Boston Pizza

Ordered pizza waited over an hour then called to confirm they said it was on its way, waited another hour then was told by manager they didn’t have my order with no explanation Ridiculous. Incompetent staff

This Bps is horrible the managers are unqualified and incompetent not training staff properly.

2 things:

1st, when did it got so expensive? Couple days ago was our last time having food there. $20 for 6 wings? OJ, Mikes and Barbacoa has the same price range and better quality and better staff.

2nd: Went there a couple nights ago. Was greeted by a waitress and from what I could tell, a new hire.

Another waitress came up front, told the new hire he was not suppose to drink his coke up front, but she carried on about a conversation that was more inappropriate than the kid holding a drink, she was being loud « wanted to be head » kind of tone.

Should have read reviews before my visit.

Clearly, i noticed a lack of management
Despite, there were only 3 tables beside us.
It took close to 1 hr to get our wings and pizza.

By the time we got our food, it was cold!
I did not come here to pay $40 for a cold pizza.

Also, how can they serve cold food?
How long has it been out?

Also they mixed up our wing flavour which I brought it to their attention.

They just brought cold sauce to mix with our wings.

Cold sauce on cold wings.yeah.
Just mix sauces.

None of our family truly enjoyed their food today. We just had a few bit and packed it home.

We will have to airfry them when we get home to make it at least warm.

BTW, none of the staff greets when we entered and leave the establishment.

Very disappointing experience today.

Good customer service and they brought out the food quick even tho there were a lot of people from our group.

It has a very good ambience that customers will enjoy and help them savour the food as they eat. They also had a great service despite being busy.

We went in during the busy time in a large group yet they were able to serve us in a great manner. The food was great too and it was partnered with a good ambience. A good experience overall

Thank you staff for putting 5 tables together so our big group could all fit. Service was great, food was even better.

Almost everything here is great. Their food is amazing. They have finominal waiters. And you can have a great day after eating here.

It took 50 min to get our meal, nothing special just a sandwich. There was hot fries covering the cold fries. I could expect a wait time if it was busy but there were 4 other tables that were seated. Terrible service. Will never go back.

Me and my wife decided to dine in local at this location for my birthday on september 18 but unfortunately we were soo upset with the way our waitress served us.it seemed like she was forcing herself to work, no smile on her face AT ALL, and she seemed somehow very cold and upset and this made us very uncomfortable the whole time.the way she brought our order on our table was also very unpleasant, she smashed our drinks on the table loudly and our food was also not given to us directly instead she just left it careless at the front corner of the table.we felt very unwelcome here.without even asking us she directly brought the bill to the table, like she just wanted us to get out. Unfortunately this ruined my birthday and dine in experience.the whole evening on my birthday we were just thinking why on earth would somebody serve us in a restaurant in this rude manner.but a couple of weeks later since we love to support our local restaurants we decided to give this place another chance and came back for desserts, the waitress directly bought our desserts without ANY napkins, and when we asked for napkins she bought it in the end when we were already done with the dessert but we were left waiting with messy hands.

We had a nice meal here on Sept 1. We had a bit of a mix up with ordering the salmon: we are used to cumin being flavourful and not super spicy. Anyway, our server, who it was only her second day, was professional and really, just a super awesome young person. We travel for work 11 months of the year, and have experience our share of robotic, disinterested servers, and she was very courteous and respectful to myself, and my mother in law. She dealt with it all like a seasoned veteran. She is a credit to your business

They didn't let us in because they had 2 servers and we were 12, but the place was empty, what a great example that's how you do business these day's.

Food was Hot and fresh! $12.00 selection for Lunch was great! BUT the place needs a Professional Cleaning ASAP!
The wood around the seats & tables where you eat were disgusting! Sure hope the kitchen is cleaner!

Went for dinner had chicken peacan salad was delicious and for the price was worth it and would order this again the other order was spinach n mushroom penne pasta which was also very delicious and would order that again service was great as was only one on lounge side she busted her butt and had smile that lite up the room great great great.just wish I got her name because she made our dinner even better thx BP

Went there to order some drinks and food. For one the food was mediocre at best their jalapeño shrimp tacos where bland and their Cesar's where the worst I've ever had. It's like they just put clam and vodka together and served it to me. I was completely disappointed with what was ordered and will just be sticking with the Canadian brew house from now on.

