Thanks for the great service at Bow Ridge Sports! Our family purchased a side by side and the service was incredible. We showed up and didn't know what we want and they took the time to go over all of their inventory and allowed us to make the best decision for us. They even delivered our unit to our lake lot! Wanted to share my amazing experience at Bow Ridge. Dane personally worked with me to find the perfect side by side which was a Yamaha YXZ 1000R SS! He was diligent and quick and made it an awesome experience. Thanks again to the whole team for making this a good experience. I would highly recommend this dealer!

Hi went to bow ridge sports to have a tire swapped on a rim i took 2 loose tires in.both on rims went to pay bill next day they charged full shop rate of an hour to do the change $166.50 I almost fell over I asked why it cost so much for a twenty minute.job. I am a heavy mech.service guy said that is what it takes, felt quite ripped off. I just had 4 new tires installed on my vibe for $80.00 it took an hour. I went there this summer to have fork seals changed and a front tire changed both off the bike they did the seals mixxed up all the parts an assembled them with the road reflector facing to the inside or backwards major F.up and charged very large, had to repair my self.should have learned then. I guess this is part of the reason they lost skidoo dealership.so dont deal with these idiots i will never deal with them again you are taking a chance. Mark R miller

I had brought my 2012 new to me seadoo boat in for service, it would power out at 20 mph.made for a sad summer. I can't thanks Phil from service and his techs for the fantastic job they had done. They were able to find issue right off the start and order parts to fix it. I had to wait a few weeks for the parts as any where is right now. In the end, took my little boat out for a test and hit 46 mph and put a smile on my face, super happy with all the work the service team did on my boat. Thank you Thank you. I also bought a new 2015 seadoo here with no issues 7 years later.

I purchased a Vamoose ebike from Jay at Bow Ridge Sports. He provided me with a thorough tutorial on how to use the bike. The process was seamless and everyone is very friendly and supportive at Bow Ridge. As the bike would not fit in my Jeep the owner Zane offered to deliver it to my house in Calgary. Sales and service second to none.

Wish I could give negative stars! Took my machine to them a couple weeks ago because I had heard they are awesome … that must have been a long time ago!
Told them what the problem was, they called me later saying I was mistaken and it was a different problem … called me back again and said I was right after all but now they were “swamped” and couldn’t do the work for another week… why did I even book an appointment then?
They will never see me there again!

Worst customer service ever. The parts department is complete chaos. I keep hoping it’s going to be different. But it never is.

I would consider finding another shop for fixing your toy, brought my Sea-Doo to rebuild a supercharger, was given an estimate of 3 hours of labor (found original quote), after 2 weeks later received a call from Bow Ridge about completing the job and extra charge of over $130 for a broken bolt. No one notified me of the issue and took a liberty to proceed and just handed over a bill. Very poor customer service.

Did not call when my quad was fixed and ready for pick up. Did not return my calls asking if my quad was ready. Very poor communication from this business. Previous experiences were fine, but this last time left me angry and reluctant to return.

Excellent customer service during sale and pick up! Good guys in every department I've dealt with! This is the third Ski-doo I’ve gotten from Bowridge and no one can beat their price and I’ve always got my sled before my buddies who’ve ordered from other dealers!

I have been here numerous times for various machines over the last 6 years and they have very few parts in stock and you really need to watch the prices as some items are grossly overpriced.

I bought a new bike from these guys and they kept forgetting to call me back to make the deal. Ordered a pipe Guard before picking up the bike and two months later I still don’t have it. I have nothing good to say.

Seems they can't get the customer service part of customer service industry right. Not impressed by the service. Seems like an old boys club kinda place.

Customer service whats that at this place NOTHING! Horrible! GO ELSEWHERE Ordered and paid for parts for new sled 10 days ago! Was told 2-3 days, have called several times, still no parts say parts are back ordered now apperantly.
No calls no emails, and NO Parts just wait. Never again will I buy anything from this location ever! They have ruined 2 weekends of sledding!

