Our Nest thermostat informed us that our furnace briefly stopped heating our home 55 times in a 2 week span. Gave a call to Bow Valley 24/7 and met with Olivier to inspect the furnace. After the inspection, he pointed out that the heat exchanger was not operating efficiently and could stop working all together. He showed me photos of the heat exchanger and spent the time to explain the situation and our options. Given the upcoming cold snap, it definitely was concerning to make sure the furnace was running properly.

Not only did he immediately replace the furnace for us, but he took care of a few other issues we were having and made sure the furnace room was left tidy. We were able to leave him to get the job done. Olivier was excellent at communicating his timeline and sent photos to show the completed job.

Had the sink at our house fall completely our of it's fittings. Scott had our sink fixed in under an hour on the same day we called him. He also unclogged the drain for us without even needing to ask. Stellar work at an extremally affordable rate.

Scotty and his colleague carefully removed a huge 75 gallon hot water tank from a second floor condo and replaced it with newer more suitable model. They were professional, efficient, flexible with a few changes of the appointment time and answered any questions we had. It was well worth hiring professionals to do this job which would have taken way more time, effort and potential problems to attempt to do as a DIY. My apartment dryer duct was clogged. Oliver helped to root out the issue. It ended up with the contractor who replaced the external building wall forgot to open duct hole. How can air flow out without an outlet? ! Oliver used the cameras and found the dead-end of the duct, then fixed.

Before Oliver's work I hire Canmore Plumbing and Heating to deal with that issue. They visited three times. Every time they concluded airflow smoothly. What a joke! And waste of everyone's time. We called Scott at 4: 35pm on a Friday afternoon and by 6: 15pm the same day our drain was unblocked and a small section of piping was replaced. Drains better now than it did when we moved in! Oliver was a great help for my condo, did quality work at a reasonable price. Best was I am in Calgary and he did it all on his own, lots of pics, texts and videos so I knew what was happening. One new shower head I purchased was faulty and he got a new one for me, returned the old one. I plan to use Bow Valley Plumbing again in the near future.
