I am going to be honest here. I had an insurance claim that was repaired by concourse collision that was then bought by boyds. The repair had started to fail and I returned to Boyd’s to have it fixed under the lifetime warranty.

So first time it was in I got the van back with runs of clear coat. So I returned and they admitted it was not done right. Then they took it back in they knocked the runs down and sanded but never polished it. So you could see perfect lines. I gave up after this and had it polished out by another body shop. Both times the bad repair was very noticeable. I would not have made this review if it had been fixed after the runs. Everyone makes mistakes but doing a substandard repair a second time is an issue for me.

I assume they did it as cheap as possible because it was under the lifetime warranty and this was not a money maker for them as it was under the warranty and the original repair was by the business they purchased not by them.

Lacking in customer service. Perhaps too big to care. Tried to get a quick quote on damage to my truck. They would not look at it without an appointment and the next appointment was 2 weeks. Yet I was the only customer in the office. It would have taken them 10 minutes to look at it. Anyway, just my opinion. I took my truck to Chrysler collision. They looked at it immediately and I had a quote in my hand next day. Guess who got the business.

My car ended up at Boyd's when recovered from a theft with damage, and from the first day it was there, Carl contacted me with all the relevant information I needed. My Insurance took months to finalize, but Carl kept in contact which was greatly appreciated. I went down there to talk to Boyd's Adjuster, and she was great as well. I've heard nothing but good things about Boyd's from a lot of people, and would not hesitate or question their ability to complete work to your satisfaction. Love the customer service!

Came into Boyd's after my Santa Fe was rear ended by a Peter Built truck. Visable damage was minimal, but alot unseen. They did a beautiful job repainting my rear hatch, and replacing the lower bumper, as well as all the backing. What I didn't expect was the super quick turn around. I had my car back in 4 days. And, they also did an interior detail. So, not only does the outside of my car look new, the interior does as well. Staff was really friendly, and helpful. Highly recommended.

Awesome service and very friendly staff. They are very efficient and do a great job. I’d recommend them as the best body shop repair to anyone!

Boyd Autobody is such a great place to take your car! One of the mechanics, Al, is such a great guy. He did such great and fast work on my car (and made sure I didn’t pay for extras I didn’t need!) The front end staff were super kind and lovely throughout everything. I would highly recommend this auto-body shop for any car maintenance you need - they are awesome!

The entire experience from the beginning was effortless. All of the staff were friendly and helpful and my vehicle came back looking like new. I would highly recommend.

My mom and I had such a great experience taking our car to Boyd Autobody & Glass. From the very moment we first called and inquired to the moment we drove away with our repaired car, we felt at ease.
The staff was exceptionally helpful, informative and professional and their customer service was second to none.
We took our car in to get the bumper repaired and they were quick, helpful and did a seamless job! Not only did we get our car back repaired perfectly but we got a clean car inside and out.
We are very happy with our experience and the service we got there. We would highly recommend this place to our friends and are going to go back for any of our vehicle maintenance needs in the future.
The manager Scott was incredible!

Had my car brought here when it got hit while it was parked. When I went to pick it up, the gas tank had been drained, the check engine light was on, the car seats I had asked to be disposed of were still in it, and the brand new tire that was installed was flat.
Unbelievablely unprofessional service
Update: just took our car in for an oil change, first one since we had it back from boyd and discovered that our air filter was also damaged and the cover was removed, non of which was mentioned or repaired by Boyd, so now we may have been getting un filtered air to our engine for a couple weeks, thanks again Boyd.
Stay away from this place!

I have used Concours Collision for years, imagine my surprise when I showed up for an estimate and it was now Boyd's Autobody. I was a little apprehensive at first. Would I get the same great service I was used too? I DID! Reception was great, the estimate was done immediately and I was able to get my vehicle in the next week. I received a couple of quotes from other shops at the request of the person that hit my vehicle and all were very similar. Once Boyd's had my vehicle in the shop the Autobody Tech made a recommendation to repair the damage in a much less invasive fashion, keeping the original paint. Boyd's called me and I agreed with the Tech and approved the repair as recommended. Not only did it save all my original paint it saved well over $1,000 in repair costs. The final repair was amazing and it is impossible to tell there was ever any damage. Boyd's did not have to call to save me money and complete the repair in a much more acceptable fashion, but they did and I thank them for it. I will not hesitate to recommend Boyd's Autobody and will use them again if necessary. Thanks Again for doing such a great job and being fair and honest.

Went to get an estimate for a small dent and some other rust work and was ignored. I left after 1 hour of waiting and asked for an email address to send the quotation to.received the quotation to find out that the price was padded up 3 times the competition price and was demanded that I get a police accident report for rust repairs before they can rip me off.

Less then one star. Took ourvehicle there because the insurance company told us to. They told us it would be a few days, over a month later we finally got our vehicle back. Then when it wasn't driving properly we took it back and they dismissed all our concerns. Took it to my mechanic on my dime and he discovered the problem. So then I brought that problem to their attention a second time with written proof and they took another 5 days to get that "fixed". And never repaid me for my cost to diagnosing the problem for them. Car still feels off but I wouldn't bring it back to them if they did the work for free.

I have had nothing but problems from the beginning with this company, resulting in having to put in a formal complaint with my insurance company and getting my car Re-fixed at another shop. It started off with a lack of work and communication, the estimator decided on what they wanted and didn't want to put in the quote. My first Quote was $4000 and after I caught all their misses it came out to be $6500. Even after this I had an adjuster look at my car and they of course missed parts and painting and having my glass replaced! In the end if I didn't catch these misses I would have thousands of dollars worth of damage still on my car. In the last 3 months they estimated my car would be back in 11 days, it took 7 weeks, and I spoke to 3 different managers. They clearly are not the same company they once used to be. STAY AWAY!
