Bow Wow Dog Grooming

Took my pomchi Abby a week ago for a trim bath and her nails. They bathed her but never combed her only trimmed around her face and paws but trimmed her whiskers. They did almost nothing to her nails and she came back with a scratch on her left eye that has already cost $200 dollars and counting. My puppy has eye drops and has been in a cone for the last week all for the low price of $75. I will not be coming back here again. I would give negative stars if this would allow me. Don't take your pets here.

So disappointed today with the job they did to my dog came home with razor burn on his stomach and genitals and has trouble walking cause it hurts then after his haircut then they tell us the price went up been there 4 times in less than 8 months price went from 60 the first then 80 to 90 and today 128 will never take my dog back it took 4 hours today but only 2 and a half the other times thinking they might be taking on to many pets in a day beware

Even though my dogs don't like going, they always look great and get treated great.

We adopted a chihuahua mix this year who clearly didn’t have a good life. She was skeptical of 3 other groomers, we tested our luck here and they go above and beyond for her needs and she always comes out looking perfect! Big shout out to Shannon for always being so happy to see our girl Izzy it makes our day!

I’ve been taking my dog Boe to Bow Wow for years. He suffered a stroke in 2018 and I worried they would not be able or willing to groom him as he had lost mobility and would involuntarily pee from anxiety. The first time I took him there after his stroke, he did pee on the staff but they didn’t complain and were so kind and understanding. He’s gotten better and can stand for short periods of time, and always comes home looking like a brand new boy. Because of his disability, he gets a lot of matting as it is difficult to brush and wash him at home, but they clean him up so well and give him so much love. I’ve tried taking him elsewhere but no one is as caring, patient, and understanding of his difficulties as the Bow Wow team. Me and my family are very thankful to have a groomer we trust to keep his fur clean and healthy. Looking forward to his next, much needed, groom!
