I highly recommend Dr. Das of Bow Trail Medical Clinic. Dr. Das is an outstanding doctor known for his expertise, compassion, and excellent patient communication. He takes the time to listen to his patients, explains medical concepts clearly, and fosters trust through his friendly demeanor. If you're looking for top-notch healthcare with a caring touch, Dr. Das is an excellent choice.

We started with doctor Das when he first started in Shawnessy then followed him to his brand new, very own practice. He is Byfar the best doctor I’ve ever gone to as well as my children. My daughter used to few very uncomfortable with male doctors and she is so comfortable with dr.das as well as my two sons. Him and the reception team they care so much about their clients and they Always go that extra mile.

Our own doctor is Dr. Sobotie however she is away currently, so we decided to see Dr. Milne. He’s a great and kind doctor, took the time to listen and let us get everything off our minds that we needed addressed in a timely manner. 10/10!

Excellent experience. Everyone from the receptionist to the doctor were polite and professional. Attached pharmacy was also great and fast.

Extremely disappointed by the experience I had today at this “walk in” clinic which even advertises outside the clinic “walk in” as well as taking in new patients. I even tried to call to book an appointment one day prior to see a doctor but wasn’t able to get connected to a receptionist. Because the clinic opened up not to long ago by my home I thought I’d try to go for walk in instead when I was greeted by 3 extremely rude Filipino ladies. One of the ladies was sitting in the middle just playing games on there phone while the other one was being extremely rude and did not show any interest or concern upon arrival. When I had expressed to see a doctor they had told me I had to visit their website and that they only do walk in’s from 9am-12pm. That being said not many can accommodate such times and it really should be advertised better than what they currently have set up as some people with disabilities or injuries willing to travel all that way to get declined is really disappointing. When I had expressed my concerns with how they are operating they didn’t show any compassion and just laughed and told me to go on their website. I was really taken back by the whole experience and told them what they were doing was wrong and that they would need to do better rather than reel people in just to turn them down. I ended up taking photos of the establishment so that you can save yourself the time and hassle and decide for yourself if you choose to come here to this clinic.

*Message to the owner or manager of the medical establishment*

Learn to properly advertise and conduct proper business walk in hours, staff and policies so that you can get the most out of your clients. Also either train your staff to do better or hire new ones because these reviews are 110% accurate with the lack of professionalism all 3 had demonstrated. Absolutely no respect or integrity whatsoever and they are in a medical field we’re showing compassion means something!

Dr. Sobotie has been my doctor for a few years now and she is very kind and one of the few doctors who actually listen. Jasmine at reception has also been amazing! I love this clinic.

I am so glad to have found this clinic. The ladies at the reception are so helpful and kind. It is busy clinic but they are always happy, accomodating and patient. They are very understanding. Dr Das is a fantastic doctor. Always smiling and happy. 10/10

We live in the community and was very excited to have this open up so close. I have tried twice to go into this clinic that is supposedly open till 7. We went in recently and asked nicely if the reception could ask the doctor to see my husband who had some sort of swelling on his stomach. She even asked why we were there and we showed her and she laughed Not sure why? She was going to ask until her co worker reminded her that there walk in was in the morning. The place was empty. Then they have a sign that says walk ins 9-10. They do not bother to answer phone even though there are 2 of them. Very verry bad service. I have a family doctor and the office always answers and thefe buisy. Very disapppointed.will be telling all the neighbors not to come to this clinic.worker

This clinic has been wonderful to our family. Dr. Das has always made time to see my girls in a timely manner and never declined us as a walk in. Friendly, knowledgeable and listens!

Amazing diagnosis and doctor daniel is top notch! I took my dad for his shingles immediately aware of his situation and prepared him the prescription for any onset pain or blister within 72 hrs! Such a blessing to encounter a sharp, knowledgeable, and caring, kind, top notch doctor on a weekend. Highly recommended! Also the pharmacy staffs are super nice and professional too. Highly recommended too!

Dr. Sobotie is all around incredible! I’ve been to many doctors and she is 10/10 I am so happy I found her! Jasmin is also amazing!:) Such a kind and wonderful team!

The staff at the front is incredibly dismissive and discriminative. People like that should not work at a medical place. Seeing a doctor in that clinic is not worth it. They keep moving and cancelling appointments without my knowledge and have no respect for certain patients. They laugh in your face instead of trying to fix their mistakes. Might be the worst front staff I've ever had to deal with.

Doctor Das is an Excellent and caring doctor who listens to your concerns and very knowledgeable with the answers! Highly recommended! The staff is friendly as well as kind and professional!

My family and I were fortune enough to be one of Dr Das’ first patients when he opened up Bow Trail Medical. He has been by far the best doctor I’ve ever seen in my life … caring, compassionate, thoughtful, and thorough. He loves what he does, and his enthusiasm shines through with a positive and warm attitude towards his staff and patients. Thank you for all that you do, Dr Das!

Drove across the city after work through rush hour to come to this clinic that is open till 7pm, arrive at 3: 40only to be greeted with a sign that says walk ins are only available from 9-12.

On top of that I had called to see if I should try and schedule an appointment at 11 am, but had no answer on the phone.

Staff were extremely dismissive and laughed as I exited. Overall very un pleased with my first attempt to come here.

I highly recommend Dr. Das as a family doctor! He is extremely knowledgeable and caring, and always takes the time to fully understand our concerns and address any questions we have. He is also very efficient, making sure that we don't have to wait long for appointments and always keeping us informed about our health. The office team is also great, they are friendly, professional and always available to assist with whatever we need. Our whole family appreciate Dr. Das and his team. Definitely five stars!

Dr. Das is the best doctor I have seen! He is so kind and personable. He listens to your concerns and helps as best as he can. So grateful I found this clinic.

This clinic is great, the doctors are kind and caring and go above and beyond. The facilities are new and clean. For the first time in my life I enjoy going to see the doctor!