Ordered food 1hour before we wanted to pick up. Got a call right after I ordered that some ingredients are not availanle. Ok, then add more of the rice. Another call, no rice available. Changed order. Wife was there to pick up on time and still had to wait 25 min. If I order 1 hour ahead then get it ready on time.
We will never go to any Boston Pizza again. I had a bad feeling when I ordered. The girl on the phone seemed very " I don t give a s_ _t ish".

I was there tonight Tuesday June 21 and server “Sarah” was causing drama with another table and being very argumentative making our table and my family super uncomfortable. Creating a awkward atmosphere and causing us to want to leave the restaurant. I think this is very unprofessional on her part and the restaurants policy on bringing out side issues to the restaurant. Server introduced herself as Sarah and was blonde and looked younger.

Just had dinner here, Lou P (name on the reciept) was amazing. We have a deathly dairy allergy family member and she was incredibly diligent about the allergy. She even had them remake it without a second thought before it was brought out due to a small mixup. Super fast service, always checking in on us for refills. Food was the best we've had in a long time.

Side note, she remembered our entire (a complicated order, lol sorry) order with memory. Not a talent you see these days anymore.

We were here March 27 in the lounge, just on the cusp of appy hour.

The wateress (blonde woman serving in the lounge between 3-5pm) put celery on my sister's plate after we told her she was allergic. And overall seemed to be in an unpleasant mood while serving us. We've come to this location a few times and have had good service. But sadly we will not be coming back after this poor service. Food was still good.

Boston pizza has always been a family favorite of mine. From the family dining room to the sports lounge theres always a place for you and your family for any occasion. The staff are always wonderful, happy and very polite and I highly reccomend the mountain of spaghetti if you're craving more spaghetti then any person should ever attempt to eat in one sitting.

I bought a meal deal today with one small pizza and starter ceaser salad from spruce grove location. But the Salad was not fresh at all. Usually I get excellent food from here. Not sure if it was because part of a meal deal, but this time salad was very bad.

Everytime I go to Boston Pizza I think about how I just spent so much money on mediocre food. There are way better local places in town to go to. Boston Pizza is always busy and good takes forever and it's not even that good. Try somewhere local for better food.

Great experience.had half spicy perogie/half hawaiian (new one on the menu) pizza. It was delicious.

Great food and service. Pricing is going up at all restaurants, Boston Pizza makes higher prices a little more bearable, as their portions are always so large, that you always have some to bring home for later, lunch etc.

Poor management, I think the name was May. Staff are treated terribly in the open it's disrespectful for how busy it is. The restaurant was clearly swamped with customers and the host still decided to seat people, this made our food take incredibly long. Kitchen was good as always but service was slow and girls had resting b**** face. The whole experience seemed very unprofessional.

Lower quality than I remember from years ago. Crust too thin and soggy. The pepperoni was paper thin and there were less mushrooms than I remember. I hope this is not typical of other stores. Sometimes like pizza hut quality varies place to place.

Loved our server lou! Such an amazing young lady. Even the 2nd night we came she recognized us (not our server that night) bc we had a not great experience and cared enough to come over to see what was wrong. So lovely. Our server wasn't that attentive

The food was good but the service was very slow. We were with a fairly large group, but there were only a couple other tables in the restaurant area. It took quite a while to place our drink orders and receive them, and the food took almost an hour to arrive. The food was tasty, however.

Very family friendly and accommodating! We had a large group (15 people) and the staff was very friendly about seating us and our food arrived promptly & super tasty!

The best way we can celebrate Canada Day in 2021. After the pandemic, we're finally able to sit in one table as a family.

So close to the hotel I walked to get our takeout! Food was fresh, hot. It's BP so it wasn't exactly mind blowing. Boneless wings could have used more sauce, some had none at all. Most places in the area closed fairly early so there weren't actually many options. Not terrible, not fantastic.

This restaurant is always so welcoming and friendly. The staff are good and is verbally very clean. The evening I went it seemed to be grossly understaffed causing issues with service speed or receiving things such as utensils and/or ketchup. Despite this the restaurant is still consistent with its menu and food quality. A good spot to stop if you need a good meal and they are covid friendly.

