Loved this shop! Alina is awesome, she helped me find exactly what I wanted and provide the best customer experience of any of the shops I have been at. Definitely a 5 star experience!

Staff was rude.it was quite obvious they began talking about us as soon as we began browsing the store. If they thought we couldn't afford to buy, think again.don't judge a book by it's cover. Definitely don't visit unless you dress for the occasion. Oh boys, get over yourselves.

Really stupid staff.keep poking while you are shopping! I didn't like that at all. One should give their own time to shoppers to shop. Weird people.

The measure of Customer Service isn't necessarily about getting it right the first time, but how you recover.

Had an item placed on hold, which unfortunately wasn't on hold when ready to pick up. To save me the 1.5 hour round trip, Zulma took pics of the suspected items and sent to me for clarification. When she had no luck, my initial contact, Sapan, came in ON HIS DAY OFF, TO ASSIST.

One buys Hugo Boss for the quality, but reat assured, the Customer Service is also above repproach!

Zulma was absolutely wonderful. She measured me and helped me find exactly what I was looking for.

I phoned asking to be sure they’d be okay to outfit a small-sized lady in a suit, they had no issue helping me with this and were even able to recommend a tailor to ensure it fit perfectly, all this on short notice.

The Manager and staff both are dishonest
I spent enough money here thought they would honour that yet they chose to not even try to help a client

Been a number of times now. Doesn't seem to have the deals like the Edmonton Outlet. Could be wrong, will change if opinion on that does. Service is nice and friendly without being pushy.

Worst experience here. Manager Amna was so rude. I came here with my two children and it was hard for me to find the size for the T-shirt I was looking for. Instead, of helping me, their manager was not even letting me to look for the size. Also, she was showing me attitude.

Bought a hoodie from them and size was not good, went there for return and they said we don’t do returns. Will not recommend this store bcoz they don’t do returns.

Bad customer service. Manager named Amna was so rude. I was looking for a medium size shirt and she came to me and said we don’t have medium size and didn’t even let me to look for the size. And I was waiting at the checkout to pay and she was standing there and ignored me for 5 minutes and then came to help me. Such a bad experience at this location just because of the store manager lady Amna.

An exhausting & stressful experience shopping, and ordering clothing from here. Decent quality products at discounted prices; but after experiencing a major lack of accurate, and honest communication between salespeople/management and myself as a customer, I don't recommend shopping at the Cross Iron location.

Most ridiculous sales person I have met.
We all know there is a shortage, but doesn’t mean you start saying you have a 12 months lead. Plus saying me my size is wrong was hilarious.
Put my mood off for further shopping by this guy.
Don’t ever go.

Sean was a treat to deal with in store. Comedic, personable and knew his product. I would recommend Sean to anyone out there who are in the market for a suit and some sweet deals.

Knew the pricing off the top of his head and was just wonderful once again.

As a Hugo Boss’ loyal client, I have to say Zulma is excellent, I’m satisfied with every shopping experience I’ve had at the store with her, and it’s been two years. Even sometimes I made the appointment but she toke the day-off, she still came to the store to help me, I think I’m always one of the first customers to know all the promotions, especially during some holidays, she even made me like and trust the products of Hugo Boss more. Great experience like always!

I was in on the weekend with my husband. I was with a sales lady, she was funny, great and made our first 25 mins enjoyable. I felt Manager on duty was rude and I over heard in the change room area, telling my sales lady, that we were her appointment, and we are her customers.but in fact we are not, she work with us before during Christmas last year and I did not enjoy her service.she is not attentive and kept going back and forth between other customers leaving us waiting for size for at least 20 minutes. I know next time I see this manager, I will give her a piece of my mind.

March 26, I bought 2 belts and 1 woman blazer at Hugo Boss Store at CrossIron Mills in Calgary. The blazer was not fit for me. However, the sales (her name is Zulma) told me that she can refer me to a tailor to fix it. The cost would be less than $20. March 28, I went to the tailor shop. However, the tailor told me she cannot fix it and it's not worth to fix it. So I went back to store to return the blazer. However, Zulma said she can only exchange or refund to gift card. I was shocked because no one told me it's final sale when I purchased the blazer. Zulma also said it's my fault not reading the disclosure on the receipt. I was upset but no choice. Zulma and assistant store manager Mathew? Told me I can use the gift card online and store at Chinook mall. I tried to buy some clothes online but the card didn't work. My husband went to the store the other day and has been told can not use online. Then I went to the store at Chinook but HUGO Boss at Chinook doesn't sell woman clothing! I went to back to store and want to talk to store manager. The store manager was not there. Zulma said to me that I can use the gift card around the country. Is that a joke? Terrible experience! Extremely disappointed.

Service sucks! Will not go to this location again. Everything is pretty much Final Sale. Once you bought something they will find an excuse NOT to exchange or give you store credit.
Do yourself a favor and go to Boss at Chinook center.
