Bow Falls Viewpoint

This is very bad, it is not like it is like Mexico brick houses, ugly houses, no, there are only one rivers, they are very bad, they are liars

An incredible place just outside of banff town. Next to the falls and along the river there is an amazing hiking trail. Anyone who finds themselves in banff should definitely visit it. I highly recommend it.

This was so pretty! With the newly fallen snow, it was very picturesque. If you're in Banff, it's worth the detour. Great picture opportunities.

Worth the short walk from town along the art nature trail. It is a pretty walk and beautiful view once you get there. The art trail has beautiful installations

It's just a short walk out of the town of Banff along the Bow River and walking the promenade.

This waterfall offers a fantastic opportunity for relaxation and enjoyment. A pleasant 1.7km walk from here will take you into town, with Banff Springs Hotel perched atop the hill, and you'll be on the main strip in just a few minutes. Whenever I'm in Banff, I make sure to visit this waterfall.

Really nice view and a good walk from downtown Banff. There’s a really nice art walk going to the falls which makes the walk more fun There’s a lot of people at the viewpoint but overall not much of an inconvenience and people take turn to take a photo

Nice view of the waterfalls and sweeping view of the mountains and river as it winds it’s way past and through the city.

Because it is the filming location of the movie "The Great River Going East", although this waterfall is not of the imposing type, but with the surrounding hills, it presents a comfortable and elegant beauty, which is worth visiting.

Great trail to start your Banff adventure. An easy walk along the river that gives you an introduction to the beauty you will see on the rest of your trip.

Came in the afternoon plenty of parking space. Terrific view of the fall and river. Don’t miss it.

Nice hangout spot for families. With beach vibes. Family friendly place for all ages. Also walk the trail connected to the falls.

Nice walk and pretty area that the falls are at. Gets a bit crowded in the “photo” area when the buses come in so wasn’t able to sit and have a few minutes to just appreciate the nature, but it was nice. The art trail that is along the way has some beautiful touches!

A lovely place to spend a quiet evening. Public transport by Roam Transit is available. You can walk the trail by the side of the river.

The trees on the promenade are so nice. Good for children to play in the water. There is also a parking lot. You can go directly to the view point.
It seems there is no toilet.
