Awesome place to have dinner.
My first time here. Our server was awesome, absolutely the friendliest person. If I remember her name (Nikki). Nice and friendly. Thank you.

We were there on a Sunday night and it was only slightly busy. We were seated in the dining area and it took 10-15 minutes before I had to flag down someone to help us. Food then took 45 minutes to come out. Our waters never got refilled ever and we didn’t get checked on in the 45 minutes of waiting. I had to go ask the front hostess for napkins for a spill.

Once we finished eating another server asked if we wanted dessert with our kids meal and we said “no thank you. It’s too late because of how long our meals took” and they proceeded to confirm and ask if she wanted ice cream within ear shot of her. Fortunately she didn’t hear it but if the parents say no, do not ask again, especially in front of a 2 year old!

My dad also got food poisoning from the lasagne. He said it was inedible and got sick from the very few bites he did take.

Very nice people but couldn’t get my order right for take out. First I got the wrong food then waited 5 mins to get the right food then found out I didn’t have sauce for my pasta or salad. Not pleasant at all and quite frustrating. Wouldn’t come back here

Went for Sunday lunch. 2 families with kids. Got seated fairly quickly. After we got drinks it took at least 20 minutes for the waitress to even come back to take our order. 45 minutes later the kids finally got their meals, only after we asked the waitress why it was taking so long. After she had actively ignored or table, giving us sparky looks everytime she walked by. Should not take a kitchen that long to put some fries and chicken fingers on a plate, in a restaurant that was at maybe half capacity. After the kids got their meals the adults had to wait another 20-30 minutes for appetizers and the rest of the food. When we left we told the waitress the service was unsatisfactory to which her response was that we shouldn't come with so many kids. If they don't want to serve families they shouldn't have a kids eat free promo. We would spent well over 2 hours in the restaurant but ended up putting our leftovers on a plate and walked to the front where the waitress eventually couldn't ignore us anymore. Will not be back at this location.

Slow service on the bar side. Server didn’t check on us for 30+ minutes, and people left after sitting as no one came to serve them. Server was unsure of specials or menu item mods. Just overall felt really unprofessional and seems like they’re understaffed or not trained well.

Started eating my hungry carnivor pasta was very disappointed with the amount of grease in the bottom although it got here pretty fast just the amount of grease made it hard to eat 3 31 23

My husbandordered garlic cheese bread but he got 2 slices bread with cheese
Supposed to be the lady will tell to him iwhat bread they have it bec he didn’t see there menu

Terrible. Jambalaya and pasta with meat balls. Got two plates of noodles with 2 shrimp one meat ball one peice of sausage. Don't bother. Ordered here a lot of times before never again.

A really nice Boston Pizza! The lounge is one of the bigger ones I've been to and was so nice and chill. The staff were all friendly and and the food tasted so good! I recommend this location for sure!

Over priced and still cold when I got my order. This place continually goes down hill. And not just this location, but the entire franchise is bad now.

Food was good but the service was terrible even though the restaurant was not busy at all.

Servers seemed more interested in chatting with each other than checking on tables. Waited forever to even get drinks ordered and then was essentially forgotten! Hopefully they get better servers

Food was great. Service was fast and the waitress was very pleasant and accommodating. Atmosphere was very pleasant.

Food was gross. Cold. Messed up our fries.yes fries.sever was so slow with only 5 people there.

Food was very bad, usually BP is great but all of the dishes we ordered weren't good.
