pizzas, they are very good. There is some (I believe) cumin in the sauce so it's not your traditional plain tomato based foundation. And the crust is crispy but crumbly.unlike anything else I've ever had which was delicious.

Great outlet. I'll be back for sure when I'm on the fly past Boss.

Very impressed with the staff, the service and I am truly beyond words with how they are so geared to help a person in need of a bite to eat. They make you feel welcome, that you matter, and don't judge. They allow you to warm up when you are cold and just passing by. I have been blessed with the honor of knowing that no matter if I am a paying customer or in need of a little help, I have gained new sisters and brothers and feel accepted, not judged. To be honest they’re just amazing. Just let em know if you need punjabi style spicy, and they’ll put green chilli and send send some extra chilli flakes and oregano with it. Butter chicken and paneer is really damn tasty.

I was there on Jan 30th at about 3: 30pm and I asked if they have lactose free cheese. The man there told me exactly that they do but he didn't know where it was and that I should come back later when the night team is there. I came in on a walk and wasn't going to walk back. Unimpressed with your customer service, you should do better. Should have looked for the ingredient, how hard can that be.

I was a regular customer, loved the pizza, I live near by, it was perfect. The prices changed dramatically the past two times, not due to a price change on the menu or delivery fee. When they arrived, the total came to $37.00 before my $5 tip thinking it wasn't the delivery persons doing. For a large pizza that was supposed $30.00 with the delivery fee, a block and a half away from "boss" location. Fool me twice. Sincerely a nearly two year regular customer. Good writtens.

I have only ordered from these guys with delivery. EVERYTIME I order wings, I get a half and half. They allow it everytime. The big fancy River Cree camt even do half and half. Keep up the amazing customer service! Thank you!

If there was even ten degrees of pivot in their branding, this place would be on plates across Edmonton in a minute. Hummingbird chefs put together some damn good (and inventive) flavours together under a well-priced and extensive organic menu. The friendlinesses of the in-person service is astounding given their daily hours—how they are the last to leave the kitchens of Edmonton but seem to do so with a smile, week-in, week-out. The crust is worth noting as incredible, the service is top-notch, and you’re missing out if you haven’t stopped by. I haven’t spent a dime at a pizza chain since finding these neighbourhood heroes, and I doubt you will either.

Excellent pizza with an exceptionally nice crust. We always do pick up and the staff is very friendly and gracious. Our kids love the classic flavours and the bread sticks—but I highly recommend the sweet and spicy pizza and the curry chicken pizzas. I’d agree, however, with some other reviewers that the wings are just ok—not really this place’s strong suit.

Incredibly good food, all home made, traditional and genuine recipes from the East Indian family who operates the restaurant, gluten free, non GMO and all fresh and healthy ingredients, the Chai is the best I've had in Edmonton and possibly Alberta.
I've never had such an amazing Calzone, the dough so crispy and buttery, the pizza is super good, I had Tandoori chicken and it was perfect, Samosas are top shelf and try the chicken wings, they're flavored and cooked perfectly

We got chesse bread and we thought they gave us marnina sauce for it. Turns out it was really spicy hot sauce.friend allergic.spending night in hospital not impressed.

First timers. Great service from the gentleman that works there. He even brought chairs out for us to sit on, both being disabled they were more than welcome! Ne pizza was darn good but the meat lovers was a bit greasy. Hey also did not give us the 20% off of our order. Cost us %10 more than it should have.

Boss pizza is the best pizza I’ve ever had in my entire life. The staff is so friendly and they’re always open when I need to have pizza. And the pizza itself is more than exceptional. Outstanding even. I love Boss Pizza and look forward to ordering it every time I’m near. Thank you so much to the staff for being so wonderful every time!:)

Twice requested for vegetarian pizza and found meat pieces in it. Never going back after a disrespectful response from the owner.

As much as I hate leaving a bad review. I hate it even more when a business is not open during their states hours. My work crew and I are very disappointed having wasted time traveling to arrive and find out your not open when your hours clearly state you're open. In the middle of the week and an hour past opening time.never coming back and I speak for my crew of 6.

Best pizza in Edmonton, they set the bar very high and its difficult now to order elsewhere. They are open really late so whenever you need a pizza fix you can depend on Boss. The staff are also very friendly and welcoming anytime ive gone in for pickup. Huge fan of the place. If you haven’t tried it or are getting tired of the big name pizza places try boss you wont regret it.

My pizza was cooked perfect, base was fluffy and just enough crust. Chili powder in the sauce. I like more traditional sauce but it wasn’t bad, just a bit strong.

Owner is friendly since I get pizza from here a lot (I will not order from anywhere else) he knows my order and is pretty quick at delivering it so it's still warm by the time I receive it. The pizzas tasty but over all quality stands out from other pizza places.
