Kali did a great job with our huge last minute crew. The food and drinks were great too. Thank you!

We went there on new year eve there was literally 1 couple in whole restaurant when we reached.

We ordered white sauce spaghetti which was under cooked specially the chicken and onions was impossible to chew it was that thick and row.

French fries was very cold when we got it.

Only good thing was cheese garlic bread and thats all!

Wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

Great service! BPs Shawnessy has very friendly staff members. Open and energetic atmosphere. Trivia nights are awesome!

Awful service, I've ordered online for the BBQ chicken pizza but the pizza was just bread and onion with no chicken.for meduim pizza $30 for just bread and onion they are sure your are going home and don't have time to return and complain so are getting advantage, if I was sitting at the Boston pizza restaurant was definitely complain to change the pizza for us but.

Great option to have a family lunch or dinner, we enjoy the food and the lovely service, good people

Came for birthday dinner, our server Zaria, was absolutely phenomenal. She was kind, went above and beyond for my allergies, and overall made the experience one to remember. I'm visiting friends from out of town, and she honestly made our night. Thank you so much Zaria!

We were at the Shawnessy location for a friends Birthday Dinner this evening… Despite a few minor issues with our order we had an absolutely fantastic time… Zaria was wonderful. She was attentive, helpful and an absolute gem!

My server Luna was the best server. She is super fun and well attentive to our table! She provided fast service understanding our situation and rush to a school dance! Over all she welcomed us with a happy and positive attitude!

I had a great night food was great and service was excellent our waitress Hope was amazing, super personable very polite and very attentive to our table. She is an excellent server.

Great night out the food was cooked excellent and brought to us in a timely manner. Our server Hope was amazing and a very strong server. We often come to Boston pizza as it’s my kids favorite spot! Tonight we went and had Walter N as our server. This was the first time we had him. He was Very quick & super friendly, even my 9 years old noticed & commented!

You know I'm very very disappointed with service at this location. I just moved to this area before this airdrie location was my go to. Since I've come to this area I have ordered 5 times and only 1 of those 4 times have been right. It's pretty crazy when you tell them you have a severe allergy to onions and they promise each time to make sure there is no seasoning. 4 out of 5 times the steak came with seasoning. Also 2 out of 5 the steak came cooked right. Take a look does that look like medium well we ripped it open to see if it was even cooked right atleast? To me it looks rare. The ladies awnsering the phone are very nice and can only do so much. This last time they even wrote on the box no seasoning and when we open it behold there is seasoning. I'm astonished at the complete disregard for safty here as telling them this is a severe allergy that we have an epi pen for, you would think they would take this pretty seriously but obviously the do not care. I have been told a manager will reach out to me tomorrow, we will see what happens. This time as well the brocolli came like this. Not sure if it's moldy or dirty but you decide from the pictures.

Alex P was our server. She made our dinner experience a happy one. Alex understands that you come to a restaurant to eat, may have food allergies and tolerances. Very professional and happy to work.

Kayla was sooooooooo awesome! I haven't laughed so much and she made our evening a great one!

Had a bit of a pizza disaster. I think they forgot to add the cheese and then did so after so they baked it twice to bring out very overcooked pizza. Waitress was amazing though and they ended up taking the pizza off the bill. Maybe just an off day.

Service was good and equally our main courses. Side Caesar Salads were probably large enough for two. The only disappointment was the calamari which consisted of more bread crumbs than squid.

Haven't been to a BPs in a while. Today was individual pizza specials for $8. Had the BBQ chicken pizza and it was tasty. Not super hot when it arrived but it was decent. Almost like a flat bread- Nice and crisp bottom but still soft top. Overall the taste was good. Since I was distracted by spending time with my company, I didn't notice or pay too much attention to the service. We did have to ask for refills on our drinks and water though.

