Was passing through town and it was miserably cold. I stopped at BPs and everything about my experience was warming! I’ll definitely be back!

Difficult to get to, restaurant itself is so old and in the middle of work so the interior is even more sad looking. Place was completely empty and still took 20 mins to get drinks. Food was disgusting as well. Place needs a clean for sure.

Had the starter wings which were cooked well. At half price, the 8 wings were $9.29. Cheese ravioli was good. Spaghetti was good, surprised that the noodles were cut. Also had the half rack of ribs. It was another surprise that a half rack of ribs equals 4. It is a surprise because a normal full rack for a pig is -15 ribs on the last one I purchased in a store. At the price of $24, for 4 ribs, no one should order ribs at this Boston pizza location. The Mississauga location was certainly better and was more like what I would have expected. The wait staff was good as expected.

Sat in the lounge friendly bartender but obviously I was not one of his regulars
He spent alot of time visiting just a few tables. Also they were out of some regular offerings

We were served by Learer (?) who was amazingly friendly and helpful. Great food and drinks.

Horrible service. Restaurant was not busy. They brought out half our tables food. One order was completely wrong. One person didn’t get their order and was told they forgot to put it in. Waited well over an hour to eat when it was slow. Was given a 50% discount but will still not eat at this Boston pizza again.

Service was fine, but the food was disappointing - not typical Boston Pizza quality. Pizza crust seemed reheated. Disappointing for the price.

We were there as tourists and were warmly welcomed! Cool atmosphere during the baseball game! Recommended!

I recently dined at Boston Pizza in Canmore, and my overall experience was average. While there were a few disappointments, such as the mild and dry lasagna, and the sparsely topped pizza, there were a couple of highlights worth mentioning.

The lasagna lacked the desired flavor and moisture, which was a bit off-putting. The pizza, unfortunately, had a scarcity of toppings, especially considering the additional charges for them. It would have been more satisfying if the toppings were generously applied.

On a positive note, the spinach and artichoke dip stood out as the most enjoyable aspect of the visit. Its flavors were delicious, and it paired well with the accompanying parmesan bread, which was also quite enjoyable.

It's worth mentioning that Boston Pizza offers a patio arrangement; however, during my visit, it was closed and unavailable for use.

In summary, my experience at Boston Pizza in Canmore was average. While the lasagna and pizza fell short of expectations, the spinach and artichoke dip provided a tasty delight. The parmesan bread was also a noteworthy addition. If you decide to dine here, it may be worth exploring other menu options to ensure a more satisfying meal.

Our server Rob F was very attentive to our needs. He had a winning personality and was great throughout our time.

Great food, great service, it gets busy after 6pm so come early, also the booths are under renovation so there are less seats

It wasn't very busy when we came. Sufficient carparking out front. Pizza was different. I liked the meaty ones. The 4 of us ordered one each of their specials so that we could sample more varieties. The vegetarian one was so so - barely cooked. Nice place to hang out as a group. The waitress seemed preoccupied even though it wasn't busy.

Not very good experience! They dump all the mains and starters at once on your table. Nobody will come to you to ask ever if you need anything! Food was cold! No no for us

Arrived at the supper hour on a long weekend so it was busy. I was very impressed with the speed of service and the food was as expected, excellent. What impressed me most was the support each of the team members gave each other. Everyone seemed to be doing what needed doing. Very well done.

Boston Pizza has stepped up their game in the years since I last went. The menu feels more streamlined and the pasta dishes are super appealing. Great service, super clean restaurant and decent prices.

We had the ravioli with rose' sauce, and the chicken breast burger. Very tasty and good value for the price.

One of the Best BP I have been to in a long time. Large portions and the service as fast. Other BP's need to take lessons form this one.

Had the nachos, they were good. The service was good in the beginning but he forgot to bring us more sour crem and salsa, and blamed someone else for not bringing it out. Also we had to pay for extra. All we got was one sour cream and 1 salsa between 3 if us on a large order.

We arrived to Canmore around 9: 30 pm and were struggling to find a place to eat. There were children with us and every place we tried didn't allow minors after 9 pm. So glad Boston Pizza did! The food was great, pizzas, wings, goat cheese salad were fantastic. Our server was super nice and accommodating!

Food wasn’t that fresh but still okay. Made an order online and nothing was missing even if we were close to the closing time.

Considering they have apology signs up due to low staff levels, they knocked it out of the park. Service and food were great.

I was at this location with a couple of friends in Monday June 27 at night time and it was some how price it, came on 35 dollars for a chiken finger and a beer.anyway, and also at the momento to clear the bill the waitress start to engage in a conversation to some how distracted while the transaction was done and after the bill was paid off she just rush as to leave the table even though the patio was empty, I will think twice to go back.

