If anyone is looking to get into the Outlander PHEV, just don't.
It seems all the dealerships are charging at least 5-6K over MSRP and adding on "Packages" that no one wants, charging extra dealer admin fees and on top off all that, they will not allow you to factory order.

***EDIT***
So after this review, all of a sudden, the MSRP listed price on their web site site has mysteriously dropped from ~$59,000 to now only $150 over MSRP ($55,348), dropped the Safe and Secure package (mandatory $1000 charge) and they have dropped the dealer fees by $100 back down to what is on the actual manufacturer web site ($599 vs $699).

I bought the 2023 RVR and i got the best experience in this dealership.

Badal was very helpful and patient. He gave his 100% to help us to chose the right car for us. He also has a very sense of humour that made us laugh all the time.

this brand new car buyer very comfortable in all aspects of the car buying process. Especially making it happen over days off my crazy night shift schedule and holidays. (Even got a few treats from their holiday potluck) Staff is fantastic and happy! It really shows they are not just “at work” but having fun while being there. My experience with Evan and Guy today was excellent. There is not that many honest car dealerships in Calgary, you have maybe noticed. These guys are very friendly, informative and not pushy at all. We explained our situation and they found great solution for us pretty much right away. Very good car-deals, very good vibe and helpful staff. I highly recommend to shop here. If you are looking for a good products and customer service, dont look anywhere else.

Bow Mitsubishi was all class from start to finish. The GM, Jon, is fantastic to deal with. Ren was incredibly helpful as soon as we walked in the door, and since we needed a new car quickly, got no nonsense from the team. They did their best to work within our budget, and provide options based on the most important features we were looking for. There was a great offer on new cars that we had one more day to take advantage of, and the team ensured everything got done in time - they practically bent over backwards for us, and went out of their way to make it a great experience.

Sales guy was great to deal with … but there holding my 1000$ deposit due the trade being “worse” then originally expected… the deposit was to hold the vehicle not for repairs. Learn to estimate a vehicle on trade in value don’t put it on your customer after the fact we drove 8 hours to pick it up. Was told “ we have a gift for you when you get here for choosing us” nothing all talk … would recommend ANY other Mitsubishi dealership other then this one

It was the first time I've ever visited a Mitsubishi dealership. I really was impressed. I sat in the dealership for almost 2 hours I had a chance to check out the new line of cars. The staff answered all of my questions and I wasn’t pressured into an on the spot immediate decision. I was treated with kindness from the staff. The service at Bow Mitsubishi was outstanding in my opinion and that's why I would rate them with a high five. You have deserved it! The staff is highly trained and knowledgeable of the entire fleet of cars that Mitsubishi has to offer.

Could never get a person to answer the phone in parts. Had to call front desk and get them to page someone over. Dozens of calls within weeks and still no luck until I had to go in person, extremely dissatisfied with my service and would not go back to buy or service my car here

Highly disgusted by my experience. In Oct, i had put a deposit for an outlander. Initially I was told it was delayed and then all of a sudden I was sold a vehicle without me giving the go. I was then purchasing a house at the same time and needed the mortgage to go through before i could get the vehicle for my wife.the salesman decided he would push it through without my consent and then conveniently decided to push the car to me when i told him i did not need it anymore. It was delivered to my home and has been in my garage since oct. Now that i asked them to buy it back because i do not want to pay for instalments for a car that i never used and has only 35 km on it, i am being low balled by these mitsubishi dealership.i was sold for 52k, i owe 49 k but they will only buy it back for 41k, while they have definite shortage of the outlander i have. One thing is forsure, I will not be giving any business to them in the future. A similar case happened with Range rover when they were delaying my delivery by 5 months due to a chip shortage, they refunded the deposit money when i saw that i would be car less in the winter months. Thats professionalism. What "M" from mitsubishi did was nothing short of pushing a deal through so he gets his commission and now he doesn't even work there. To make matters worse, The other mitsubishi dealership told me that I was over charged for the extras on my vehicle. Salt to the wounds if you ask me! May be the Media needs to be highlighted about their professional behaviour.

