Boston Pizza

My family was very unimpressed with the service and cleanliness at this location. We arrived around 3pm on Sunday at a time where you wouldn't it expect it to be busy whatsoever (and it wasn't) with 3 adults and 2 children. We and another family waited at the front door for about 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us at the door. We were eventually sat at a 4-top in the corner, and there was no efforts to set up additional seating for our 5th family member, so we moved a dirty table over so we had enough room everyone. There was no effort to clean the dirty table after we made room for ourselves. After looking around the dining area, every other tables was empty and dirty. Full of dirty dishes and food- spaghetti, napkins, and garbage on the floor. We were there for 45 minutes and no efforts were made to clean any of these tables.

We made it clear we were only there for some desserts and drinks and weren't staying long as we had a movie to get to, however, service was exceptionally slow, the desserts were frozen, and our drinks were left empty. I asked for oranges twice for my beer and she finally came back and said they had none, another adult asked for limes and was not given a lime, but the ceasar we had came with one? We were also only provided 2 spoons with the dessert and no side plates, even though there were 5 of us and we had already indicated we would be sharing. I had to ask for our bill 3 times before it was finally brought by.

The servers were slow and did not seem they could be bothered to tidy up the restaurant and lingered at their service stations chatting and not attending to the tables. I have served for several years and was shocked at the state of the place and poor service. I would not recommend this location whatsoever.

It's been a while since I've been to a Boston Pizza, most are older, so kind of boring. This location was fresh and full of ambiance. Everything was clean and spacious. We were there for my grandsons birthday dinner so of course it's hard to get them to sit still. Our server was quick to bring his food first so it occupy him. Our food was soon after and it was delicious. Our server was very patient and knew what when needed and when. Will definitely return to this location

My family ordered takeout last night and the food was incredible. We were really impressed with the quality and portions of our food especially the baked pasta! Everything was packaged properly and we received our food in a timely manner. Would definitely order for takeout again at this location!

Usually love coming to Boston Pizza but our experience here tonight wasn’t too great. Sat down, waited 10 minutes before somebody came to take our drink order.then took another 15 minutes to get only water.then another 20 minutes to get our starter (which was ordered with our drinks, so we waited 30+ ish minutes for cactus cuts) and shortly after we received our starter our mains were brought to the table when not finished our starter yet. Also decided to give the garlic fries a try, which was a big mistake because they were in a pool of grease or oil, so they were inedible. Nothing like biting into a fry and getting a burst of grease in your mouth. The waitresses were very very nice, just seem as maybe they were understaffed for the amount of people here tonight.

We were here Saturday Aug 12. Got there at 4: 25 pm and were taken to the balcony by a nice host. We were the 2nd family seated outside and another family just walked in at the same time as us. Then 2 servers walk by us to the other table and didn't say a word. Then another server went by us 2 x and did stop to ask or say anything. This happened with 3 different servers and none of them stopped to ask us if we had been served. Later, I came to find out later that one of the people that had passed by our table and asked nothing was actually the shift manager. Anyway, we waited for a good 20-25 mins and no one came by/asked anything. Quite frankly it felt discriminatory. We had our kids with us and had to walk away because they were getting impatient. The annoying part is that when I went to talk to the manager to explain why I was unhappy about the situation, he said that he doesn't want to argue with me, I wasn't arguing in the first place. I guess a black man can't have a factual assertive conversation without being looked at as if he is being confrontational/ angry.

Went in on a Wednesday night. Entire bar staff was very friendly and accommodating! My friends & I love coming here for their wing night!

Popped in for dinner prior to a movie. Went into the lounge. Food was good and service was pleasantly good. Sever was friendly and attentive.

Walk in to watch the jays in the bar (while in the middle of the wild card race) and I’m told the tv can’t be switched from beginning of the season cfl games and that “management wants it on”.

All of my buddies and I got up and left. I had another table of people on the way to.then we went to a near by bar called BLACK BIRD please please PLEASE go to blackbird instead of this bp location even though they have a giant TV blackbird blows them out of the water.

I’ll be going here and directing anyone else I can to black bird as well.

Playoffs jays (Canada’s team) or stamps cfl regular season. That’s all it comes down to.

The new quiz mistress, Tamara, is awesome! Such a great sense of humor. She needs to host her own tv show!