These people are so awesome! We are regular customers and they treat us very well. Consistently good food!

Went for wing wedneaday with my girlfriend. Our wings were awesome but the service was awful. We never got checked up on once until we were done eating while everyone around us got checked up on multiple times. Usually have great service at this location but this was a big let down today.

Horrible experience! Went there on Sunday with my husband and 2 girls. Not only the waitress dump the whole glass of ice tea on me and my little one but they also made us wait for 45 minutes for our food. Food came, but where's the appetizer? ! We asked the waitress, her answer was "oh, I did not put it in, do you still want it? Like seriously? ! Worst service ever.

Waited over a hour for pizza on valentines today and it comes out cold. Service was unacceptable. People beside us ordered after and got two pizzas. Won’t be going back there anymore. Service has gone down hill and prices are going up.

Mediocre food, which is to be expected. Boston pizzas food has really gone downhill the last ten years or so. But we had pretty bad service here too when we went a few weeks ago. Server kept vanishing, didn't even have a smile on her face.

BPs at Tri Village is a always a good visit. The food is by no means gourmet but the staff is friendly and they are great with kids.

Nice fresh atmosphere can be very busy during hockey season. Updated menus are really nice with old faithfuls still on the menu. Really nice new look and also refreshing low cal drinks

Service was extremely slow. Wasn't allowed to purchase bundles that are on the online menu. After an hour of being there (waiting for a table, then waiting for service) we left.

The food is always great, our server shayla was a wonderful host and the service was fantabulous, shout to Melissa for helping out as well, and thank you for singing happy birthday to our daughter, totally made her day

Probably better in the restaurant. I had the holiday ribs which were meh, couldn't taste cranberry in the bbq sauce. Mostly annoyed that forgot the turkey gravy and garlic bread it was supposed to come with.

Stopped here to visit my kids and grandkids. They got our order wrong but it was fixed quickly. I paid with a fair tip not bothering to look over the bill closely until I got home, 2 hours away. They charged us for the meal they screwed up and took away, as well as the other. Check your bills people!

Walked out because we were waiting 20mins for service but no one came and it was only 8: 00pm (after dinner rush). One of the servers was rolling up utencils and the rest were no where to be seen. For the ones I did see (Briefly) they all looked to be high school kids. Kinda disappointing.

I can always get a sense of a place on how clean it is and this BP was all of that. Service was prompt to say the least. The entertainment in the lounge was just right in that the systen wasn't overwhelmingly loud.

So 1st of all the food was ok.
HOWEVER once we were seated it took quite a while for someone to come over and take drink orders. It was not busy and there were a bunch of empty tables. When she did take our drink order, she started to walk away and we had to stop her so we could place our appetizer order.
She also never came to offer to refill my water until I was done eating. The receipt I have says Ang, Table 21 number 0293

The appetizer took so long we didn't even finish it before our food came. My mom ordered the Triple Threat Thin Crust and it was very very overcooked. I ordered a small Great White North, it was haphazardly put together. AND half of my pizza had crust so thin the pizza flopped when you picked it up and everything fell off, and the other half was regular crust.

I am also not sure what happened to the menu as some favorites have been removed. French Onion Soup, Chipotle Chicken Club Sandwich and even the Smoky Mountain Spaghetti and Meatballs. What gives? I am aware this is most likely a corporate thing.

The food was very good & it was a nice supper. Everything was fresh & very flavorful. Would've been a higher rating were it not for our 2nd waitress who was a little rude and started to get a little pushy as though she were rushing us out. Just young, but still.

Food was very good, waitress was friendly. Only issue was that it seemed to be a little understaffed for how busy it was.

The food was ok, we had a very long wait for our food and had to ask twice when our food was coming out. Most of our food was cold when we finally received it. It was a disappointing family dinner, especially for the amount it cost for our family.

Came here for late night appies with my girlfriend and we ended up sharing a pasta. I would’ve rated our visit higher however the chicken on our pastas was dry and bland. Not a huge issue though as our cocktails and cactus cuts were great! Our server was also very good and friendly, I believe her name was Alley. We will be back again.:)

I'm always disappointed when I go here. The menu is over priced. The food is good, service can be hit or miss though. I haven't found the service consistent between visits ever. The restaurant is comfortable and always clean.
