They worked as a team with my insurance company and a car rental company to manage my claim seamlessly from start to finish with minimum inconvenience. I can't think of anything they could have done better.

Told me my car would take six days, took over a month. Had a crack in the bumper that was not there when i took it in. They told me they would fix it, and then stopped replying to me. Dont take your vehicle here

Boyd auto body is by far the best experience that I've had for a while with service and reliability and I would recommend this shop to anybody who needs work done to the vehicle

Shawn was fantastic and so easy to deal with. They fixed the extensive hail damage on my vehicle- it looks good as new.

Do not go to this shop, they cannot complete simple repairs. Take your time to inspect your car because there will be no attention to detail. I would not recommend this shop to anybody.

My truck was torched, the insurance company stated it was repairable and I asked them to take it to Boyd in the WE. Shawn, Mary, and the rest of the team are awesome, professional, and extremely courteous. Even though it took a while for them to get the parts needed (supply chain issues) I finally got my truck back today, had one minor issue, the heat shield wasn't installed properly and Shawn had me in their mechanical shop in minutes to fix it up. Unfortunately whomever took my tire off screwed up my lug key, bit they replaced all 4 locking lugs and a new key for free.

I would absolutely recommend Boyd to anyone, and in fact I already did as my mom was t-boned and they are fixing her car as I type this.

I want to know what pub Shawn drinks at so I can buy him a beer.

They were really informative through the process, and I have not had any issues with my car since. I had left money and other small important items (by accident) when I left my car with them, all these items were left with care in my middle console, showing how trustworthy they are!
I will say they do need to get rid of their call centre regarding the customer service surveys as they were calling multiple times a day for weeks from the states which I assumed was fraud so I did not answer. I wasn’t too happy with the harassment for a survey, when I did answer and realized it was Boyd I asked they put me on a do not call list, and they complied.

Amazing staff and workmanship. My vehicle was in and out quicker than expected, and they matched my pearl white paint perfectly! I'm very happy with my experience over all! Check them out

Very impressed with how they handled my paint warranty. Chipped off after many years gave me a new bumper and made it right. Cleaned my vehicle. So impressed as a business person myself.

I called to get a quote on my car for repair. I was told they are only open Mon-Fri. In an industry of customer service you should be available AT LEAST on Saturdays for working folk. I won't miss work to accomodate a business. Businesses are supposed to accomidate their customers. I guys Herber's Autobody gets my business.