DISSATISFIED poor quality quantity food. Never again at this location, has definitely tarnished what I thought of BPs food. If I could have picked zero stars I would have. Skimpy toppings,
Jim would be ashamed.

Had a great time down at Boston pizza seton. I am in from out of town staying at the Marriott and stopped by for some wings. Chase and the whole lounge staff were wonderful to be around. It seemed like they really enjoyed being and work and it was nice to see, not to mention the wings and beer were top notch!

I frequent this location every week and normally receive good service and great food. However this past visit was absolutely exceptional! I was served by Kiana and was so impressed by her professionalism and attitude. She informed me of some the upcoming changes in line for the restaurant and got me excited to be involved in the experience. I tried the Royal Hawaiian Pizza for the first time (As suggested by my waitress) and will now be eating it every time I come in SO GOOD! I see good things ahead for this Boston Pizza Location!

This location is probably the best BPs I've been to. The food was good and came out fast and hot. Definitely worth a visit again.

Another Great night at Boston Pizza! We are so happy to be back! We used to come in before the pandemic and we haven't been back in over a year so it was great to come back in on Thursday! We noticed a lot of new faces but our waitress Kera was great! I was a manager for many years at a BP's so I can understand the struggle of learning drinks but it looks like the the bar tender (Who we recognize from before) was super helpful for the girls and looked to be explaining everything and not getting frustrated with them or anything! Was great to see!

The quiz mistress Tamara was ace. Funny and good questions- definitely worth a visit on A Friday. Our server Jordan was awesome too. Great service, fun quiz.

Made a family reservation, came in and sat for over 20 mins with no one coming to take our order. Complained and didn't even get a proper apology.

I can’t even begin to explain how horrible the service is in this place. Let me start by saying I’ve been here more than once and was trying to be hopeful that the service would be better.obviously that’s my fault. Takes about 10 min for anyone to even greet you at your table. But the worst part is watching about 3 managers on the floor do absolutely nothing! Tables dirty for half an hour, empty drinks and dirty plates left on our table for even longer. They have not once gotten our order right. This place is brutal! Go to another location. 130th is close. Please save yourself the money.

The food was terrible, cold and very dry the service wasn't good either.
I wont return for sure.

Did ok but service was really slow. Maybe a new staff but if that is the case better training needed.

Great place to eat, my favorite restaurant. All the staff are really nice. Hope I one day can get a job here.

Service was great as staff was extremely friendly. Not much of a menu. 3 of us went and it cost $180.2 had 1 drink each and 1 had 3. Boston is getting way too expensive for what they have to offer. Could have gone to a steak house for that price.

Quick service, food is standard and no matter which location you go to, you get the same taste and quality

We came into this place the other day and had a great time. We were politely greeted, then taken to our seat, our server was sumeja and she was lovely. She made sure our food and drinks were served quickly and overall was very nice and easy to talk to. Made our experience here very enjoyable. Would definitely come back here.

Went to Boston Pizza Seton to watch the final playoffs and was greeted by our server Eryn. Drinks came right away and she made us all laugh with her knowledge of the sport. Will definitely be coming back here again for another game. Thank you for everything Eryn! The food was also spectacular so thank you to the kitchen.

Walked in to get seated. Staff ignored us, watched them chatting at a table for 5 mins. Then left.

Great evening. Came into the bar to watch the hockey game. Maddison S was our server and she was great! So nice to see everyone back at it!

Tristan was such a good server I would like to have him again it was an amazing night with his service

Our server was really sweet, and she was on the ball the entire time. The food was good, the ceasar was delicious, and the experience at this Boston Pizza was wonderful. No complaints:)

We just ordered for pickup and had to wait at least 10 minutes for someone to come to the counter and then got charged for meatballs when we never ordered them. This is the second time we have been to this location and had slow/poor service. The 130th location is much more reliable!

Went in on Thursday June 17. Our waitress Madison was very attentive and friendly. After our dinner we went to the sports Bar where the bartender Taylor was very friendly as well, was knowledgeable of the craft beers on draft. A little odd there is no ATM when there is slots but was able to get money from the bartender. Looking forward to coming back! Keep up the great work!

Terrible service yet again from Seton BP's
We order from this location at least once a month and every time they tell me they don't deliver to my location yet this location is closest to my house and my preferred location. Sick of arguing with these people!