Absolutely horrendous customer service and rude staff! Do not waste your time with this place. We brought our sled in with a problem of excessive smoke production as well as overheating. Three weeks went by and no word from Bow Ridge so we called them. Person on the other end of the phone claimed we were next in line. Another week goes by and we call again. Again we are told we are next in line. Yet another week goes by and we drive up there on a Saturday to inquire and are told YET AGAIN that we are next in line. We voice our displeasure at this information and are promised it will be looked at on Monday. We finally get a call from them on Monday to say what was wrong and that parts will be ordered and it should be ready by that Friday. That Friday came and went and no call from them. We are now at SIX WEEKS without answers! We called back again on the following Friday and were told the part had just arrived and since they don't do repairs on the weekend it wouldn't be ready until the next week. We finally lost our patience and told them that this was unacceptable and why were we not contacted to be informed about this further delay. At this point the person on the other end of the phone YELLED AT US! We told them to leave our sled alone and we would be there the next morning to pick it up and go elsewhere.
When we arrived, the sled was repaired and nothing was said about the previous issues and most of all NO APOLOGIES WERE GIVEN.
We will NEVER, NEVER be associating with this place ever again!
Furthermore, upon getting the sled home and inspecting it, we found the thermostat was broken which was probably causing the overheating problem which is why we brought the sled to them in the first place! Now we need to get that repaired.
I say again, stay away from Bow Ridge Sports.

Picked up a new Outlander 650 for a heck of a deal. Worked out a no nonsense deal all in prior to visiting the store.

The only SeaDoo Dealer in the local Calgary area. All kinds of cool toys for boyz. I get my boat serviced there every Fall. Great store - great staff - great service.
The CanAm lineup is really awesome! Also got my YAMAHA Gen Set there. DSAM.

I called ahead of time to ensure they had the part I needed. I was told they had multiple in stock so I proceeded to drive 45 mins. When I arrived they didn’t actually have the needed part.

Awesome service and huge inventory of parts, I walked out with all of the oddball parts I required!

Unbelievable service! The staff at Bow Ridge Sports sure know their stuff! I purchased a CanAm Defender HD10 Cab and couldn't be happier with the unit! The sales process was easy and there was ZERO pressure. They have tons of accessories in stock as well and the staff was quick to get me what I needed hassle free! I had stopped at other BRP dealerships in the surrounding area and this dealership by far surpassed any experience I have ever had buying a vehicle! I Will definitely be back and this is, in my opinion the only BRP dealer I would go to! Great job Bow Ridge Sports!

I have been dealing with Bowridge for a little over a year now after dealing with Martin Motor Sports Edmonton and let me tell you impressive. I am sometimes hard to deal with and they seem to do it with ease, from Jay Fox making the buying and selection process great, to Steve in parts having the expertise and quick answers to parts related questions when you need them and then Jason in service I mean I get a little ansi (to say the least) when my vehicles are down and Jason knows how to step up calm my nerves and get the job done. Great service and personable approach. Thanks for me and Water and Snow Vehicle Rental.

Live in BC, buying boat in AB, they take on the job of a full mechanical inspection with a compression test being requested at drop off of boat. 3 days later they do the job, boat comes out with dead blower, I ask about compression test, they tell me 150 across the board.on a v8, not 1 psi of difference (this is not realistic). I tell him I want the detailed inspection report with the compression numbers left with the boat.sure no prob he says.well, no detailed report, just a $280 bill to run the motor on the hose and install a trailer light.liars.run, don't walk to another shop. I put all my trust in these jokers, I feel totally victimised by this experience as a compression test is the only way of determining value of my investment in this motor.

Bought a 2015 renegade last year. Ordered a warn winch through them had it installed seemed to work ok at the time. Got the quad home went out on a few rides tried the winch for the first time and it did not seem to work. I later brought it back for the 50hr service told them that the winch wasnt working when i tried using it for the first time i knew that it was a bad ground and i told them that. So thinking that they were going to fix there mistake seems how i have never used the winch, i later got charged $70 for them to go back in and do it the right way. Will not be going back to Bow ridge sports.
