Just had my estimate done and their estimator Bianca walked me through the process and reassured me of all the concerns I had regarding my upcoming repairs and I now feel confident of the work that will be done.

After 12 months and more than a dozen trips to the shop, a simple bumper replacement did not work. It was an insurance claim and recommended shop by the insurer. Terrible experience, still waiting for the bumper to be fixed and no response in last 2 months. I would not recommend any one going to this location.

Everyone I dealt with was super helpful and kind. I really appreciated them taking their time with my car and case.

I called in and talked with with someone on the phone who was happy to do a quick estimate. Because of the extremely polite and professional service I will be back for any future autobody needs.

I had no choice, my insurance assigned my car that was not too bad, just the front bumper cracks. My experience at this place was really horrible. Zero customer service. You never get call back for updates on your vehicle. They told me my vehicle will be fixed in a week. After a week called them, they told 4 more days. Then everyday I called them for update, they keep saying tomorrow. Outrageous.
Finally, they called me for pickup after 2 weeks. Went there, paid the amount. When inspected, found they did not install the under car shield which I had told the manager when I dropped off my vehicle. Told the manager about it. He told to wait few minutes and came back saying they have found the part and installing will take few minutes. Waited about 45 mins. He brought the car back and told it is fixed now. I inspected again, nothing was done at that location. He literally, took my vehicle in and brought it back. Nothing done. I was done with their customer service, so I did not bother to speak with them again.

Absolutely amazing experience with Boyd Autobody. They produce high quality work and on top of that are very friendly. I feel like I talked with almost everyone there during my repairs and never had an issue. They were always informative, kind and understanding and didn't shy away from explaining the repairs when I had questions. Overall awesome experience and I will be recommending my friends and family.

Still waiting for repair from Sept 23 2022& it's 21st of Feb 2023 & still no work done.

Its not good when the car is insured and not even fixed properly with having a claim open for around 20 grand. Worst experience ever noone is willing to help here

My friend used this shop and had a terrible experience. Not being able to get ahold of them was the least of the problems. They lied to her and returned the vehicle not drivable. The front desk person was very rude as well.

I don't rate 5 stars easily to anyone, I am rating Boyd auto body NE Calgary "5 STARS" because I don't want you to worry about the work they do. This review is for the you the consumer, PLEASE TRUST THEM WITH WHAT THEY DO. They are really good. Just drop the car off and wait them to call you and see the result for sure you will do similar review.

Brought my car there on Monday for repairs, they were all very friendly and welcoming, they had my car done by the Thursday morning which was amazing and the quality of the work made it look like nothing at all happen, might even say it looked better than before i needed the repairs
