Dealing with sickness and took the easy route to feed the kids. Ordered to go. There was a slight mistake. I dealt with manager Jessica who was incredible. She went above and beyond to make sure the issue was taken care of and that we were pleased and satisfied! Definitely looking forward to having Boston Pizza spicy Pierogy again! It's so amazing!
2 hours to get food Order ended up completely wrong Called management, very very disrespectful admitted there wrong but took no responsibility and only option was to drive back across town to get a new order instead of them delivering it because “ there not loosing money for the delivery “
No wonder why this place has low reviews and no one likes it here the service sucks and couldn’t imagine dealing with the management again
Service perfect, except I was still eating and someone other then my server came and took my parrm shaker off the table.wth? And then the best thing ever happened.the hostess came around cleaning up the floor. (Nothing like sitting in others garbage.literally.while dining in). It's why atmosphere was given such a low score. Server: Vanessa Hostess: Brooklyn, this girl deserves a raise! Her work ethic and attitude are 11/10. Thanks again Brooklyn! You are amazing!
Giving 4 stars based on different visits. We come here for lunch lots from the office. There’s a east indian (I think, don’t come at me) girl in the bar that always remembers us and our drinks and is the most pleasant. So we love her. Food is generally good, albeit prices have increased so I feel some items not really worth it anymore. We’ve eaten in the dining room a couple times with our kid and the service there was not great. Long wait time for food, no drink refills, it’s like a completely different restaurant. Went to order takeout one night and were told they aren’t doing any take out orders right now. What does that even mean? Like…huh? Just tell me you’re busy and it will take a bit longer, rather than send me to the other location. The girl in the lounge gets most of my good review cause almost everyone in this restaurant could learn something from her.
We went to BP for our daughter's 20th birthday. The server was wonderful. She was friendly, very helpful with suggestions for a birthday drink and was always checking on our family. The food was delicious. No issues. She even arranged a birthday song from the staff. Our server was Justice, highly recommend her and may you tip her well! Thank you Justice and staff for a wonderful celebration that evening.
I called Friday February 17, just got put on hold, called Saturday at 7: 00 wanted super, was put on hold for 5min, then a lady answered & told me no Take out. Won't be calling them again
As a customer ordering take out to have to ASK for cutlery, napkins etc just seems to weird to me so when i called and said hi just to let you know none of us can eat our pasta as we have no cutlery i was told oh you didnt say you needed any, I was a bit baffeled but okay. My order was wrong not the right cheese on pandera bread, I asked for 2 sides of Alfredo only one in box when I called she said I was only charged for 1 extra for the Fettuccine Alfredo which was right so I said correct but what about the pandera bread it had no sauce at all meat nor marinara. Was told well I wasn't charged that I said I know but I asked for Alfredo so even if you didn't hear me you still didn't give me sauce of any kind for it. She was rude said she was busy and I just aid that's ok we made it work but maybe next time let the customer know they need to ask for cutlery when it's a Take out/ pick up.food was good though.
Ordered the plant based burger and it was horrible. The bun was all wet and couldn’t eat it all. Called the server to tell her and she just said sorry and did not do anything about it. Would not go there again.
Food was good and will probably come back because of that. Service is definitely lacking. Luckily a server named Ryley went and found our bill so we could leave. No idea where our original waitress went but she never came back after she delivered our food.
Ordered for delivery, 30 minutes past delivery time I contacted them. Sat on hold for 20 minutes to find out that the order hadnt even left the restaurant. Cancelled the order but I had paid online. Was told the manager would contact me regarding refund and stilk have not received a refund a week later.
