Amazing customer service right up until the hand-off. Cassandra went out of her way to answer all my questions and make my vehicle trade-in process a breeze, even from 500km away. Then the paperwork was missing some info and after nearly 2 years of me emailing asking for info so I could use the command start it came with, she said to go somewhere else to find out. Needless to say I’ll be going to another dealership for the next trade-in.

STEER CLEAR from boundary Ford. Very dishonest dealership based on our experience. We bought a 2020 Ford F350 in August 2022. They delivered the truck to us. When it arrived there was a massive dent in the box, $10,000 worth if damage, that was not disclosed prior to purchase. They agreed to pay $3000 which hardly makes a dent in the repair bill. Also, when we brought the truck in for a winter oil change, we came to find out that none of the oils had been changed even when they assured us that a full service would be completed prior to delivery. When we called to find out about this, we were laughed at. If I could rate less than 1 star I would. We will never buy another vehicle from these people and will ensure everyone knows about the operation of this dealership.

I will start by saying not all sales people are the same. I was very dissapointed the first time i went to boundary ford looking for a used expedition, the salesman and sales manager both tried to pressure me into a brand new timberline even though i stated very clearly that i wasnt spending 100k on a new car. I left with them knowing i was looking for a used vehicle. Fast forward a week or two i was in Boundary again with my wife after finding out about a used expedition on lot *not through the staff* when we entered the building we were instantly greeted by Cynthia. Words cant describe how hard Cynthia worked for us on finding the right Suv, she was friendly and to the point and did not leave us guessing on anything. She really did hustle for us and found the perfect Expedition that we ended up purchasing. If you are in need of a vehicle get a hold of Cynthia and she will most definitly take care of you.

I have got to share. As I was heading out on Saturday w my two dogs in the truck, my new-to-me truck went into limp mode three times before I got home.
Monday morning, I had CAA tow it in first thing. And, I called the service department to explain what had happened. The truck was fixed for the afternoon. But, I had no way to pick it up without an expensive taxi service. Thank you, thank you for delivering my truck home when I was in a bind! Best service ev-er!

Very disappointed! When I leased my vehicle a year ago I got great service! Now my truck is broken due to a warranty issue all I got was we will upgrade you at double the monthly payment or put you into a cheaper model? Due to my location I could not take my vehicle to Boundary Ford to be repaired (four hours away) and due to the current world issues the part is not available. So they washed their hands of me and told me as I don't use their service department I was not a preferred client and would not organize a replacement or pay for a rental while my truck was being repair at a different location. All my fleet are Fords and my truck is my lively hood. As such I will never buy a Ford again and have lodge official complaints with Ford Canada (who actually have good customer service). What a shame.

I bought a new F-350 from Cassandra at Boundary Ford back in May. Even though there was a huge shortage of trucks due to the pandemic, she was able to find me exactly what I was looking for. She also got me a great trade in value on my old F-350. I'm not from Lloydminster, so everything was done over the phone or by text/email. We never actually met in person. I must also give a shout out to Nikola who helped me transfer my fifth wheel hitch over to the new truck!

Absolutely recommend! I recently purchased a pre-owned truck from Boundary, and Cassandra and Sean provided exceptional service. They didn't give the run around you normally get from used car dealers; they were open, honest, and fair. Since I was purchasing the truck from across the province, they made every effort to ensure I saw as much of the truck as possible via pictures and video, and they provided every ounce of detail about the truck that they could. They even worked out delivery across the province for the day after I purchased the vehicle. Boundary's inspections are super thorough, and go way beyond the basic AMVIC requirements, so you know you're getting a solid vehicle.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Cassandra Henderson from Boundary Ford. I have purchased several new vehicles over the years but without a doubt, Cassandra made the process the best new vehicle purchase experience I have ever had! I'm not from Lloydminster so most of the dealings were done over the phone or text message. Being so far away from a custom truck build made me nervous however shortly after the initial discussions we had over the phone I knew I would be taken care of. I recently purchased a 2022 F-250 Superduty. Hard to find these trucks these days and lucked out here! Corey Dennett was my sales person and he was so great to deal with. Patient with my requests and ensured I was getting what I wanted. Paul, Sales Manager, was helpful in getting me the price I was comfortable with and threw in a couple free things. Teresa in Finance was so pleasant to deal with. Got me in and out as soon as possible but still going through paperwork carefully. Cass heard me asking about changing the front and back Ford emblems to black and she found one and gave to me. Dealing with Jeff the day of pick up was great! He was patient with me and although minor hiccups in the service bay, Jeff got me on the road as quick as he could. Thanks Boundary!

I had the privilege of dealing with Cassandra (Cass) on a Ford Edge. She answered all my questions, sent me more pictures and a video of the vehicle. I then dealt with Sean and then Amanda to wrap up the purchase. They were great as well. After I purchased the vehicle she followed up with me a few days later, and then a couple weeks after that to make sure that I was happy with my purchase. Took car in for service, oil change. Turned out it needed extra work-fine do it. Dropped car off on July 15. They finished the work on July 19 at 2pm. I had to phone them to find out my car was fixed which I did on July 20. When picking up the bill had $10.49 shop fees added to the oil change. When challenged was told it was for top up of all fluids. They did NOT top up windshield, antifreeze or brake fluids. I checked befor I even started the car. When I cal at 3: 25 about the car was told someone would pick me up, at 4pm I call again. At 4: 30 someone showed up. I could have walked there and back an there again in that time. Not happy with service department.

I had the best experience purchasing my all new Edge 2021 ST Line from Cassandra, they didn’t have on on the lot but for her it was no effort tracking down the exact one I wanted and it got delivered to their lot the same day! She gave me the best deal on my trade and helped me get into something amazing! Cass is your girl at Boundary for sure!

I was looking for a new Ranger but ran into some issues with a local dealer. I was searching the web for options and after checking the Boundary Ford web site Cassandra reached out. She went out of her way to try and find a matching truck I was looking for. Unfortunately she could not find the color, with the options, I was after. Throughout our discussions and negotiations with Paul, I purchased a Ranger she had on the lot. They would also deliver the truck to Regina for me. I am very happy with my purchase and a much better deal than a local dealer in Regina.