Bow Mitsubishi rocks! We just got our 2022 Outlander PHEV from them, and we're loving it! It's hard to find honest and trustworthy dealers who deeply care about their customer's satisfaction, but this place is truly phenomenal! Starting with their outstanding product advisors like Cody Hawkes who has deep knowledge about the vehicle and will want you to enjoy the experience of riding the car of your dreams! Once we had enough confidence with the Outlander, their sales manager Gurjot Singh and his manager, Guy Gubler went way above and beyond to ensure we got the best deal on our car! Gurjot also ensured I got the trade-in price I was asking on Kijiji and that made our decision smoother, as it can be challenging to sell privately these days. All in all, it was a seamless experience trading in our old Toyota and getting behind the wheels of our PHEV! If you're in the market hunting for a car, look no further - these guys are the best in YYC, hands down!

Had a small hiccup in the beginning but the management team did everything to make it right! Morgan, our salesperson, was so nice to deal with. I told him my budget and he stuck to it. I really didn’t feel I was being pressured into something I couldn’t afford. It was so nice to deal with someone that heard me. Can't wait to pick up my new ride tomorrow.

I struggled leaving this, because I imagine there must be an insane amount of pressure placed on the dealers to sell covid stock from 2020. But I still have a bad taste in my mouth, days later so here goes!
1. The price advertised is not the price of the vehicle. For some reason the sales team was trying to charge us for items already installed or applied to the vehicle. Leading me to believe they should just adjust the advertised prices and be more transparent right out of the gate.
2. We tested two, and one of the vehicles we drove was filthy. I understand they don’t detail it after every test drive, but it had crusty milk in the seam of a backseat, and dog hair all over. As well as parts for a completely different car in the trunk
3. Our initial sales contact was good (Mikael). It would have been easy to have bought a car from him, but we began to feel a bit uneasy, especially after seeing sales add up the nickels and dimes for accessories that should have been priced in when the dealer evaluated the car for sale (ie: 3m coating). We said we needed to think about it and would like to leave. He was patient and clear that the quote wasn’t going to be valid after the 1st, as it had special dealer promotions on it that ended month end. We understood and asked for our keys back (they had been assessing our old van for trade)
4. After he left to “get the keys” we then had Jon (?) land to tell us this deal wasn’t going to get any better, how amazing it was and how this is the best deal, and how it’s too good to pass up. I firmly asked for our keys back, and was met with him claiming he’s “not trying to be combative”, etc… but kept talking. He made sure we knew we couldn’t get that pricing again if we came back later this week. Which was fine, it wasn’t the deal of the century anyway, despite what he thought.
5. To be fair, I do not recall what happened next, I was surprised to hear him still talking, but my spouse somehow got through to him and as he was huffing away he did this big dramatic rip of the quote paper. (I have a kid that takes firm boundaries and rejection better than him.)
8. Here’s the kicker, my spouse gets a text today asking us if we had any questions on the vehicle or wanted to proceed. He was told they would could honour the quote. After all that! We were made to feel like we were pulling dukes out for wanting to take a minute to think.
I’ve never felt like that while trying to purchase goods or services from anywhere before in my life
I can’t imagine why anyone would want to go there.

We walked into the showroom at Bow Mitsubishi after going through the auto-mall, and were greeted with enthusiasm by a young man named Morgan. He quickly assessed our vehicle needs and budget, pulled up a 2022 Outlander and sent us on a test drive. Although we didn’t end up buying due to the third row space, the entire experience was amazing and would highly recommend Morgan to any friends or family looking for a vehicle!

We were in a great mood spending our Saturday looking at vehicles around Calgary in our price range. Halfway through our day after seeing many other vehicles, we came to Bow Mitsubishi where everyone was busy with appointments until Kyle met with us. Kyle was incredibly kind and EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the vehicles on the lot without even being prepared as we were walk-ins. We looked at a used vehicle that we were interested in but it was clearly priced too high for its year and model and especially since it had very intense cigarette smoke inside. There was a $1,500 add-on of dealerships fees (and taxes obviously) on top of the asking price.

