Dr alaweye is a very good and kind doctor that I have seen for a while that is why I have to stay with him even if I moved to the other side of the city. He explains things in a way that you can understand and he also give you a time.thanks dr stay blessed.

I went to this walk-in clinic today around 11h30, less then one hour wait, very nice staff and Dr. Renu was amazing! She really listened and took the time to find the best solution for me. I’m glad I didn’t listen to other people’s review. This clinic is really good!

I have recently moved to Bowglen Medical Centre and am very impressed with the staff there. Dr. Gumede is very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with, and his support staff are very pleasant and competent.

I absolutely love my family dr he takes such good care of me and my whole family! He’s truly the best dr I’ve ever had to the point I drive 45 min to his office he listens and gets to the root of the problem rather than just treating the symptoms! I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my heath or my babies, however the front staff are the absolute worst they need to be replaced!

Reception unhelpful, ran with no supervisor.

I trust Dr. Ali implicitly, but since he moved to Bowglen, the staff makes me so angry. They are incompetent. I left briefly simply because of the staff. But Dr. Ali is a great doctor, so I returned. His staff infuriates me with the incompetence. It is not pleasant to be so upset, so often; to be hung up on; to have to travel an extra hour because of the wrong home kit.

I am out of medication because they faxed it to the wrong pharmacy, and if I crash, it is their fault.

These young women need to be replaced with qualified staff that knows medical reception well!

What a terrible experience at this clinic. They are completely unorganized, extremely rude staff that do not know their own protocols and procedures.

Avoid this place at all costs and find a doctor and staff who actually care about the health of their patients.

I will be reporting them to the college of physicians immediately.

Very unprofessional. Dr. Jamie Richards started 1 yr ago, many patients left without a doctor now 4 other doctors at this clinic refused to take his patients. Don’t recommend the clinic/or doctor

I've been going to this clinic for about 2 years. Dr Tony is very helpful and knowledgeable however he always cancels appointment or no show at all. There was a time my appointment got rescheduled for 3 times. I know he is very busy but he should hire more doctors.
Staff is very nice and friendly.

It appears that Dr. Ogundipe is super busy. It would be great if he brings back Dr. Ko and similar doctors to his clinic so that patients will not have to wait.

Awful place. Unreliable doctor. Likes to not show up multiple days in a row. Reception does not call back when they say they well.

Dr. Ogundipe was my family doctor at this clinic. I needed to get my prescription refilled and I asked the receptionist if by chance I could get my prescription refilled via fax. She said yes, so I had my pharmacy sent over the authorisation request.

So she calls me the next day to tell me the doctor has done my prescription but he's sent it to this pharmacy on 4th st instead of my pharmacy. This seemed very random as this new pharmacy isn't one I had ever been to, isn't close to mine, and isn't even a Shopper's Drug Mart like mine, so I ask if there was a problem sending the prescription over and if so, why this pharmacy instead. The receptionist puts me on hold to go ask the doctor and comes back with "I don't know. " So i ask again why because I do not drive, my pharmacy is along my bus route, and it's the pharmacy I always get my recurring prescriptions from, and this new pharmacy is going to make it difficult for me to get my prescription for the next three months. She puts me on hold again to go ask the doctor, and comes back with an explanation that this new pharmacy delivers, I just need to call them and give them my information and set up delivery.

At this point I'm getting frustrated because my question is blatantly not being answered and this isn't making any sense to me, so I ask to book an appointment so I can just come get my prescription and take it to my pharmacy myself like I should have just done in the first place. She puts me on hold again and comes back to say that the doctor told her to tell me that if I come for an appointment all he's going to do is tell me that he's already signed my prescription and sent it to a pharmacy so if I have a problem getting my prescription from that pharmacy I can go to another clinic. She then asks me if I would still like an appointment for this afternoon, but I would just have to go see him at the other clinic he works at which is on 4th st by the pharmacy.

I don't know exactly what just happened there but that was ridiculous and probably unethical. So I will be taking the doctor's advice and going to another clinic.

Normal wait times but when I got to see someone, there is only so much patronizing I can take. Had to walk out. Went to ranchlands medical in and out in less than 10 minutes with smiles on their face.
