My granddaughter found a hair in her meal. The server took it away and charged her for a new meal! Finding a hair in a meal is disgusting and the meal should have been taken off the bill!

Literally very saddened! November 1 2023 at 7: 41 pm when writing this. My Family and I arrived at 7: 30 and the waitress was very very very rude to us! I’m not happy, very disappointed considering we have always come here to eat. I pray my son does nit ask me to go back!
I thought I would leave a comment here also as I called in as well, but the server by the name of Robert in the family area was so amazing I am a single mom of 3 littles and don’t get to go out to eat very much but we came here and he just made our experience so awesome he was very patient and polite and very very helpful I hope he is working the next time we get to enjoy a dinner there as he just made my experience so amazing
Food and service was good. My only complaint had nothing to do with BP's, it was the group of teens beside my kids and I, using a lot of foul language. Wish they would have stopped or staff asked them too or leave.
The waitress in the bar is so friendly, kind, and efficient. The food and beverages we ordered were delish. We will definitely go again to have cactus cuts and Mediterranean pizza.
The food isn't as good as the BP's in namao centre, too much butter on the Bandera pizza bread it was soggy and the lasagne was bland. Busy noisy place.
Very slow service. The restaurant was not busy but we spent a lot of time waiting, a lot of time with empty glasses, waiting to order dessert, waiting for the bill… Restaurant was also quite cool temperature wise. Food was tasty and portions were good.
Excellent service provided by Andrew last night. Our appetizer of glutenwise hot honey wings were fantastic - as was my glutenwise pizza and my hubby's medium ham & pineapple on original crust. I'm happy to say that my body shows no signs* of cross contamination from their kitchen (being that I have celiac disease).
It would have been a perfect visit had the restaurant been in a MUCH cleaner state. Floors, tables and walls were all in poor shape with varying levels of grime and left over crumbs / sticky spots. The bathrooms were also quite gross, with a less than useful Dyson "tap" and dryer combo that made washing my hands or cleaning my toddler's face IMPOSSIBLE.
Kudos to the kitchen and service staff, thumbs down to management for letting the restaurant get that dirty.
My partner ordered a gluten free cauliflower crust gf pizza cause she's celiac. And served wheat pizza instead! She was sick for 3 days and had such an awful experience. Please take your customer orders seriously.
Service very poor we order pizza and nachos pizza was too salty and cheese was totally different not melt even in nachos and without asking they add tipp seats are so dirty.
Went in for dinner. The last 3 times we have received our order all together, instead or appys first. This time we asked our waiter to make sure the cactus cuts and wings came out as an appy and reconfirmed.
About 12 to 15mins later our food came (all together again). Apparently the restaurant does not understand what an appy means. The best part is we had not even received our drinks yet.
We used to love coming here. Unfortunately the service has gone downhill. The staff has changed quite a bit and it is simply not the same.
