Used to work there for almost 3 years. Glad there is not 1 central location anymore as it may prevent individuals who accessed rehab to stay sober and it won't waste funders $$. They can go to a different location to avoid fellow addicts who can influence them to do drugs again. This should have been done years ago - it could have saved many lives. Great, caring people but Management NEEDS to change.
More donations please, and assistance all around. More hot coffee and cocoa. More help please in Edmonton, and every city, and place assistance is required. Showers, coffee, and food and help of every kind to those who need a hand. The only reason it's not 5 stars is cause how long people have to wait to get in.
Sad that people have to stand outside and line up in the cold. This place used to be a good place to go and have a coffee back in the day. Everybody used to go there from all o er it was a good place e to meet up with people from back home. Now everybody just hangs out outside when it's not cold out. It's sad that things are so different now.
This is a place that is will to help everyone! If your having troubles with drugs, food, housing, or just need someone to talk to this place has a person for everyone. Plus the streetwroks program they have has helped out Boyle Street in so many ways it's awesome place.
I don't use Boyle Street Services. I went for cat food, but the programs hours were wrong online when I looked them up. I kept pressing the buzzer and was asked once what I needed, then told that the Drop-In would reopen after lunch. After that, when I asked an exiting EMT to grab a staff member for me, he told me that the Drop-In was closed. I corrected him, and he just told me the same thing, switching Drop-In for Pet Food Bank. BOYLE STREET ISNT A PLACE WHERE YOU CAN FIND ACTUAL PEER TO PEER SUPPORT. ITS NOT A PLACE WHERE YOU CAN GO, AND FEEL SAFE. ITS NOT A PLACE TO BE UNDERSTOOD, AND HEAL. •••BOYLE STREET TENDS TO MARGINALIZE AND ENABLE THOSE THAT THEY CLAIM THEY ARE HELPING, AFTER NEARLY A DECADE OF HOMELESSNESS, BOYLE STREET/ OSYS/ & YESS Services are not services I recommend.

Yknow, thus place tries hard with what they're given, and they don't charge a cent for their services.maybe with more funding and patience they can save our city
Great place for people in need of help on a wide spectrum, such a street works, housing and folks at risk and need a safe place to access harm reduction.
Great resource for homeless people like myself, they were able to set me up for a free eye exam and free glasses after I had a epileptic seizure and everything I own was stolen including my glasses and ID.
I almost died of pneumonia in June 2020 but recovered at the expo quarintrne and 2 workers from Boyal and homeward trust were very helpful and really do an excellent job. They got me an Apartment, furnished it, bought food, Tv Bed dressers everything thing, and never make you feel poor or mean they really care about the homeless, Anyways thanks Gen, and Jasmine 2 awesome woman thanks Boyal Street.
$500 million went into building Rogers Place right beside this center! Should not even be a need for places like this, but I guess it shows you clearly who is truly “good. ”
This is such a great place to have and all of their programs are so very needed in this capital city of alberta for the homeless without this place and afew others for the homeless to turn to they would probably not live through some of the cold snaps
Being there for the people in need is a joke! With all the workers there you would think someone would answer the phone, nope! 32 times on the phone no answer went to a recording! Smarten up BOYLE STREET BE THERE FOR THE PEOPLE!