Kyle sat us down and discussed our options and the potential of offering a lower price and went to talk to another manager. Then, Guy sat down with us and our 5-star experience immediately tanked to a 2-star. Guy budged slightly on the price but only focused on what the dealership needed and its hardships making our needs feel unimportant. He made excuses about the dealership's poverty of not being able to get more vehicles in, which may be the case, but felt quite self-absorbed. He did not talk at all about what we as customers and a family need and provided no other options to look at, writing us off as potential customers. We left feeling insignificant, not worth his time, and no longer in a good mood.

Up until we met with Guy, we were LOVING our experience, the initial vibe of the dealership, and the delicious coffee. My partner and I were enjoying our time there so much that we were excited to begin full-heartedly recommending this dealership to our friends and family. This was the first dealership that day that we felt this strong and positive about.

Based on Guys' attitude toward us and lack of desire to help us find a vehicle, we no longer want to recommend this dealership or come back to purchase our next vehicle.

Kyle, however, we would follow him to wherever he works next. Thanks again Kyle, for your professionalism, kindness, overall customer service, and attention to detail. Your great communication skills made for easy and understandable vehicle discussions. It was a pleasure meeting with YOU yesterday!

We ended our day at another dealership that provided a great car at a fair price. This car had all the "bells and whistles" we were looking for, that will hold its value for much longer, and they even added an extra set of winter tires. Thanks to Jeff at Crowfoot Dodge for providing what all customers need; a great experience, willingness to help, and a positive outlook.

The best dealership in Calgary - both sales and service teams are phenomenal - very professional and organized - excellent experience!

I have been driving the Mitsubishi PHEV for just over a year - this vehicle is incredible, great for short distances as a city car where it will run fully electric (for about 40- 55 kms depending on how well you drive it) and does great mileage on the small tank of gas for long distances. When electric its so fun to drive, and performs very well long distance on high way as well. Strongly recommend!

Don't buy from here! Bought a 14 mercedes-benz, had it a month and already had to replace the battery, had to replace both batteries in each key fob! Wish I didn't buy from here! What a rip off!

To be honest I’ve never liked bringing my car back to the dealership to get it serviced. I had poor experience two or three times and was hesitant to bring my car there for the two recalls that I needed to get done.

I called and made an appointment and the part was ordered. I dropped my car off the night before and the next day I picked it up.

When I picked it up I walked around the car to make sure there was no additional damage to the exterior and there wasn’t any from what I could see. I got in the car and started it up and looked around the interior. There were some zip ties left on the floor mat and some stripped wires that weren’t cleaned up. Nothing to big, but a little annoying as I just cleaned and vacuumed the car. As I was sitting in my car i notice the trim plate for the radio was loose, but no big deal I just popped it back on.

I was still looking around my cars interior and then notice a new scratch or scuff on the dash. I get out and get a towel with some cleaner and try to clean it, but it’s not coming off. Call it as it is, it was a new scratch on the dash. I didn’t bother letting anyone know and I thought about it for a while, but I just asked my self what is the dealership really going to do? Probably not a lot cause my car is 2006 and so I drove away. I will just live with it.

Today I notice that the SRS light is on. I’m not sure if it was on when I left, but I know it was on when I came in and that the SRS light is to do with the airbag. Maybe it just needs to be reset, I’m not sure. I will have to call the dealership back and ask or try to reset it myself.

Overall it was nice to get the work done, but the Scratch on the dash and the SRS light coming back on give this a poor review.

The best part of the service was booking the appointment. Rick was very professional and followed up when he said he would. No complaints with him.

Bought my first Mitsubishi when it was Hyatt and went to trade in my vehicle and was ignored and disrespected, I guess I don't look like someone they will profit off of? Not sure the manager (bigger gentleman) but all he did was stare at me making it seem very uncomfortable. Went to Nissan just down the road and got much better service and a brand new kicks.

