Worst experience ever toke over a year to complete with little to no communication at all. Had my engine board and stroked and cylinder head work done.engine burnt oil from day one figure the oil rings just needed to seat. This is not my daily driver so it toke about 3 years to get 10000 km on it. Even after that many kilometers it still burnt same amount of oil. Finally got sick of the blue smoke so remove the engine to find out what when wrong. Just figured out that one of two things HE did wrong, either he put the wrong piston kit in or over board the block. I have. 032 thousand clearance between block and piston where it should only be. 0035 as per the instructions given with piston kit all I can say is save yourself a lot of head aches stay away from this guy

Took two blocks here. The first block turned out great, no issues, drove across the country, they got my block back to me in a reasonable time frame. Second block took a couple months. I get they’re busy but it would’ve been great to know to expect a 2-3 month wait time. They drilled and tapped an oil galley plug but failed to seal it properly. I lost a litre of oil in 400 km. Underside of my freshly restored car was coated in oil. Ended up removing the transmission and flywheel to fix the issue. 12 more flywheel bolts from Germany later and a full day of labour the problem was fixed. A little disappointed to say the least.

I guess check your oil galley plugs and save yourself the headache and oil. I’m lucky no oil was on my clutch disc cause that would’ve been another 300$ out of pocket.

They do good work here and you get exactly what you pay for, the prices are reasonable too.