2 stars an thats being generous found a peice of glass in my girlfriends food an all they did was pay for the meal, went another time an had terrible service again do not reccomend

The service left something to be desired. The server barely came by the table to see how we were doing and didn't really know the menu or drinks that well.maybe a newer server. The food was good though.

Wasted $80 on delivery here.

2. Forgot my Bandera bread
3. Came back to give me a Caesar salad they forgot? Which they didn't. So 2 Caesar salads, Luke warm food. The warmest thing was the ravioli.

I've had BPs alot. The staff was nice enough. But I feel ripped off.

Thank goodness I have an oven though. Right? Will not order here again.

Wow.we must have just had the best service we have ever had in our lives. Marisa has just raised our bar of customer service to a new high. So friendly, helpful and customer oriented. Since we came in we felt super welcomed, checked on us just enough times and at the end.we felt like we were back home and are being send back on our merry way by our parents with many many gifts haha

We went out as a family the other night and our food and service was excellent. I highly recommend the bbq chicken pizza. Douglas our waiter was wonderful.

I was really disappointed today by our experience at Shawnessy Boston Pizza. Keeping it short, we waited 45 minutes for food. Waiter tells us he forgot to put in our order.okay, we are patient people. Another 30 minutes goes by and still no food so we told him to cancel it all. YOUR MANAGERS need to take responsibility for things like this and treat the customers with respect. The waiter did all he could at that point and the manager let us walk out after an hour and half with not a word. Short staffed was the excuse, it's always the excuse now. I've been in PACKED bars with less servers to which we were always served our food or responded to by management if needed. Won't be going back to this location!

Always have an amazing time going to any Boston Pizza (it is hands down my favourite restaurant) but when it comes to good service and quality made food, I love the Shawnessy location! Douglas is easily one of the most amazing servers that I have had when going to any BP location, he is always cheery, happy and outgoing. He never fails to make my visits the best and has become one of my favourites, he always makes date night with my boyfriend special and makes sure to go the long run and out of his way to make me and my partner feel like we are apart of the BP family. His jokes and banter make my night. Your staff has done such a well job, especially on the hiring part. WELL DONE BP'S SHAWNESSY!

The staff are friendly and efficient. Anything I've ordered has always been tasty and plentiful.

Nathan our server was awesome. He was our favorite server so far. Very friendly and helpful. Came back to table lots to check on us.

Delicious food and friendly staff! I normally won't post reviews but I don't think my hubby and I have ever felt so well taken care of while eating out! Our waitress Steph, and the manager Nick were such delights and made sure we felt very at home. Best service ever!

Went there after my game and had a waitress named Ashleigh, and she was probably the nicest waitress I had in a while. Treated me and my grandparents well and had a great time.

They good was great too, was great taste and everything.

Ordered delivery tonight and things got screwed up. The manager went the extra mile and was super professional in getting things sorted out.

We went from never wanting to order again, to being repeat customers for sure.

Boston pizza always has great sized portions. I always leave full, and I have a huge appetite. Didn't have to wait long for refills. This is a good Boston pizza location.

That server Douglas is cool and awesome. You should give him money for being so cool and awesome.

I haven't been to Boston Pizza in years because last time the service and food wasn't great. Luckily, this time the food was delicious! It took a little longer than expected but they were quite busy. Our server Sierra was great, she was very kind and great with my kids. Thank you Boston Pizza! We will be back.

Service was awesome, friendliest waitress I have ever had! Food was super hot and fresh, so it was good! Defs recommend for a casual supper!

The pasta was not fresh. It was lunch time and it appear that it was left over paste from the day before.

Just had a new item on their menu called Honey dill fried chicken sandwich. My husband and I were throughly disappointed with this item. We questioned about the chicken. It was flat and appeared to be pressed formed chicken from a frozen box. It had no taste. The chicken was also hard inside so we ended up taking the sandwich apart and tried to eat some of the bun, lettuce, which was one small wilted leaf and the bacon was under cooked. The tomato and pickle were nearly non existent. There was no honey dill sauce in mine and my husband had very little in his. It was not what we expected at all and didn’t look much like the picture in their menu. I just had to say something about it as we felt our money went down the drain with this item. My feeling is either they improve this item considerably or take it off the menu completely. I know we won’t be ordering it again.

