Shame on them for making their parking lot so large their neighbouring strip malls entrance is completely infringed upon. It says a lot about someone, in how they treat their neighbours.

When my wife wrote down a bad review about her first experience at bow city motors the owner got frustrated and called my personal number and started threatened me and my wife. He said he knows the owner of company where I work and he is going to tell them all the worst about me because my wife send a bad review. It does not sound professional to fight with customer who had a bad experience with him.

Great pricing and service. As a young female needing an out of province inspection, he got me a great price on the repairs that I needed and was able to do the work that day. Helped me to get a re-inspection quick and painless the same day. Good communication, honest and professional. Thank you!

Horrible dealership. I went in today to look at a white Dodge Ram 1500 listed on their website. Nobody inside. Waited around and then left. Came back 30 mins later. 1 man now here but he is talking on his phone to a coworker about lowering pricing on existing cars. He asks me what I want and says he has no time but I can start the truck if I want. I went out alone and started the truck. It was a complete disaster. First it was just disgusting inside never even cleaned and been for sale 2 months. Then it had tons of warning lights and error as soon as you turn it on. Just a pile of junk.

The reviews for this place must be fake. Avoid at all costs.

A well priced dealer (doesn’t happen in AB). Super friendly and easy to work with. Came to an agreement on terms and price within 5 minutes. Was patient with my slow responses and took great care of me. First dealer I can honestly recommend in my lifetime.

Bowcity motors, well I would have to say it tops my car buying experience. I go through a lot of cars. I'm on my 9th car in three years plus the years of other cars coming and going since I was 14 so I have had my share of dealerships big and small private buys, local buys and not so local buys. Marz is straight forward and is no nonsense. I like the guy so much I drop in to just to say hi once in a while and he has some of the nicest inventory around. If he doesn't have what you are looking for chances are he can get what you are looking for. If you don't like any of the inventory you will like the man. He went above and beyond for me making sure that I was completely satisfied with my purchase and I'm not easily impressed or made happy, I was both.

I had a mechanical emergency and after some phone calls, found myself here as they were the only ones willing and able to help me in a pinch. I'm so glad I wound up here because Marz (the owner), was absolutely fantastic to deal with, incredibly knowledgeable and sincere about my predicament. He took the time to show me what was going on and work with me on the budget. The mechanic Sammy is a kind hearted gem and knows his stuff. After chit chatting with him about cars, I learned he's been a professional mechanic since he was 19 years old, well over 25 years! I've already made plans to come back here to do some additional service before winter. I absolutely reccomend.