I Been to alot of BP I enjoy them But I left this saying because it's close to the Mountains they can get away with it skip this one there one 15 km down the road in Banff I have been to many time

My school went here for a running trip and over 1/4 of us all got extremes food poisoning. Fellow peers describe it as the worse pain they have ever went through. I’ve been vomiting for 2 days straight with intense pain making me lay in bed going in and out of sleep. This is unacceptable coming from a franchise with a reputation such as yours. I will be making sure everyone I know never comes to another Boston pizza restaurant again

This review is a bit late but it is 100% necessary. I was at the Canmore location over the Canada Day weekend and was being helped by Chet. This person went above and beyond on everything. Being Canada day it was very busy and he still came by to check on food, let us know it was busy, say goodbye, and so on. He saw what I liked and when it wasn’t available he made a recommendation based on what I like. There was a small kitchen error (extremely insignificant and all the food was outstanding) and Chet was the one that noticed, not us. I’ve always loved Boston Pizza and found they have great service and food but this individual stood out to me as the most considerate, thoughtful, engaging person I have ever had help me at a restaurant. Chet, you are an asset to any organization - thank you for all your help!

Came at 1120 said was open till 12 but apparently they close at 11 now.would be nice to update the hours

Serving girl was rude, idk what type of attitude she had. I think she had fight in morning which was so unprofessional to be at shift. I own business in calgary as being owner i will never tolerate this.

Terrible service don't bother going here if your aboriginal. Completely ignored by the waitress when me and my wife went to eat some pizza. But what can you expect coming into an all white community

So the food was not the worst tasting food I've had, but the service was downright awful. After waiting 45 minutes for a drink refill, and4 different waitresses asking us what we wanted to drink, I went up to the kitchen and asked if we could get our drinks. An employee came out and told me, "two guys called in sick so you're going to have to deal with it" and walked away. I've seen better customer service at taco bell

Overall pretty good like all Boston pizzas the pizza was slightly too salty but that is a matter of opinion. The real problem that holds this place back is the amount of time it takes for the food to get out, we waited for 45min just for one small pizza. I would honestly suggest u just get dominos pizza instead

We were in Canmore for the weekend. Stopped in for dinner at the perfect time as it wasn't busy yet. Dinner was great and the drinks. The only issue they had which didn't affect us was an issue with the CO2 for their on tap drinks. Server was friendly and helpful.

Every year or so I try ordering from here and it’s constantly a disappointment, from pasta orders devoid of sauce and cheese, to this past time of no garlic toast but instead two thin slices of slightly buttered pita bread, When contacted they let me know they had run out of garlic bread but failed to inform me. I’d recommend pretty much anywhere else in Canmore

Very lovely and efficient staff, super fast service, and great food.
The tables are spaced nicely, and the option of outdoor seating is a real bonus.
Great for a quick but quality meal if you’re passing through the area.

Poor service and overall the food was not good value for the meal.
2 stars because the pizza was pretty good overall.
I would not go back.

I've been to many Boston Pizza's, they are my go to when I'm hungry and want something I know I will be happy with. This one has the best food. I ordered the Bandera bread, The Big Dipper and a few drinks. The food came quickly and the bartender made delicious drinks. It would have been 5 stars but there wasn't a staff member in sight for about 15 or more minutes when we wanted the bill and were ready to leave. We were the only ones there (mid afternoon). Overall would definitely come back.

Tried to order takeout for pickup within their posted open hours. Website for Canmore store was not accepting online orders, so was instructed to call the restaurant. The restaurant phone line was constantly busy during open hours. In the end, we were unable to order.

I ordered food online and indicated the pickup time as 4: 15 pm. My food is already 25 minutes late, and I'm still here waiting at quarter to 5.

The food was good, consistent with what one expects from a BP's. Our server was clearly busy but despite this we received great service. She was very friendly and that made for a good dining experience. BPs' has the best kids menu (IMO) so the kids also had a good experience which we were glad about as it was the first time they had dined in a restaurant since the start of the pandemic. Recommend.

Service was timely and excellent.specifically, Allegra went above and beyond for us.if she’s not a waitress she should be.she was competent, friendly and simply the best.

I find it extremely frustrating that the Tesla charging stations are always filled with vehicles that are not electric using them as parking spots. These charging stations are there for a reason. It is the only way that we can recharge to continue on our trip. It is definitely time that BP's takes action against those using these stalls as parking stalls. Better signage is needed and BP's needs to police this more closely.

Always smiling here, manager gets things done quickly. Food isn't so great, but it's ok for "fast food" takeout type place.

Refused service at 9: 50pm when their last call is 10: 00pm. Hours should be more clear. AB rules right now are last call is 10, close at 11. Complete waste of our time. Thanks for nothing.

Fantastic service! The restaurant was incredibly busy, and yet we still received 5 star service. Huge shout out to our waiter Matt! Thank you for feeding us well after a tiring day on the hill.

Saturday night, 10 minutes sitting at the table and waiter does not come to our table to ask us if we want something or at least to say that he was busy. We left and found a better place.

Love this location! Friendly neighbourhood sports bar and restaurant! Exceptional customer service staff (Chett) and really good food and drink! I will be returning to Canmore Boston Pizza on the regular! Yum!

Staff are super nice here! My server was very friendly and attentive and the drinks and food I got were super tasty; tried the unicorn lemonade and I can definitely recommend it (especially since it's made with Verbena Tea which means it color changes from blue to pink!). The kitchen staff were thoughtful enough to split the salad my mum and I were sharing onto two plates and plated them fully.
I recommend this location for sure!

When you go to Boston pizza you know what you are going to get. For us that's a good meal at a reasonable price. And that's what we got. It's always nice to try different restaurants when you come to a new city, but when you want to get what you know, you go to Boston pizza. Service was excellent, place was clean and the service was exemplary.