Ordered via Uber Eats. I ordered calamari and spin dip. Both came cold. The calamari is overcooked as well. See attached picture for proof.

They didn’t honor the promotion on their app.
“Buy one pizza get a 2nd one 50% off. Take out and delivery only, order 1 medium or 1 large pizza and get the second of equal or lesser value for 50% off. ”

Got 1 large and a small pizza to get the second of equal or lesser value for 50% off. Said it only applied on another medium or large and made me pay for the already overpriced pizza. I’ve never heard of a restaurant chain not honoring their own companies promotion. I’m never going there again.

Pizza is good and its a pretty decent bar to watch sports. Favorite order is the perogie pizza or the cactus cut fries.

Over 80$ order and they can't even get the cactus dip with the cactus cuts right. They are not very good with ceased dressing. Boston pizza had become ridiculous expensive and they never get the order right at shawnessey

Food was good, serving was amazing, server's name was Douglas and he was very kind and very helpful. I will be coming back here because of Douglas.

Service was terrible as I had a new server. Asked for a non alcoholic beer and he brought me Bud light draft. Didn't notice until it was almost done. (Been sober 12 years now.) Food was late and cold. Was there for my boys birthday. Just not the quality of service and food I'd expect. Don't think ill return anytime soon.there are better restaurants with better service.

Absolutely fantastic service. They were so friendly when I went to pick up my food (very late!), and the food hit the right spot. You know when you just eat and then you're just happy? Well, I'm feeling that right now - happy enough to write this review!

Great service from Emily! She went out of her way to listen to the kids so their own orders and checked in several times to make sure everything was correct. It’s great to eat somewhere that makes it a great experience for the whole family.

Went there with my kids for in person dining (first time back since before covid). The food was good but we felt really rushed by our waitress to order, eat and leave (we were 1 of 2 tables occupied inside the restaurant at 4 pm on a Thursday). She was asking what we wanted for dessert before our meals were done, then was eager to bring the bill and pay machine before we even finished.

I had such a great experience at this location. Food was great and my server Nick was excellent. He was so fantastic, funny and attentive during a busy evening.

We picked up 2 very cold pizza driving 5 minutes usually don't make your food cold I did take out thousands of times and never had pizza that cold ever served to me from take out. Taste good but take out service clearly do not care about customers. We arrived 35 to 40 minutes after the order time and the person making us pay was just giving us a hard time not knowing the pricing charging us an extra 15$ on the price told to us by phone. After it took over 10 minutes to be able to pay with the food next to us cooling down even more. The debit machine was really problematic it kept asking for tip when we didn't want to give tip clearly with the way we were served it cost 70$ way too much expensive a real waste of money just for pizza specially take out shouldhave a discount of 20% minimum other pizza stores do that don'tforgetit is only dough and few ingredients. The person working there admitted the debit machine was giving problems to everyone. Never again this place is black listed. They should refund us the way we were served I don't want to be treated that way anymore so I will not go to Boston Pizza anymore for sure a real joke that place no food warmer or put the pizza on top of the pizza oven is simple logic. I did eat in another Boston Pizza location before in Calgary and the pasta were very oily the bacon was only fat the entire bowl that isn't a joke that was why I didn't eat for a while at Boston Pizza and will not go anymore. Staffs are clearly badly trained and shouldn't be blamed clearly management and direction board decisions to treat customers that way managers should train staffs to keep the food warm and board of directors who are greedy to overcharged for dough and marinara sauce

My family and I came to Boston Pizza Shawnessy to celebrate my sister's birthday, we had a blast! Our server Tyler did an amazing job, we are very happy with the excellent customer service he provided. Kuddos to all the staff at this location.

