Just visited this location today for fixing scratch I had on my vehicle, they had great customer service and were very friendly:) Definitely recommend this location if anyone needs auto repairs! Would definitely come again!

After my car was involved in a hit & run, I made the trip from south Calgary up to this Boyd's location based on recommendations and I'm so thrilled I did! Brenda at the front was lovely to communicate with and ensured all parts were in before bringing my vehicle in to minimize the time I was without it. Jay was at articulating all the work that needed to be done with me. My Murano was finished in just 3 days, and upon pick up, was perfect! Clean inside and the paint job was like brand new! Wouldn't go anywhere else should I need future work done. Thanks to the whole team!

My bumper had been scratched up and the boss personally attended to it, buffed it up without a charge!

Came back for lifetime guarantee as, after 3 years I found a minor body misplacement. At first the manager was a bit reluctant to accept my complaint (as it was a minor find), there was a bit of back and forw'd while looking at the issue, however, they did take action and figure out a way to fix the problem while putting the client first.
Kudos to the manager for the change in approach and managing the client satisfaction as the top priority!

They cleaned off some nasty sticky gunk from spruce trees for us even though the car was in for unrelated insurance related repair. Trustworthy advice.

These guys were first class today! I ripped off my front bumper accidentally in the garage (bad morning) but needed some parts to reinstall. Dropped in looking to purchase some plastic bumper push pins. The Manager gave me some new ones, no charge. Now how's that for service. On July 01 I was involved in a hit and run and had my vehicle towed to Boyd’s as a “preferred” shop. On July 09 my wheels were stolen off my vehicle from the shops lot. I’m fine paying for the deductible on the hit run, but now I’m stuck paying two deductibles and a betterment charge. What irks me most is that shop will hold no accountability for the tires lost on their property and in their possession all on the claim that the lot is public property and theft can happen to anyone. I finally received my vehicle back nearly 2 months later on August 23. Finally, From what I can recall my vehicle went in between half tank and quarter tank of gas. I received my vehicle back with the gas light on and with only 23km left of range. Thanks for leaving me just enough gas to get to an esso.

Called in the morning and they were able to see me withing 30min for a quick estimate/consultation. The guy on the phone was transparent and upfront about what the types of repair I could be looking at (best/worst case scenario). Simone sorted my car out quickly and even went an extra step to help me find a place where I could sort my car starter issue. Great service!

For your and their sake make sure to take pictures with time stamp before you give your car and take pictures after. Don't forget to check your car as well.

Brought my vehicle for a door hinge adjustment. The job was done perfect and at the price I was quoted. They washed and detailed my car as well! Very professional and would recommend this place with no hesitation.

I took my wife’s Audi A4 in to get an estimate on a minor paint touch up. I was told by the lady at the front that I needed an appointment in order to get an estimate. I was surprised that this company requires an appointment when other auto body shop attendants have just popped outside to have a look. It’s not like there was a lineup of customers ahead of me. 4 people in the office and no one interested in helping a customer standing in front of them.

It’s too bad. My wife’s car was just a minor paint touch up but my son’s car requires considerably more work. I also have an old classic truck I was looking to restore. I’m guessing in that $4-$5k range.

In the trying times Calgary has been facing I guess I expected more from a Company with their customer service. If someone is interested in giving you their business don’t make it difficult on them. There’s a lot of competition that would be happy to help out (as I found out at my next shop that did not require an appointment).

Had my car ready to go a day after I took it in, super nice and accommodating, would come back here anytime.
