Ordered 2 items from these guys. A watch and ring. All I can say is Absoluting Amazing Service especially with dealing with Rina. I ordered a Bulova Octava Automatic which is so nice. I ordered a ring but the ring I originally ordered was out of stock so Rina reached out to me and sent me some other rings to see if I liked any others they had just got in. Not only did they offer me another ring they gave me a more expensive ring for the price of the one that wasn't in stock. I contacted Boulevard Diamonds from Ontario and Rina texted me to share pics of the ring I was looking for. The one I wanted for my son wasn't coming into the store until 3 days before Christmas. The service at Boulevard Diamonds is second to none. My experience was with Rina and not only did she get back to me on a Saturday but she messaged me pics of jewelry that I was interested in, she put together pieces she thought I'd like and everything was just perfect. She made it hard for me to decide because everything she put together was just beautiful. Not once did she make me feel like I was bothering her (I was doing this from New Brunswick, 4500 kms away) inconvenienceing her, nothing. She made me feel very important and treated me with the utmost respect.
Once I finally decided on my chain and pendant, she sent me a pic of them together and I was blown away.
I cannot thank her enough for not only her service and knowledge but the great prices as well. Even though what I got was on sale, she still reduced the price even more.

I like their outstanding customer service especially if you're looking for something as gift to your special someone. I was assisted very well since I'm looking for a great necklace with a pretty pendant for my sister. I highly recommend their high-quality jewelries. I also purchased a watch for myself since what I am currently using before was too old but still works perfectly fine.

I was going to wait until after I received my resized wedding bands to write a review but I just had to share how amazing Rina has been throughout my experience. Her customer service has been great.

She offered me an in-store promotion that I wouldn't have known I missed out on when she confirmed my order. She checked in to see how the rings were after I first received them. She is very easy to get in touch with, answers questions quickly and gives updates on my rings' progress.

Since I placed my order and until now, Rina has made me feel as if I'm more than a customer but also a friend. I can only imagine how well she and her team must treat their customers in person (I bought the rings online because I live in Toronto).

Ordered online from this store and it was a great experience! I ordered a white gold charm and it was too small so I had to ship it back and get a larger one, and the sales associates were so nice and extremely helpful! I searched high and low in Toronto for this specific Movado watch as I wanted two exactly the same but could not find one. I was directed, on the internet, to Boulevard Diamonds how had two. I was concerned spending over $1200 sight unseen and took a chance and paid for fedex special delivery. From the very onset, Boulevard took on the sale and expedition of it though I were standing right there. They kept me undated with texts and phone calls to make sure I received the watches specifically for today. Even after I picked the package from fedex, I got s text from Rina to make sure everything was okay. The service was professional, knowledgeable, caring and considerate. I recently had been shopping around for anklets and found boulevard diamond’s website. They had a beautiful collection of anklets but I needed the order delivered as soon as possible as one of the anklets was for my sister who lives in Amsterdam, and my flight was (still is) coming up soon.