Possibly the worst experience we've had as a family at Boston Pizza. Our server was basically absent except for taking our orders. Had to get my own cutlery from inside, kids meals were brought without forks or ketchup, parmesan, etc. Asked for a drink menu and never got it. Had to ask for water refill but never got that either. Waited almost half an hour between our cactus cut chips and our pizza even though we wanted them together. Had to track down the server to get and pay the bill after not seeing her for over fifteen minutes.
Not likely to return anytime soon.

Love the Boston Royal. But I find that Boston Pizza is the most expensive game in town. So I only have it once or twice a year

Came in with a friend and we loved our service on the patio.the food was great.our server Pegeh told us it was only her second day.she was fabulous.will be back for the great food and service.

Super disappointed first day the patio open. Order a drink the first drink the Rocket was good the second came out watery. I know it was hot out but if I wanted water. I would have order water, second order steak with vegetables and mash potatoes. The steak who full of fat and really chewy. I took one bit yeah no. Vegetables and potatoes came out cold too. They also had the radio blasting you couldn't hear anything. What a waste of money. Also the manager should monitor the really short dresses some of the girls where wearing not a
Appropriate especially when you have small children around.

Great takeaway. Enjoyed the starter pizza trio and cauliflower crust pizza options. Wings were good with good choices Everything was hot when got home. Nicely organized setup for pickup by sending Skip etc drivers to their own pick up area away from the front desk take out pick up by regular customers. Good job BP!

Best customer service at any restaurant I've ever been to. They turned down the music for us as we were the first customers and had migraines. The Chicken Caesar salad was deliscious with lots of real fresh shredded Parmesan. The Hungry Carnivore was great and the dessert was very rich. The drinks were great too. We were hosted by 4 different staff members that were all polite and went the extra mile. We will be coming back here more often.

One of the employees was glaring at me the whole time due to personal reasons. She couldn't leave her personal life at the door when coming into work and made my customer experience super uncomfortable. Hire better people who make the customers feel welcomed regardless of personal affiliations!

Edit: Manager dismissed it as "it's her job to watch the patio and make sure tables are clean so she probably wasn't looking at you. " Won't be returning and will be telling my family not to either. Respect your customers, especially during this time!

Decent restaurant to stop at and have a bite to eat. Pricey, but the food can be pretty good. Service was good. The restaurant was quite quiet when I came in, there were only 2 other people in the dining room. Overall it is a decent restaurant, I would recommend.

Excellent food and staff just wish it wasn't so highly priced that's probably why we go there maybe once every two years

Service great, food kind of crummy. The food here was not great I had ribs once and lasagne another time both are kind of bland and ribs were served cold (not sure if thats normal) Our server was great and really good service but food needs improvement especially because East Side Mario's is close by and same price and you get unlimited bread and salad or soup.

My kids like it cause of the kids meals and the kids card. Honestly I feel it is a bit overpriced for what you get compared to some Other restaurants that give you bread, salad etc to start with. But nice staff.

My favorite place for last 11 years to spend weekends with friends. Being a vegetarian, cactus cuts and nachos are my favorite at this joint. This place is very popular among families as well.

I’ve had better pizza from Walmart freezer, wife had a burger which was dry and bland, really expected more especially considering the price

I used to really love BP's but my last 2 visits have been awful! I went with my family, 2 young boys, and sat waiting over half an hour with out any kind of service. The guy sat us walked by and didn't get a drink order going. We ended up leaving and still didn't run into a server who looked like they were busy or coming our way. Last night I went with a friend for pasta night. Not only was my jambalaya cold! It was bland! Zero flavor. The server offered to warm it up. It came back steaming but was still cold underneath. The shrimp looked undercooked.it was just awful. The server offered to take it off the bill bit only ended up giving a quality discount of $6! That was the last straw guys. Do better. And make a better jambalaya! It's meant to be spicy and flavorful
