Boston Pizza

I didn’t like the pork rib because of the smell of pork was bad. Sides were better to be honest. I liked cactus cut and garlic bread. Dessert I had was very good. The server was friendly but she was too busy. My party had to wait for long for to order or to get a bill.

Waitress was rude, I walked in to play the vlts, machines were all taken so i decided to leave and as I was leaving some customer started commenting on me being mean to my friend, I said excuse me, I asked my friend if she thought I was being mean to her, she said nope, we both turned to leave as the waitress came and asked me and my friend to leave

I would give the blonde waitress my number anytime. ;) super cute and friendly. Very Knowledgeable about the cocktails. Even told me her favourite one. She definitely deserved the $20 tip I left her. It was busy and she answered all our questions to the best of her ability. Definitely will go back and request her again.

The blonde waitress that served us in the restaurant side today was amazing! I’m not sure if they were short staffed or what but she seemed to be working every area of the restaurant. There was at least one giant kids birthday party in the centre of the restaurant. We were on the other side of the glass. She acted like a true professional, nothing phased her. She was friendly and took great care of me, my daughter and her boyfriend. Not sure of her name but she deserves to be recognized!

I went here the other night with my boyfriend and friend and the service was great atmosphere lacked but we did get there at 9pm so it wasn’t busy, quite dead really. I’m just very upset because a hour later after eating there, I started vomiting it all out and after that I’ve had an upset stomach since. Vomiting and on the toilet. I don’t know whether it was the cocktail or the food, but very upsetting for a place like this…

Resturant was not clean, food had no flavor. Service was ok, poor server was trying but clearly had no help. The only one serving.felt bad for them. BP used to be the place to go.now its the place to avoid.

Ordered some take out Thursday night. I had a cheeseburger and fries it was disgusting needless to say. The cheeseburger was cold and the cheese was all dried up
The meet was gross and the french fries were cold and dried up. It was horrible not sure why this happened but maybe the cooks just dont care. People earn money and want the best for what they pay for. Not something thrown together and think that it's good enough Maybe have a talk with kitchen staff maybe cook fresh food. Not something that was sitting around all day and figure customers are just gonna settle. All and all it was gross.

Came in after a Thursday/weekday supper rush. We Waited 15-20 mins to even get a drink order in or a server to come to us. Clearly the servers were having a hard time keeping up to pace. There were dirty dishes and tables not cleaned. I felt bad because it was so sad to watch them try to deal with the post rush while their SUPERVISOR/MANAGER floated in and out of the kitchen not lending a hand. He literally stood around watching his team struggle.he could have been more helpful to his team mates and help them clean/pick up dishes so they could tend to their customers and provide actual service. Any good supervisor puts in team effort. I felt bad for those ladies.

Food was typical for BP. They messed up our order of Pepperoni pizza for Perogy pizza.

Was too crowded on a Wednesday night. Service was quick. Food is not bad, above average in my opinion.

Visit your restaurants. Dine in, take out, whatever you are comfortable with. I don't want to see them disappear.
This location is always run by friendly individuals and food is reliable - all you can ask for from a BP's location.
Only critique I'd have is the shrinkflation is noticeable on dishes like the starter size nachos. That and the kids meals are too much now.

This was our first visit to a Boston pizza where all of our tables food was hot when it came out, usually items will be medium in temp, some even cold but this location truly set our food to us right when it came put of the oven and it was appreciated.

Service was wonderful, the waitress was extremely patient with our kids. We had no problem with the food, it isn't bad by any means, just on par with what you should expect from a Boston Pizza. It came out hot, enough attention to presentation that it obviously wasn't just slopped onto a plate, and good portions.

Always a pleasure to eat here. When ever I walk into the bar, I am greeted by Lyndsey and she always knows that I want my usual. A tall cool budwieser and a lunch- sized spaghetti and meatball special.

Didn't like the pizza. I ordered spicy, and they put lots of pineapple in it. Even the chicken wings are very small and just the bones.

Their Mediterranean pizza is amazing! Drinks are good, but sangrias should have some fruit in them. The staff is very nice.

Book our dinner for our child’s birthday party 2 weeks in advance. Had several calls with the restaurant confirming this in advance however they screwed up and gave our reservation away to a large walk in group. We were stuck with 10 children waiting for a table and weren’t able to sit the party together because the restaurant was supposed to be full in future (though it was not even close to full for the duration of our meal). The manager not only gave us a hard time because they felt we made a mistake but he was unapologetic even after they realized they mistakenly gave our table away. We also ordered all kids at the same time but three of them came out 15 apart. We had to make the kids all share food we did get so that no one was left hungry while they waited. It was very disappointing. No one really seemed to care. We will not be returning.

The food was great! Chefs were awesome.
Servers.we're a different story. The one woman server named Sierra D came across as slightly racist with her tone of voice and mannerisms.
So if anyone is INDIGENOUS and wants to stop by, please check over your bill BEFORE paying and make sure she didn't charge you extra for something you didn't order. I did not tip her for her service because it was below the standard of other friendly women servers who have waited on us there before. Let's hope it was just the result of a "long night" and not dishonesty