This was my first time ordering in from this location and I was so impressed! I had an order dropped off to us on Thursday by Keyana (I'm not sure how you spell it) and we were so impressed by her professionalism and positive attituded. She assured me that my order had been looked over thoroughly and that it was handled in a safe and sanitary manor. The process of ordering over the phone was simple and convenient. The food was also so amazing and warm upon arrival! If you are looking to enjoy a great restaurant meal from the comfort of your own home Boston Pizza is the way to go!

Stopped by this location for some food after some Christmas shopping a few weeks ago. One of the best Boston Pizza's I have been too. Friendly staff and our server Sarah provided great service. She was very knowledgeable and provided great advise when discussing my food allergies with her! Thank you for a great experience:)

Came in last Friday with my family and the server Sneha treated us so well. She was so professional and let us know all the precaution they were taking care of with covid. Hands off to the kitchen as well for my wonderful meal!

DO NOT EAT HERE. Never again. Been here a few times. The last time will be our last. I was walking passed the kitchen towards the washrooms and saw the kitchen staff member picking their nose and carrying along with food prep. Wife and I swiftly left without ordering. I have heard of these things happening in the restaurant industry but never thought that it'd happen to me.

I came in with my family a few days ago for dinner and my server Curtis was very welcoming and friendly. The manager Chase had also stopped by to check everything was going well, which was nice to see. Looking forward to the next visit.

Came in to get a beer one night and Eryn was my server! She was incredibly helpful & polite & assisted me with everything I needed.

Pizza, when you have it there is really good.the crust is crisp. I like it so much I ordered it for delivery instead of Dominoes or Pizza 73. BUT it wasn't the same. Crust was soft and not crisp. I gather it didn't hold up on the trip and absorbed its steam. Too bad. Guess its just eat in. Which I won't do often. Perhaps they can come up with a way to preserve than crispness for delivery. This is one of those Shark tank guys restaurants right?

Order a steak sandwich and it was over cooked and dry i didn't expect the best steak but they don't even carry steak sauce (HP or A1) and they just dumped a pile of Montreal steak spice in the middle. Hands down worst steak sandwich I have ever had.

Service was really off today. No one asked how the food was, or if I wanted another beverage until after I had finished eating and finished my beverage. Servers spent enough time talking to each other. Maybe, I looked grumpy? I don't know, but it feels like the bare minimum wasn't dobe service wise today.

Food was good though, so thanks to the cooks.

Super friendly staff. Food was prompt the delicious.especially like that this Boston Pizza is usually fairly quiet and not too busy.

I had an amazing experience! My server Iasmina was attentive, respectful and friendly. 10/10 service from her. She had us laughing and made our visit 100% worth it. Will be back just for her great service.

Arrived at 1210 drink orders taken 1215. We waited another 30 mins before they took our lunch order and the place was dead. A couple tables came after us and received their food before us. Was my favorite location. Don't think I'll be Back.

Ordered pizza for delivery, was soggy and tasteless. Never ordering from this location again I prefer the 130TH location for better food quality.

Visited this Location with my family for my sons birthday and received the most amazing service. We were very impressed, not only by the food and the service but by the cleanliness of the restaurant. Due to the efforts of our waitress, Kiyana, we left the restaurant feeling like family and will most definitely be back again soon. Thank you for providing my family with a safe, clean environment to enjoy a night out in such hard times.

I came in to pick up a takeout order friday that wasn’t ready yet. The hostess at the front Brooklyn was very nice and offered to bring my food out to my car because I expressed I wasn’t comfortable waiting inside, I didn’t have to wait long before she came out with my order and informed me about the curb side service they offer so I wouldn’t have to come inside at all! Awesome service

Went here on June 30,2020-BP's Seton does a great job on ensuring everything is completed to standards in regards to Covid cleaning protocol-not that we're scared of Covid but we felt really confident. The food was pretty good-my wife's pasta meal seemed to have way more toppings than mine, was a little disappointed in that. Service was great!

The food always good from Boston Pizza. I also really admire Tommy! He was able to help me with all of the things that I needed!

Having Tommy as my server was such a treat! He's such a kind and polite young man! Was very informative on the whole menu and made great recommendations! I'll be requesting him everytime I come back to Boston Pizza
