Terrible place. Went there and booked for a certain time. I was sitting there waiting for around 20 minutes. There was a lady who wasn’t doing anything at all for the duration of my wait, she was on her phone. The minute another customer came she went to help them. I understand if she maybe didn’t have experience with the service I requested, but a heads-up should have been given if that was the case. Super uncaring people and a shabby place. Do not recommend.

Absolute worst experience I had. I booked an appointment, waited for twenty minutes and they didn’t even take me. I asked a question twice and was ignored both times. They told me one price on the phone but changed it when I got there in person. If I could rate this place a zero I would. Terrible.

Came based off a recommendation and I’m so glad I did! Tammy is by far the best ever! Clean, professional, kind, and my nails have never looked so good! 10/10 would recommend

Amazing nail results, absolutely in love, however a little pricey for what the results were- but overall i am super happy with my nails!

I had a new set of gel nails put on and the lady that did them was amazing. Was done quickly and perfect. I like them square with rounded corners and she got it exactly the way I want. Even cut to the right length. They look amazing!

This business is amazing. They managed to squeeze me in at the end of their already busy and fully booked day. I got a mani/pedi with gel polish and the services were professional, high quality, and relaxing. They were kind and attentive when I asked to change my color last minute and helped me pick a color better suited for me. The prices are also super cheap for the quality of the services! I will definitely be back!

Never ever written a bad review but I'm so upset with what's happened. Went there with my mum. I showed the nail idea to the one tech as I knew it would be a little more complicated than basic nails and the put with with a gentleman (I assume a new nail artist with the amount of help he was getting from everyone). The appointment lasted 2 hours for a fill multiple times he had to take off and redo all the polish. I've only had them done for one day and washed some dishes and the polish on two of my nails peeled off. Oh and to top it off the nails were no where near what I'd asked them to do and they charged 70 dollars for nails that washed off in soapy water. Will never be back.

Such a lovely place with wonderful ladies who know what they're doing! I feel pampered and relaxed! So grateful to have found them so close to home!

They are so sweet here and they do a really good job! I’m always in a hurry and they will often have 2 girls working on hands and nails to get me in and out!

This nail salon is the best in Calgary if you’re looking for a professional set of gel nails every time. The staff is friendly, professional and prideful in their work. I travel from downtown to get my nails done here. I’m moving 20 minutes across town and still going to go here when I can, that’s how much I love coming here.

Booked for a deluxe pedi including paraffin. They didn't do the paraffin or even nail art on the big toes, but stil charged for premium pedis.

I just went to N&K Nail and Spa in Bowness today and had the best pedicure from Lee that I have ever had.

The ladies that work here all seem to be very skilled technicians with some specializing in pedicures and others in manicures and gel nail fills. I think they work great as a team and I always get a sense of their camaraderie as well as their professionalism. I've been getting my gel nails and shellac pedicures done here for the last 7 months and there's no reason that I won't continue to get them done here.

I was disappointed with my last shellac nails. They started to peel off in 1 full piece within 6 days of having them done. I thought they would last longer- they have in the past.

Love love this establishment, great service and fantastic prices. The massage with the pedicure and manicure is amazing. Happy to have this place in my backyard!

I've been going to this nail salon for a while and am always happy with them! They're super responsive to feedback to make sure they're giving you exactly what you want. Would definitely recommend!

I had the worst experience at this place. At my appointment yesterday, I asked for basic acrylics with white tips.the gentleman said he understood. So this young lady started doing my nails and she was putting on the wrong tips. I tried to tell her but she barely spoke or understood english and she debated with me.then they finally figured it out and by that time she had already glued four tips on. She clips and grinds them off and proceeds to put the right rips on. And trying to explain how I wanted my nails shaped was impossible.she had no idea what I was saying. By this point I frustrated and let her finish. When she was done I had the ugliest nails ever! Twice the length I wanted them.all crooked. No two nails looked alike. So I paid and left and had to get my daughter who is uncertified, to fix my nails before my night out. And not the cleanest place, either. I'll never go to this place again.they could offer nails for free and I still wouldn't go.

Made a same day appointment for pedicures for three of us, they always do a good job! Would give 5 stars If my daughters massage chair wasn't broken. My worked fine!

Such a quaint little place. The service was excellent! Tom did my nails. He is very pleasant and did a wonderful job!

I was very disappointed with the quality, inconsistency in the level of service and pricing in the salon. I always get the same thing and every time I end up paying a different amount, depending on who is at the front. The last few times I have been there my nails started peeling of after a week, they cut my cuticles very jagged that I ended up having bleeding for a couple weeks before they healed. They also did a very poor job cleaning up my heels. Very disappointed as they use to do a great job. When I called to complain they did not care, it seems like they are more concerned about helping walk ins then with returning costumers.
