Bowest Appliances

About a month ago we purchased a scratch/dent washer (new) & a reconditioned dryer. Sales rep (Kemi) was very helpful & knowledgeable, felt comfortable w/ her approach to business. Delivery was on time & the delivery staff were ultra careful to leave the house in same condition upon arrival. Overall a good experience. (units both working fine, still too early for a legitimate " report card on their performance ").

My landlord gets me a washing machine, the hose to drain has a crack in it.
My suite floods.
So now they get me a new hose, now machine is not draining. It’s 2 months worked and now doesn’t want to sense where to stop filling up the machine and overflowed into my suite. Total disaster.
Apparently they’re bringing another one.
We will see how long it lasts.

What horrible customer service! I have called twice to see if they had an appliance I was looking for and each time the guy didn't even listen to me or seem to care about why I was calling. He said right away "no we don't have that" and hung up.
Then I went to the store and no customer service at all. The prices are ridiculously high! The store smelled funny too. Will NOT recommend!

ABSOLUTELY A JOKE!

I went here to purchase not one but 4 appliances. Patrick did great writing it all up only couldn’t get close to what Leon’s was offering so he Told me to wait for a truck to come in the following week.understandably 3/4 weeks have passed and no call. I’ve called 3 times.
Today I was in Calgary from out of town again all the way on the south side. I specifically called and spoke to Patrick as I was worried the microwave I wanted that he had there when I was initially in would be gone before he ever got in anymore appliances. So I drive almost 45mins across town with a same hour phone confirmation it’s there only to get there and it’s NOT! Only for him to say oh yeah well it’s just a mistake I don’t actually have it here. WTAF

The install/removal crew told my wife to hire a construction company to remove the door trim guards on the laundry room door because the dryer didn't fit. They left after scraping said trim from removing the old dryer. And left her with the new dryer in the middle of the playroom. I used a flat blade screwdriver, hammer and 8 finishing nails, moved the dryer in and reinstalled trim. After I got home from work. Plugged in drier and tin taped accordingly and tested. Good install experience for me I guess?

About a month ago I was frantically looking for replacement reconditioned/ discounted appliances for a home sale. Fortunately the first person I spoke to was Casey Robitaille. She went above & beyond any customer service I have ever experienced. Absolutely impressed and appreciative.

This was my last attempt at using this business for appliances, repairs or parts. First time I visited this NE location no one even offered to help and some of the appliances was dirty. Next time I tried for parts, was told get serial # & that they don't carry many parts at this location? & was told to go else where. Well elsewhere is where I will spend my money no worries.

Good service. We needed a new freezer and of the three appliance stores in the area Bowest was the only one to have what we wanted. Delivery was on time and efficient. We purchased a washer last year and are satisfied with that experience as well.

Bought a stove last year. Had a great experience with staff. Knowledgeable and honest with us about the different "features". Will go back for sure.

My parents just bought a stove from this location. Great pricing and amazing service. Delivered the same week and they are beyond satisfied.

So we purchased a brand new kitchen Aid fridge from this company appx 3 weeks ago for 3 thousand plus dollars No scratch and dent sale on this piece
Was listed @ over 5500.00 new in store
Now the ice maker has just stopped working after 3 weeks are you kidding me! Called for warranty told to call whirlpool/ kitchen aid no help
This is absolute BS A pile of junk never buy anything from this company we are filling a complaint with the BBB as well buyer beware! Do Not Purchase Anything From This Company!

Went to buy a dryer the young lady that served us was great i would give her a 5 star rating and I bought dryer from her on April 19

Stores are great, we picked up a dishwasher there quite some time ago and it soldiered on for a long time. My only issue is their website, easy enough for a developer to reference their POS system (point of sale) to their site so you can have a better idea what's available.