I would like to say a BIG thank you for outstanding work to service department.
I came to them very disappointed after horrible experience with Platinum Mitsubishi.
My apple play was not working properly and that was difficult to prove the issue to the stuff because the radio was restarting randomly.
Together with Ryan we created the plan and in one week, once I had an appointment, they catch the error and finally replaced the radio.
Also, they called me in the middle of the process just to say that they didn’t forget about me and just waiting for a new part.
Very, very professionals.

Worst dealership.scamsters.if your math is not strong and unable to calculate on the fly they will rip you off.if you are planning to buy Mitsubishi (very good car makers. I am a satisfied owner of a RVR) buy from platinum.

I was quoted $1600 extra for a mirage and they justified it saying it was the Canada package they put in the car. On enquiring what was that, I was told.not kidding.nitrogen air in tires, cleaning the car before delivery, a block heater (probably worth $100).

The finance person Alex there worked out a monthly payment, which when calculated over the entire period of the finance came up to $5000 more than sale price ($17000 car - mirage). And I was told that's how finance works and it was due to interest amount that I end up paying so much.seriously they are scamsters.

The total interest I pay for the rvr I got from platinum is $280 for a $26000 car!

If you cannot calculate interest rates etc on the fly, these guys will confirm fleece you.avoid this place.go to platinum.they are more decent professional people.

Got my annual service. And oil change done. There new service manager was amazing and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Will definitely be coming back.

Great Service and pricing. I had a timing belt and transmission flush done on an Outlander. They had to change a few extra belts at parts cost but also replaced another part under warranty. The final price was well below the quote I got from Platinum Mitsubishi! They were honest and pleasant to deal with. Shuttle service was excellent. Highly recommend them for Mitsubishi service!

Excellent experience. Purchased my wife a Tucson and the staff at Bow were excellent to deal with, cleaned the car up beautifully, were very patient and helpful. I highly recommend them, and I'm not the easiest person to deal with either. Thanks to Nico in sales, and the whole team there.)

The experience I've have with other dealerships have been sketchy and I always feel waited one, like the staff just is waiting till a choose a car and buy then they could car less, but at this dealership I feel well cared for and they answered every single one of my questions. Especially a guy named Brandon Rose, he graciously told me about the cars I was interested and didn't pressure me to deicide. Great experiance!

Came here for my oil change and boy following observations are
- Nice friendly staff
- Clean Facility
-nice area for customer to wait and clean area
- treated my vehicle like its very clean they put some cover before tech goes in drivers seat
Totally recomend this dealership and will keep on coming back for my vehicle maintenance

Fantastic service, Brandon Rose was very helpful in answering all my questions and concerns. He even helped me understand how we can make a plan on monthly payments which are sutiable to me.

Just had the best experience at bow Mitsubishi Tyler on sales was amazing new lots about the vehicles help me find the perfect outlander to fit the family took the time to test drive lots no pressure attitudes finance manager amazing got me OUT of my high interest rate fantastic experience! This was the worst experience I could imagine at a dealership. I simply asked why they couldn't match the pricing that the calculator spits out on the website. I just wanted an explanation of what was not accounted for and they refused to account for it and just said that was the price. They had added over $4000 to the price of an RVR. When I walked through the calculator with Tyler in sales he saw what I was talking about and said he would call me back when he figured it out. Never did.

I bought my Lancer 10 years ago at the same dealership when it used to be Hyatt Mitsubishi - the experience then was FAR better. Their GM Mike Lowton stopped emailing me simply because I questioned the pricing. I requested assistance from Mitsubishi Motors Canada and they said that the dealership can lower the price but when I asked if they are allowed to add $4000 to it they never responded. They spoke with Bow Mitsubishi as well and said that they would be in touch but again - nothing.

I am a brand new Nissan owner and couldn't be happier. What an absolute joke of a dealership. Special shout out to Sales Manager Fazal who couldn't possibly be a worse people person and salesman in general. He was disrespectful and sleazy as can be. Stay away there are other dealerships that will earn your business.

Went in for service to have my tire pressure sensors reset. Was very quick and was surprised by the small bill. Very unusual for a shop bill to be less than I was expecting.haha
