Friendly staff, flawless integration with the insurance company. Over and above when the delivery of my vehicle, happened. They detailed the inside and waxed the out. I think they gave my vehicle a little bit more love than I have recently. All around most welcome experience when things weren't so great. - Thank you Boyd's Autobody. Good job.

Car got in an accident Oct 26th and it’s Dec 7th now, almost 45 days and they still haven’t started working on it. Very disappointing but hopefully the quality of the work is worth the wait. Everytime you call and want to speak to a manager he’s busy.

Brought my car in to be fixed. Picked it up to find they had fixed one part but caused more damage than was there when I dropped it off including a spot where they took a gouge out of the side and clearly slapped some paint on it hoping I wouldn’t notice. Rude and dishonest. Blatantly lied to my face as proven with dashcam footage which I only thought to check because after I saw the damage, I noticed my cameras were unplugged both from the jack and the camera itself. All this combined with the fact that they took an entire month to do the work after having to chase them down to even set a date.

This particular Boyd autobody and glass location has been nothing short of a nightmare to work with. I was involved in an accident on September 4th, and my insurance told me that this shop was their preferred autobody shop.

I took my car in to the shop on September 7th. I had to constantly call each week to ask if they had progressed in sending my estimate to my insurance, and the answer I received for most of those calls were "it will be done in three to four days".

I called to ask for an update on my estimate on October 16, and they had finally told me that the estimate was finished and uploaded and that insurance would get back to me. After a week of no word from my insurance, I called them to ask how long it will take. To my surprise, Boyd autobody and glass had not sent them my estimate after telling me they had done so the week prior. It was after this call to insurance that they finally finished the estimate

To say the least, the customer service at this location is awful, they are completely unorganized, and will never give you any updates unless you badger them with phone calls weekly. I definitely will never come back here if i get into another accident.

Had a pretty good experience here a few years ago. It was just fender bender repair but even those cost a lot now. Fast efficient, friendly. Good place.

I would like to share my positive experience I had at this shop recently. I was in direct contact and dealing with Kelly before and during my husband's auto repair. Kelly quickly and willingly solved all issues related to the repair process. She made the right decisions and quickly implement them. For Instance: she advised about repair delay and offered/arranged a ride for me (i did not have SEF 20 - loss of use on the policy). On the same day, she arranged the rental vehicle at the Boyds cost for my husband to get to work for the night shift. It was done in timely manner without any prejudices. Kelly has not only shown a good customer service but also an excellent support service. Honestly, Kelly acted like the best friend been on duty even though I have never being Boyd's customer before.

I had a catalytic Converter stolen. My insurance sent me to Boyd. Their service is above and beyond. Kelly was so amazing and extremely helpful. Usually when you visit Autobody Shops, you have to put your guard on. At Boyd, it was the opposite. I had a great service at a decent price. Highly recommended

Took care of my vehicle quickly & efficiently, got it back the same day! Very helpful, pleasant staff

I was informed my vehicle would be repaired within a week, therefore I switched all my appointments at work to accommodate their timeline. Called me the following day informing me my repairs were complete and that the car rental is no longer covered.

Asked if I could pick it up after hours when I am off of work, they said no.

I will never bring my car here due to the staff member I dealt with, he was unreasonably rude to me and customer service is important if you ever want to bring customers through your door.

Very helpful and informative staff, especially the manager. They actually talked me out if spending unnecessary money on a repair that only I can see or know about.
Also thanks for the great tip on claybar! It worked perfectly to clear up the paint.

Awesome! Went in for a quote to to fix a scratch and the estimator guy power buffed it out for free! Very friendly and pleasure to deal with.also gave my the number for there mobile paintless dent removal guy.i love that there mobile, its very convenient

Did excellent work on my car after an accident. Friendly staff and kept me updating throughout the process taking alot of burden off of me.

Amazing. Took only one day for repairs and painting. I don't think the headlights are aimed properly though

Sherwood Park Toyota Quoted me $500 for my car door lock saying a part needed to be replaced. My father referred me to Boyd being a happy customer so I gave them a shot. I arrived on time for my appointment and within 15 minutes David had solved the problem even the dealership couldn’t figure out AND he didn’t charge me anything for the ‘simple fix’. Thanks a million.

I had a car accident and got my car towed and as soon as I opened the door it was the best atmosphere I have been to in a long time. Everyone was so friendly, acknowledged you right away.we were able to remove most of our stuff for the car was a write off.and when I came to get the rest of my stuff they had it neatly in a pile and a young man carried it out for me. They also replaced my summer tires for my winter tires without hesitation. I see that take a lot of time out for the customer, I must say they have extreme customer service. Thank you so much for all the time and care you put into us. We would totally recommend your company to friends and family. Best service ever!

I had need of their services recently and they did a fantastic job. The body panel lines aligned up, they used OEM parts and the paint was very clean. It looked like the folks there cared about my car. Also, they went out of their way to keep me informed through the whole process. When I got my car back it was cleaned and detailed which I appreciated. I highly recommend, and hopefully won't need their services again, but if I do I'll be back. Couple things they could address in the future: They did not aim my headlights after replacing them, but I was able to do this with a quick 10 mins and a screwdriver. Also because i work so it's a little inconvienient to pick up my vehicle during their business hours. I'd like to see them open a bit later or perhaps one day on the weekend.

Amazing service is all I have to say about this location. I was in right away for an estimate on a Tuesday. Booked that day for the next day to get my car fixed and picked it up that day as well. The service was fast, great quality and super friendly. I would highly recommend this location. Thank you for taking care of me!

I can't say enough great things about Boyd on Yellowhead Trail. It was my first time needing to get autobody work done on my car, and the customer service was top notch.

From scheduling the estimate, to bringing the car and being told they can get started right away (even coordinating getting a rental car brought to the location) it was smooth sailing.

Bob took the time to explain what work was done and why upon picking up my car, and was a pleasure to deal with the entire time as he kept me posted on the car's progress. I'll gladly use them again in the future (tho hopefully I'll never need to!)

In dealing with my accident, they were more than accommodating. Arrangements for the rental car, took my car in that day and it was ready 2 days before the estimated date. The staff were great! The experience was pain less and I would highly recommend them.

Dropped off a huge food order though skip the dishes. They ordered around $100 worth of food and tipped $0. A 0 DOLLAR TIP OF A FOOD ORDER AROUND $100 IS UNACCEPTABLE

Just got my truck fixed and it looks bran new. The staff are amazing and the service was just perfect. I strongly recommend this place. And will definitely go back.
